    @Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    I can’t subscribe to a Kayo account because I apparently had a past account, under a different phone number, which I never used and deactivated 3 years ago. Spent two hours @Telstra yesterday and not even they could fix it. Guy tried hard too. #Moderntechnology.

    @Law_Girl_ She’s on $2 million/year plus potential bonuses of another $8 million. That’s not including getting payed for her seats on other boards. I been fighting Telstra fir 12 years to get signal at my house….and she doke da her flippin time commenting negatively about Australia Day???

    @KyleTGTTV @NBN_Australia That’s disgusting service from them.. Have you tried streaming on a different PC? Maybe a laptop on an alt account and see if it’s anything with your PC settings I’ll ask my old man tomorrow, he works for Telstra and normally is the one who comes out to fix these issues

    @JCyberSec_ @Jeremy_Kirk My wife’s number was randomly spoofed for a few days, she received a tonne of calls with people saying they “missed a call” and others with people just abusing her by calling back.. Telstra couldn’t help
