What a privilege it was to have a functioning @NBN_Australia connection for two days before it inevitably imploded. Now being told down ‘til 16/11, and @Telstra 4G backup ain’t working either. What exactly am I paying for?

I'm at my wits end. I had to leave my home 40k from Cooktown two weeks ago when my internet/phone stopped working and have been in Cairns spending hours at Telstra office and spending further many hours waiting for Skymesh 'support' to answer the phone. So far neither of them....

@Telstra It's a bit late now Ash. We had to wait until she actually died before you guys took us seriously. It was totally unprofessional. All the other utilities were so sympathetic and waived the outstanding bills. You lot harassed my mother for $19.80 and threatened a bad credit rating

@gmail I did seek help from your Help centre at the time, but got no real help, and you don't offer a Chat line. So I contacted my internet provider @Telstra who have a Chat help line, and their expert 'Nayak' gave me immediate attention, restored my email and retrieved my lost Gmail.
