@Telstra When I have 6 hours (I have a one year old so that’s never) I’ll think about following the link. 6 hours was how long I wasted on the last communication through your messaging system. That’s as still quicker than the 10 hours wasted last time I spoke to you guys on the phone

@Telstra hi there. Your outrage site says some issues with business services in Sarina, QLD. The network has been dropping in and out all day and has just about ground to a halt. Is there a repair time on this? Making our work very difficult to do.

I’ve had pretty good service from @VodafoneAU for a gd decade but things have clearly changed. I can’t believe how disgusting and disrespectful the guy I spoke to on the phone was today. Are ppl with Optus happy with the service? Or is it Telstra or busy when it comes to 🤳🏻?

@Telstra Took your advice. Went through to Telstra experts. They couldn't give me update on my case, as it's with Network team (and has been for >=14 days). Assured me update from them within 24-48 hours. Clock is ticking
