    @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

    @Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    @Telstra No, too scared. Had SO many issues with outgoing mail server when they were 1st set up. I’m between contracts &need those emails running urgently for job interview correspondence. I don’t want to take any risks. The accounts are paid for & organised by my ex. It’s complicated.

    It is alarming to hear families in Maningrida are going hungry and cannot buy food with their Basics Card due to internet outage. @Telstra & the Federal Government must fix this as it happens far too often in remote communities, esp at #christmas. #auspol @abcdarwin @TheNTNews

    @Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

    @Telstra The outage happened on Thursday night they said it would be repaired by Friday night at 6pm.I checked the site after this and it said there was no issue but apparently it’s still the same issue that was never fixed to start with. So why say there’s no interruption when there is 1

    @abispack @Telstra I had a similar problem today with what should have been a very easy fix, I wanted to change my email address. I walked into the Telstra store at 9 am and told the online "support" to get f***ed at 2 pm. Honestly wtf just happened @telstra

    So I ring @Telstra Business Tech Support, three times over two weeks, involving being on hold for up to 40 minutes. Each time I was told there was an outage. After three weeks with no change, thought I would take a different approach - online message service.

    @JackieHansard If you are talking mobile, Telstra is the only Central Coast network worthwhile. But there are many reasonably priced distributors, I've heard Belong is a great budget service & there are others using Telstra network.

    @Telstra Why not. Since a Messagebank update, our Messagebank no longer responds to any key input, so we can't delete, skip messages or update message. A small issue, but important for our business. Also, seemingly unsolvable.

    @TranceBrony @buny @elonmusk Yurp. I seriously considered getting fixed 4g at home (no 5g here). Doing the research, I found I'd have to go with network owners directly, not resellers, to lessen my chances of getting shafted during peak times. Telstra is the main provider here, but their data plans are crap!

    @andy_penn Dear Andrew, I'm telstra pre paid customer. I want to let you know that for last 1 month, your team have no clue how to solve issue of unlocking my phone. Very bad service, my honest feedback, if you want Telstra to rock in future, fix your customer service.👎👎
