    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    @BelongAU seriously, as a subsidiary of #Telstra how can your accounts be so complex? Been a 3 year mobile subscriber and tried to add internet and they cannot add my new service to my account and keep asking for new email IDs? Use my current account and payment details!

    @PeterKlages @Telstra No, I reckon Melbourne Dental Hospital does. They're rude and really don't give a damn when you call, but at least the dentists and technicians and other staff are very helpful.

    @Telstra See I don’t believe it’s a stock level issue. It could be perhaps, a database management issue (or some tech issues) as no one I’ve reached too has visibility over my order, I have a receipt and case number, I’ll share them in a bit

    How bad is Optus? I thought Telstra in the early ‘90s were bad. This is next level of treat your customers like fools. Tried to cancel in early December. Still being charged and they say they don’t know if they can stop it.

    @ClubAlphaOttawa This Thursday morn This Flue cold ( not Covid ) I have never experience a worse 3 nights now including Telstra health help line They were great
