@Telstra Text services like social media can still work with intermittent data which is how I've been able to communicate here over the last month. Telstra should consider something similar. Relying on a web page chat service is problematic in data outage situations.

@Telstra Hi Ivan, it’s been this bad for the past 3-4 days (has been intermittent before that). I’ll run that test now.

Got the new s22 when it came out, had nothing but issues and now have to get it sent to be "repaired". ******* ****. @Telstra should just give me the new phone and fix their **** themselves. Paying money for **** service.

@Telstra Yes. Wife has been on phone with your team for 1.5 hours (between on hold and talking to service reps), told they can’t find our account, then told they have an address in Inglewood NSW for us (we’re in Vic), told they can’t help us. Online tool doesn’t work, staff untrained.

how long does it take @Telstra to provide a paid service and unlock a phone? - 3 months, blaming the customer, multiple complaints ombudsman involvement - still no closer @TelcoOmbudsman @andy_penn

@RoadknightThe I remember the Telstra ADSL days. I had slightly better speed of 1.5Mbps. Only cost me $120 per month and had to have a phone connection too, another $29 per month. That was 5 years ago. Will never use any Telstra service again. Aussie broadband is great.
