    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @MatthewBevan Since now moving to Australia and dealing with horrendous @Telstra customer service, wasting hours and hours on hold to them and paying for internet they didn’t deliver, I feel I’ve paid them back.

    @Telstra Case no 16252053 this was given to me by the person who initiated the transfer last week It took me 3 months last time to connect and now it’s started again what is so hard about a simple customer transfer

    @RNBreakfast @andy_penn @Telstra That is terrific. I have worked with many disadvantaged people who can only get prepaid phone deals, making it very difficult to speak to support services.

    @Malarndirri19 @Telstra Senator McCarthy, can I suggest contacting @andy_penn by phone and leaving him a message. He should have a senior account rep assigned to you and your team that can assist you. It may help cut through the Bots or call Centre based overseas. He is pretty responsive.

    @Telstra It is constantly described as "network update" on your website. But it is happening EVERY DAY. Was advised it would happen overnight... but now in the middle of the work day without notice. Not much of an update if it means nobody can use the net reliably for 2wks. @NBN_Australia
