@CaroletheStrong Thanks Carole. I'm trying to help a neighbour in her 70s who ONLY has home phone and the ENTIRE Telstra public contact system is based on you having a mobile or internet connection. If you don't have those the system just cuts you off

@Telstra Nope they havent and only tells me that they can reapply international calling but nit sure why it charged. Also its wrong that you are saying abt prioritizing medical support because when i called customer care and opted sales for new plan i was able to connect obviously.

@Telstra Hi, this was through the NBN. Having issues again today. Switched 4G/5G network to get any internet. Dropped out overnight last night. In Meadowbank in Sydney.

@BettyTootellF @NBN_Australia @Telstra Ferntree Gully for me. According to my modem's error messages, it's an issue preventing my Telstra Smart Modem from receiving a DHCP IP address lease (so either a physical fault, a routing fault, or a DHCP server fault).

@Telstra I have already sent 4 times msg and every-time agent says issue resolved. Bt I see a new bill with 900 aud charged and rexplain agn to new agnt.Are you saying you dont have a voice support anymore for existing customers?Because when i call number, get redirected to chat support.
