    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    @Telstra Yes my husband just spent an hour on the phone doing just that, but why such poor quality equipment? Do I message my team using my data (of which I have gone over) at work tomo- oh 2nd time this has happened soz can't help out at work today- byeee. Come on.

    @RubeePlays The whole family is on boost. Apparently it used the full Telstra retail network not it's mvno... Whatever that means. Anyway. The 12 month plans are spot on for value. And no one is family has complained at all

    Let's nationalise the network infrastructure completely, all of it. Remove @telstra from any control and have the infrastructure run by some one else with phone company's just providing access to and not brokers into it.

    @9NewsAUS Noones mentioned telstra is forcing people to upgrade to 5g devices by april or they slow the data down if you dont, wankers thats not business its manipulation why no regulator in these businesses

    @Telstra update : I ported out. Shame that Telstra lost a customer because their employees don't understand what a customer without service means.

    @Telstra no more questions mate. just some unsolicited advice : please re-evaluate the priority of a "customer without service" & never tell a customer to leave - because he/she will.
