@Telstra Not offensive but thank you. And not at all. They issued a new SIM card which will supposedly arrive today and we’ll see if that sorts out the issue. Cheers.

@annabelcrabb @ABCTV Yep I was one of the few women in emergency management and was in a meeting about the new telstra early warning system trial I was trying to talk about the evaluation process of such a trial and as the only woman in the meeting I wasn't heard I persevered in every meeting

@Telstra I am experiencing a worst outage since yesterday and i have complained about it 3 times in 28hours and it is just a barring issue and you guys are so inefficient that you couldn’t lift barring even after i paid the whole bill

@bensab3 I don't know why you chose to make that blast, it may surprise you to learn that I'm in partial agreement. Not all privatisation has been bad, but it needs natural competition. Telstra, for example, worked to our benefit because of Optus etc. Utilities were a dismal failure.

Please rethink L5 restrictions @marshall_steven! I’m over 38wks pregnant. No landline at home. Accidentally crushed my mobile phone. Can’t find a replacement! @Telstra wouldn’t sell me one outright because I’m not a customer. Other stores were closing + said closed for the week.

  • BeVikhy BeVikhy (@BeVikhy) reported

@Telstra Why do you ask me to dm and then you start neglecting us This is what i spoke about the worst service providers

  • knightd73 Dean Knight (@knightd73) reported

  • tomwilliams70 Tom Williams (@tomwilliams70) reported

@Telstra where is my product which I ordered 3 months ago…points deducted but still no delivery and it’s not a @startrack issue!

  • trax4321 Trax (@trax4321) reported

Just got a call at work from Telstra telling me that my Internet is being disconnected yet again. I tell them yeah that's fine, do it. But for some reason they never do.

  • THDcurnow THDcurnow (@THDcurnow) reported

@JChengWSJ @StephenMcDonell @StuartLCondie For Telstra’s part, the deal would be an opportunity to work with the government during the likely privatization of Australia’s broadband network. It’s a good time for Telstra to be doing the federal government a favor. Favors come back around. Bad luck Optus

  • MelArcher369 Melanie Archer 😛 (@MelArcher369) reported

@Telstra There are 0 benefits, absolutely 0 benefits of breaking up my Telstra bill into different payments on different dates - how stupid.
