@bertstaco @Telstra @imfallfromgrace Make a complaint while on the phone to management and the call gets sent to an Australian Centre. Most of the call centres are outsourced courtesy of the LNP

@MikeCarlton01 Perhaps something else was happening overnight? Was awake around 3.30am trying to talk to sibling in Scotland - tried various means/platforms, using both Optus & Telstra, it was dire. Had to give up. Problem was here - she was connected to family in Middle East, Canada & USA too.

@Telstra No luck, just spent 45min on phone with telstra, couldn’t help. Says it’s a billing issue and need to call billing tomorrow. Will see how many people I end up calling. As my billing was setup by telstra with new phone and plans.

@MikeCarlton01 Weird, I'm in Perth and with iiNet. No interruption to internet or email services (still receiving all the boxing day sale emails) for me but their website is down. As bad as everyone says they are, iiNet have been better than Telstra and Optus in my experience.

  • knnott S Wood is a foreign troll? (@knnott) reported

@MikeCarlton01 I'm not having any problem with iinet through the old Transact lines in ACT - they bypass the Telstra infrastructure.

  • mrebilll Mrebilll (@mrebilll) reported

@Telstra one of your ****** reps decided to hang up on me. Seriously sort out the company as I am done with all the issues that none of you people want to deal with and just hang up. Pay so much just to get treated like ****. So much for “gold member”

  • _CycleGirl_ _TARA_ (@_CycleGirl_) reported

@Telstra Just speaking to them now… fingers crossed I can get the issue fixed.

  • GasIsTheNewCoal 🌺 Jen 💉💉🌺 It's the climate, stupid. (@GasIsTheNewCoal) reported

@Telstra None because your internet is so extremely terrible that it would struggle to stream a 5 second low res clip.
