  .@Telstra You know, it would be great if people would be notified of NBN work and interruptions at least BEFORE the internet is no longer working! I got a notification AFTER the service was restored!

  @asphotos Science isn't going to help when the system is clogged because the NBN is down and many thousands of people are trying to find workarounds. Telstra in the park has collapsed, and Optus is struggling.

  @merkin_about its when online security works against the very elderly and their carers. we had this trouble with Telstra. they kept texting a security code to a number that wasn't our's. Mum didn't understand ended up having to get the ombudsman involved.

  Usually @Telstra is happy to jump on line and offer a fix (of sorts) to complaints about their terrible service. Not today. They have no fix for no fibre, flooded and archaic coaxial, and massively overloaded 5G. Too long bullshitting govt and shareholders. They just can't cope.

  @Empty_jr Like I was In Cloncurry for a week a few years back and I got **** service (even while on Telstra) when I travelled to Cloncurry to Mount Isa.

  Why is phone reception so poor at @TheAdelaideOval can be a MCG with 80000 or Marvel with 50000 and have phone reception yet Adelaide Oval with 30 to 40k reception is ****. Every since Telstra stopped sponsorship of the plaza.

  @disco___cat You can use boost mobile which is Telstra though a little cheaper. I'm with Vodafone now and yes you do notice the service drop compared to Telstra

  Aussies need Starlink, it is far faster, more reliable and more secure than the Telstra backbone - which FYI is open access to bad actor hackers who get into your PC via INSECURE modem design.

  @AvidCommentator I have abandoned NBN. Service is atrocious as it is mediated through the Telcos. You can’t get to an NBN tech directly. They cancelled five appointments made for me via Telstra saying not an NBN problem. But it was just like the other three times. Now have Telstra 5 G. So simple
