    @Telstra Yes, but NO resolution provided. Still the same words - "your order is still in progress and we have to wait for it to be cancelled before a refund can be given" Been 47 days now. How long does it take to update systems and process a refund ??

    @Telstra Thanks. Why can’t the customer elect to block all SMS aside from numbers known to the account holder for example? What is so difficult for Telstra to provide an option like that?!

    @Telstra I logged a case 10 days ago after months of issues and multiple store visits, and I’m still yet to get a response... please look into this for me?

    Hey @Telstra I can’t recharge pre paid. Keep getting error msg at #100# and online. And still waiting for email to change MyTelstra log in details, it’s been two hrs now. Online chat and phone call just goes around in circles, is not help what so ever.
