@GrogsGamut @Telstra I used it once because my internet was down. It told me to go to a website.

  • secret_matty The Secret Life Of Walter Matty (@secret_matty) reported

@Telstra I'll be exploring options to leave Telstra and switch to a provider more interested in customer service rather than sales through deceit.

  • wendrose21 wen615 (@wendrose21) reported

@Telstra Can you please tell me why after 3 days and no communication we still have no home internet-we live in Bellevue Hill NSW. Online says no outages but that’s not the case? I’m tired of your NBN issues and no one to speak to about it.

@Telstra In store. I was told it would be ready for collection on 29 Jan. I was then told it would be 7 days later. Then told all orders were complete - except for mine. I was then told I couldn't cancel my contract or order in store. And then online told me I had to do it in store..

@hazmatnz They recognise my📱 number as an existing customer lol Bastards 🤨 Though I’m not through Telstra so may not wait so long or longer 😫

  • NickyWill100 Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I will wait until tomorrow I can’t spend any more time on this today. I am completely ground down by months of Telstra miscommunication and misinformation from different parts of the organisation.

  • AdrianCantCook Adrian Can't Cook (@AdrianCantCook) reported

@Telstra Mobile data, calls & SMS are all an issue... and its the same case for anyone with Telstra living down here. There are thousands of homes dealing with the same poor service. Why has this not been fixed - its been like this for years - the Illawarra is HUGE LGA. What’s going on?

  • DamonV80 Damon Vrettakis (@DamonV80) reported

@Telstra Update: after going into a store to “rectify” this issue the account has been transferred to my name however my email must remain in my fathers name as “it’s too difficult to change” - are you absolutely serious?

  • PureBredGay PBG (white tick in a blue cloud) (@PureBredGay) reported

@channelclem @Telstra @andy_penn Parentals having the exact same issue. Appalling.

  • SarahTtheWriter Sarah Thomas (@SarahTtheWriter) reported

We also had the discovery that she had been missold a previous @Telstra plan where she had been overpaying $15 a month for an internet service she didn't know she had and does not use - next stop @TelcoOmbudsman on this one. 3/6
