@VodafoneAU I’ve raised the matter before but nothing ever happened. Same applies to Telstra, and they do nothing either. But when I go to a neighbouring suburb, or even in a tunnel and get better reception then there’s a fundamental problem with either equipment or signal.

@BoganFit @Telstra @kayosports Telstra are ****** for this ****, they would rather gain one new customer as opposed to keeping loyal ones. I had Telstra home, mobile, tablet, internet. Now nothing. They can enjoy their new customer who will bugger off anyway after their first experience with Telstra service

@Telstra your chat services are too busy and non-responsive.. and there's no way to call you - cant get through on 132000. I want to cancel a service - shall I just log with the TIO?

@Telstra Have you ever tried your messaging service via the app? It’s disgusting! Your staff lie and you get transferred and need to repeat yourself. A simple question takes all day with multiple repeats!
