@Telstra No, too scared. Had SO many issues with outgoing mail server when they were 1st set up. I’m between contracts &need those emails running urgently for job interview correspondence. I don’t want to take any risks. The accounts are paid for & organised by my ex. It’s complicated.

@Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

@Telstra I’m particularly frustrated since I’ve just finalised a year long complaint with the TIO and Telstra is having to refund almost $900 because of the crap service. I thought it was finally over.

@Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

@Middleton_Says It is incredibly painful, unfortunately we are smack between a few NBN wireless towers but blocked from line of sight. So 4g broadband is all we get. And I'm fairly sure Telstra has been winding down 4g in recent months as its getting steadily worse. I'll be looking into Starlink

@telstrahate I HAVE HAD NO ADSL FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. I CAN'T GET RELIABLE NBN & NO 5G WHERE I LIVE. I HAVE UNRELIABLE 4G RECEPTION IN MY HOUSE. I HAVE CALLED TELSTRA REPEATEDLY, I HAVE NUMEROUS CASE NUMBERS & I NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO THE SAME PERSON OR AN AUSTRALIAN. TLS I HATE YOU

@Ballyurra When I had this problem, it was because the replacers of the telephone pole in my neighbour's backyard had rewired my connection by twisting bare wires back together with their fingers - left exposed with no wrapping or shielding. Telstra fixed it for free.

@VenessaM_Au @YvonneGunn @Ballyurra The NBN started going down the tube when Turnbull got on the job, and got worse as he went. I’ve given up on the local NBN, fibre to the puddle down the road, disintegrating copper to the house. I had to go Telstra 5G to get any performance.

@KateKak Here at Sunbury (40km out) it’s ordinary service if you’re not in the newest area. When first I complained a decade ago, Telstra told me “by law we only have to give you a twisted pair of copper wires!” …Institutional lack of care.

@CherylCritchley Here’s a tip that won’t help everyone but Telstra customers can purchase discounted AFL reserved seats via the My Telstra app. It’s not for every game but Hawks v Tigers this week is available.
