    @AvidCommentator That’s frustrating. We had lots of issues with Optus and Telstra who blamed it all on the infrastructure but once we got Aussie Broadband it all went away. We also went from an inconsistent 90Mb download speed to a consistent 450Mb.

    @lind24356631 Im on the DSP its so hard to make ends meet. Im Ashamed im on the DSP. I worked from 14. After my HSC i worked full time for Telstra M-F Then Retail thurs 7-12am Sat &Sun 7-6 For 7 yrs. Than my health issues kicked in..😔

    @Telstra I ordered NBN a week ago. I’ve received 0 emails, 0 SMS. I have made 3 phone calls and 3 attempts on the online chat to ask for information or an order number. NOBODY can help me. This is the worst Telstra service I’ve received EVER.

    There’s more than enough for people to deal with in our current situation & I want to extend my thanks to @ChrisJTaylorCT, regional GM Telstra, on the rectification of a comms problem for our region. Broadband scheduled to take 9 days to fix has been done immediately.

    @margaretthrosby @Telstra Three letters TIO. Open a complaint. It’s the only way I could get NBN and iiNet to sort their miserable act out.

    @Telstra After another round, Internet seems to be behaving. After another ‘background’ intersedence of unknown origin. I believe that I am due a substantial credit for the ridiculous amount of time I have spent on the phone when the problem has been solved from within Telstra.
