@Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

@Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

@Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

@Telstra No, too scared. Had SO many issues with outgoing mail server when they were 1st set up. I’m between contracts &need those emails running urgently for job interview correspondence. I don’t want to take any risks. The accounts are paid for & organised by my ex. It’s complicated.

Spent an hour at JB hifi sorting out my phone plans and so far have saved $100 a month. Need to call Telstra to cancel and get credit for a sim that’s another $50 a month that I’ve never used, but was given as a ‘bonus’. 😤 Definitely worth the time!

to be seen and the other Telcos are not on any other the platforms except for @telstra earlier attempts with @google. We can not have a mobile phone tower to service everyone because it is just too expensive and that is before we look at spectrum, so why not push that traffic

@Telstra Well despite contacting Michael Ackland @telstra to try and get this resolved, we'll see what the Telco Ombudsman has to say. Having emailed all of the screenshots to them, should demonstrate @telstra's concept of "customer service" is.

@Telstra Your get help app says there is no service disruptions in my area. 36 people on my local community FB page having the same issues would beg to differ. Location is Newborough Vic 3825. Calls either failing or dropping out after connecting.

@Telstra Still some issues today, im hotspotting to my phone at the moment. I did see some odd errors /notifications in the model log and noticed that DHCP is constantly trying to connect at times

@Telstra Still having trouble page loading. It is somewhat better but if I open two or three tabs the pages wont load.
