TMW your @Telstra complaint officer says mobile outage started 22.6 (147 days ago) when a “site failure” was found. Reason I can only get 3G which is to be shut in 2024! Well well.

@Telstra About 15 months. You charge me maximum price for a 3 rd rate service. I have 1 bar of service. I live less than 200 metres from your transmission tower. Surely someone there knows what’s going wrong at this end.

I cannot believe how bad Telstra Billing is two days ago I spent 30 minutes on the phone thinking I had sorted things out, the next day they send me another bill that is even worse? different billing cost for mob & NBN has risen a lot but I still only have the same as years ago?

@Telstra @ben_pettifor If the outage was 20 hours ago why is there no notification that there are internet issues in my area. Not good enough. I think it’s about time I took my business elsewhere. Telstra doesn’t give a **** !!!!
