  @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

  @Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

  @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

  @alexmakin @Telstra its so weird that i can say i travelled europe and didnt have any issues with Vodafone apart from in the Netherlands where they dont offer roaming, but there was so much free wifi i barely had an issue.

  @LadyCBean1966 @Baron_Gotcha The midday movies have been replaced with tedious reality show reruns, though sbs movie channel has a fair few good offerings. Bummer about your phone, & not a bit surprised by Telstra; they never fail to disappoint.

  @angharadyeo I kept one "this is telstra IT" scammer on the hook for 2 minutes by pretending to be older, and saying "oh, the wife does all the computer things, I'll just go get her". Put phone down, and went on with my day.

  The lovely @Telstra has reached a new low. While trying to transition to NBN I was refused a copy of terms & conditions cos I rang rather than going thru app. This is not only garbage but am pretty sure is illegal.

  @RedAnton3 That snippet from the report is about a specific number of small cases where there was an issue between Telstra and ESTA leading to very excessive wait times in a very few number of cases. That doesn't explain anything regarding the majority that never met the benchmark.

  @JayPeeterman @Optus A few years back took up an internet bundle through Foxtel, worst we’ve ever had, constantly dropping out and unable to reconnect , really frustrating, went back to Telstra, more costly but no problems since👍
