    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    @odonoghue_dm @darwinb0y @jasonjordan Amaysim leases Optus network infrastructure. Amaysim is a separate Co in its own right. Telstra n Optus own/control the hard telecommunications infrastructure. All other service/sim providers lease access. From Amaysim to Virgin.

    @Telstra BEING AUTHORISED ISN'T THE ISSUE HERE. BEING LINKED IN THE TELSTRA APP IS. I'm done here. You guys don't see the problem (which is the problem) and you've got people paid to do this. I'm not going to do their job for them. Fix your systems.

    @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I recommend Aussie Broadband. Good call service. Reliable. no complaints. I have tried Telstra (crap overseas call service if you have problems), IInet (they were great until they got bought out), Won't touch Vodaphone (deceptive conduct), and of course, our data sieve Optus.

    @MaryNicholls19 @_sara_jade_ Change your mobile provider. Woolies uses Telstra. $20 month. 12GB. Never used up. Recharge manually or as you please.

    @Telstra Excellent social media game. You see the bit where I've already done that? Being authorised and having the account linked to mine are two different things. Yet, that's what's happening. Why? Broken Telstra. Once again making this my problem. It was my problem. I tried.

    @Telstra Yeah. So I can make changes to the account. If I call up and ask. Not to link my accounts in the app where i can simply go and look at their personal details. Years after the authorisation mind you. If you can't see the problem with this then maybe that's the problem.
