    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    @Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    @Telstra No, too scared. Had SO many issues with outgoing mail server when they were 1st set up. I’m between contracts &need those emails running urgently for job interview correspondence. I don’t want to take any risks. The accounts are paid for & organised by my ex. It’s complicated.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra how does it take 48 hours for a data top up? The order 1-2998431540132 for data top-up was placed yesterday and the chat service is telling me 48hours… cant understand why it would take so long. Weekend without internet in lockdown. We have Work/school online 2morrow

    @Telstra Since I've been living there - 9yrs.I've reported it to @Telstra no less than 8 times. Yes, one bar of service max hanging off the balcony and no data. I've tried switching off 4g and utilising just 3g but no luck.

    @Telstra Your app says there is an issue. You can’t tell anyone because your “experiencing high demand” and 4hrs and 20 mins into a chat it didn’t get past my acc number!

    Digital antibodies Sounds like Sony root kit all over This 4U wonder is what brought spying into the Windows OS as a masterstroke of programming. Sending out a signal down your phone line via your printer / fax. Using phone box coin frequency Telstra complicit!

    @Telstra Internet came back up late yesterday, but it did that before & failed over the last 11d. So I was waiting for communication that the issue was actually fixed. Waited 8am — 12pm today, nothing, no message, no text. Is it fixed? What was the issue?
