@Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

@Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

@NickRossTech @Qantas Normally way more than an hour, and with dozens of companies mostly @Telstra ... the most I've spent on one issue Telstra made was around 100 hours.

@Telstra @BandannaMan02 Same issue here. Bigpond emails via webmail not loading. Folders vanished. Same problem as when servers crashed back in Jan. Every month my email goes out for a few days with exact same problem. No real resolution from Telstra. Almost time to toss it i think.

@Telstra Just receiving email. Claims password is incorrect. Changed password same deal. Can login to MyTelstra etc. Just iOS mail not working. I’ll check again in the morning.

@SustainableMe09 @VelkGMGF Keating sold the Commonwealth Bank at $5/share - now worth $100/share, Qantas, CSL, outsourcing of the public service, and had he won the 1996 election telstra as well. U really should get out the bubble its not that dangerous

@MoreThanDanny @MoistenedTart Definitely go celluar. Costs me an extra $5 month with Telstra, but I wouldn't be without it now. Arrive at the shops sans wallet and phone? No problem. Pay, call, text via the watch.

@beourmate Yep back up and running. Still completed a transfer to Telstra tonight. Mate service just isn’t good enough for WFH. Usual spasmodic outages sucks when you’re on a Teams meeting!

@Telstra Thanks for the offer Angela but just finished nearly 4 hours of chat on the app... As this is the 4th or 5th time with the same issue, I've now lodged something with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Fingers crossed they can help.
