It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

Said I need to change my plan and pay $33 more to actually make the $5 add on for my watch. So again, back to my original point. So much for "premium" service. Ah well.

I’m between contracts &need those emails running urgently for job interview correspondence. I don’t want to take any risks. The accounts are paid for & organised by my ex. It’s complicated.

He noted circa >64k known vulnerabilities. I wouldn’t wait for it to become a headline… I will be removing all TP-Link, Netgear (Telstra smart modem) from service in my home. Roborock vacuum will need a replacement too, I am looking for a suggestion on that front.

yeah yeah its anne (@annabell_JG) reported@Telstra prices of plans going up but half the time you loose reception go shopping in supermarkets/train locations reception gone we pay top dollars and get horrible service if complain told oh its difficult indoors! Interesting how lower income countries have better reception!

Optus does very well vs Telstra in regional these days.
