@NayfePacewell Yeah that is how they do All Access in the land down under. I guess ya don't use Telstra?

@Telstra @andy_penn Maybe not for @Telstra, but for me, today is a 'business day' ... but apparently it is ok for me to have to wait until at least Monday, and possibly Wednesday, to get the service I am paying for restored? and in the meantime pay additional charges for using 4G? #telstra

@CherylCritchley No, I’m not happy. It was one of the reasons I pay a premium to stay with Telstra. They should be providing an equivalent service at no extra cost for subscribers.

@CherylCritchley I'm not a @Telstra customer. I live in Melbourne and am a @stkildafc member. I go to matches when they play in Melbourne, and previously paid for a one week pass to watch via AFL app when they played interstate. Total annual cost around $30. Don't want and can't afford Kayo.

@telstra cellular signal dropped from 4G 2 bars to 3G in Ultimo... yet its 4 bars when driving under the Sydney Harbour Tunnel 🙄

@BronwenZ that really sucks.. but hey at least you live in a really nice place (from photos I've seen John post on fb) so that's the price I guess. Maybe bonded 5G is an option? Not sure what Optus is like (cheap unl.) from here we can get 550/40 on Telstra 5G but that's $140/200gb mo.

@RonniSalt @Telstra When calling Telstra. The first thing you do is ask to make a formal complaint, then you are put through to helpful people

@RonniSalt @Telstra Exactly this. Last time, it took three calls to Customer Service totalling over five hours duration, and one to their complaints dept, just to get a Cable Internet service cancelled. And I feel that I got off lightly. Privatization has worked wonders for Telstra. /s

@4Boat @CherylCritchley I have Kayo, it's a sports fanatics paradise. In the current climate it makes sense for them to link up. With AFL u get the full fox footy coverage, never seen a game on telstra tho so no idea how it compares

@Telstra you have poor customer service and you have long waiting times for providing replacement sims but you have great 5G coverage. I like you but you can really be annoying sometimes #Telstra5G
