    @RobOakeshott1 The best I've EVER got is c;7mbps & paying $115 mth for 30gigs data & now the bastards at Telstra won't let us use my partners iphone as a wifi hotspot to use the data on her phone, but wants top charge us $10/gig because we haven't signed up to a "shared data plan" or some shit!

    @Telstra No, I already checked that's why I messaged Twitter. Seems to happen pretty regular, Works great and then all of a sudden bam.. No connection. We've logged many service cases.

    15 business days have now passed without contact but have received email from @Telstra stating we believe we’ve sorted out your issue now. Well you haven’t. Don’t close jobs without confirmation. You don’t give a rats about customer service.

    Andy Penn whining to the ABC that there’s “no margin” on NBN is laughable. Actually complained about the market distortion of the wholesale pricing. (I understand there are problems, but boo-hoo Telstra)

    A friend rang Telstra to complain about scam NBN calls on her landline. Telstra fixed the problem by cutting off my friend’s landline! As she doesn’t have a mobile, she now has a bigger problem than she started with.

    @Telstra At this point in time I doubt anyone will show up on Tuesday. Furthermore the 4G connection from the modem is so woeful it can only support one device and barely then. Now we are having to use our phone data so that will be a great profit for @Telstra seeing as we can't bundle...

    @Telstra On the outage request I put my mobile number down as the contact. Your call centre in who knows what part of the world has been calling my Wife incandescently leaving rather rude voicemail messages. My Wife is on deployment in NSW fighting fires. This is why my number was given.
