I’m between contracts &need those emails running urgently for job interview correspondence. I don’t want to take any risks. The accounts are paid for & organised by my ex. It’s complicated.

It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

Telstra would have been a big slow behemoth that got pants’d by Optus and Vodafone. Our gas wouldn’t have been developed - it took 15 years from sale to production. I logged a call (INC 40508228) as a @Telstra Gold member 6 months ago, today they told me it was fixed. It ain’t fixed. Still no 4G/5G and I’m paying for 4G backup on my NBN modem. This is beyond a joke.
