    @Monsneaks @ChrisReive @HDoumergue You a Telstra mobile customer?

  • Deano336 Dean Cohen (@Deano336) reported

    @ElsaJade3 @theage @henriettacook It is unconscionable for Optus to make a sale to an elderly gent seeking help with a Telstra service. Staff should be trained to identify signs of vulnerability (like his confusion on arrival). This is a social expectation in industries where customers become bound to contracts.

    @bee_bee_gunn Dang. I’m with Telstra and CC w optus/voda. I guess we can probably rule out a specific network error between these. Weird!!

  • SWLangdon Stuart Langdon (@SWLangdon) reported

    @Telstra Hi GregBot, Another stack of hours wasted with zero interest in actual resolution. Ignoring me about misuse of my personal information was a wonderful contribution from you, must feel terrible to be let of that machine.

  • fufuad_ Fuad (@fufuad_) reported

    Seriously @Telstra what you gonna do about this? Is that because you have monopolized the market so you dont have the sense of urgency to help the customer?

  • MisterTaxman Dr Adrian Raftery (@MisterTaxman) reported

    The “hotline” issue was raised in the 11am press conference yesterday. We were told it would be looked into. It should have been resolved within a few hours. Get @andy_penn’s top @Telstra technicians to sort out hotline dramas ... get a 16yo to arrange online booking form ...

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

    @NSWGR8022 @MRowlandMP @Tony_Burke Not really sure your point. Telstra didn't do preventative maintenance on the network (which is why fttn is rubbish) so the cost of providing access to degraded infrastructure was low.
