@Telstra Its just been cutting out at least 5+ times a day for extended amounts of time and every time (3 times) we ask for maintenance, we get a text back saying that the issue is resolved and theres no need for it despite problems still being present

@Telstra Why so late, business hours for Telstra tech support finish at 5pm. Why not assist with getting tech support? My last 3 outages were caused by programming faults which is probably why only a few in the area have a problem

@Telstra As a customer of being with you for almost 10 years, I would never expect Telstra to handle a customer's compliant like what I've just experienced for the past month. I was disrespectfully treated by one of your complaint officer. The worst customer experience ever!!!
