  @amaysimAU @cameronreilly I expect you will support it as it is likely part of a comprehensive 'digital future'. The issue is how many (perhaps) years it will take. You may have to wait for your owners Optus as their staffer told me eSIM is no go on their prepaid (Telstra do ESIM on prepaid).

  @Telstra Driving to a store isn't an "easy fix". btw the real fix for this problem is @andy_penn investing time and resources into completely overhauling the chat "service". It is seriously broken on so many levels.

  @rayson_toast @Telstra Telstra won’t let you access credits. Your money is gone unless you make a TIO complaint - I highly recommend you go straight to the TIO about this
