@Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

@Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

@Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

@Telstra Ryan, you’re not listening, your messaging service has a critical fault, it logs users off after 20 mins due to “inactivity” despite ths fact you’ve been interacting with it and all notifications were set to “on”, I’m going to call the number provided so I can spk to a human.

@Telstra we lost our nbn 4 days ago, our 4g is terrible, it’s 3am and it’s cutting out ?????. Not a high usage time I would think. Fine waiting for them to fix the nbn even though my address says their is no issues. But why the slow 4g, it’s insufferable.

@Telstra I’ve done that and the status of the fault has reverted to “In progress” and it does not provide the button for me to click snd interact with the messaging service, does anyone know what is going on over there in Telstra??

@kayosports_help I've had the same conversation, with the same resolution (tough s***, pay more) with several people and bots from both Kayo and Telstra over 3 days. Don't need any more automated emails in my Spam folder.
