@Budgie2712 Our policy team has confirmed the block is not coming from our end. Please reach out to Telstra directly to report this as they will need to fix the issue on their side. In the meantime, you can still log into your account using a different internet connection like mobile data.

@Optus Explain how a senior case manager can have such a poor understanding of your products? Your roaming doesn’t work, I can’t make outbound calls and your case managers would rather argue with me! Stop the modern day slavery and bring your operation back onshore as @telstra have

Oh wow I’ve never been so annoyed by customer service. @Telstra keep charging me a late payment fee but the only way I can pay my bill is on their annoying app which never works and I waste so much time looking at their stupid loading page. I’m done. #Timewaster

@Telstra first you took weeks to onboard me as a new service. Now I’m not getting my bills on time to get them reimbursed within set timeframe from my work. Your services are in some kind of a mess

@LouiseElliot19 I think that Council should treat this like any business. Would Council tell Telstra where to locate, or Commonwealth Bank? There’s a bunch of old bank buildings in CBD now being used for other things - irrespective of opinions, Council had no role or place to stop that

Visiting the telstra store is consistently the worst retail experience. Each visit is somehow worse than the previous one which is impressive in its own way.

@Telstra Why? Nothing will ever be done about it. I'm stuck in the void of @Telstra antiquated billing system. Yet, half my services are already on the supposed "new system" and half on the old. The only benefit is you directly charge people before you can even resolve billing issues.

@alasen Telstra know they have you by the *******! I have a far less annoying problem with e-toll - my father set up the account but didn't know how to spell his name or mine, and we can't fix it because neither of us have ID that matches that spelling. So we don't pay our etolls.
