  @Telstra I ended up getting there through the online chat - not before I was transferred to a ‘saves’ team tho. It’s not the fact I can call... my issue is that I can do everything else I want online but you make it hard to cancel my contract. I know why, but it’s not a great XP.

  Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

  @robynbryant33 while telstra was trying to fix that issue they somehow wired my phone, neighbour on corners phone and flats phone together, best bit was they all rang regardless of which number was dialed, telstra even tried to bill all three of us for it.

  @Telstra Hey there is no signal inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre WA 6018. And if, it's very very poor. Customers are complaining a lot, eftpos drop outs. #Telstra

  @robynbryant33 the best bit about the shared line farce was i had adsl <early adopter>, it continued to function perfectly throughout the whole process. even when telstra insisted the line had ceased to exist and in fact had never existed, again.

  @robynbryant33 nearly forgot the other surreal bit. when i tried to report the "not my flat" fault. telstra told me i was not allowed to due to not being the account holder on the line i was calling from <the one in my home> and that my home had never had a phone line.

  @roller2426 I got myself a silent one number, so mostly I manage to avoid that crap. Once in a while a scammer manages to get through and try to get me to open my computer for them, usually they pretend to be from Telstra. They get short shrift and I hang up on them. 😈🤬

  @Telstra For instance, an incorrect BSB # was recorded when I upgraded over the phone @Telstra. I received a rect for payment late last week, then a failed payment msg this morning. Things can go wrong - why deny your customers the ability to rectify problems before they’re compounded
