    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra Yes. I’m still being billed and being asked to just pay it and when Telstra gets it sorted I’ll get a credit. $500 so for a service I cancelled in November

    @Telstra I still have daily issues with signal and foxtel telstra. Rebooted, manually and via online foxtel support but tv still has foxtel streaming freezing & not working properly.

    @AlboMP My nbn is terrible, 4g hot spot through my phone is better for speed and ping. I have telstra 500gb pagage with 50mbs speed but im luck to get 1.5mbs thanks lnp

    @AFL I have tried multiple times to get access to this as a non Telstra customer who has previously bought the live pass but I’m getting no responses back.

    @AFL So now we have to pay for a service that was free last year. It was the only reason I stuck with Telstra. Given the high price of their plans, I'm guessing the value won't be there for a lot of customers anymore. Bye bye.
