@Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

@Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

@Telstra Hi Matty I need a phone number to talk to a sales person about an NBN plan. An actual person. Not a number that cuts off when I wait or sends me to a messaging service. Your message service began a conversation yesterday and then just forgot about me.

@Aenemus @australia_wake Doesn't surprise me. I was known for providing tech support for Apple users, simply because I downloaded screenshots somewhere, didn't actually have access to a device. Telstra would knock back DSL applications that were too far from exchange, only to approve them through BigPond

@Telstra I've just spent two weeks trying g to get my intermittent NBN fix. Raised half a dozen INC and three technician appointments. All to be closed off with a text saying there's nothing wrong. The last appointment was closed before is hung up from customer service. Goodbye.

@Telstra dealing with the impact of the COVID pandemic is still less of a PITA than trying to get something resembling customer service from you company. @Optus @iiNet surely you can do better.

@Telstra nbn keeps dropping out, 4G keeps dropping out. No response in hours on support chat, support line out of hours. No outages for our postcode... how are we meant to get help?!?!
