    @Telstra Got an official response. Was told that the network was overloaded. Which is what I said in the first place. Arrghh. Was told that Telstra upgraded network, but have no plans to upgrade for >= 3 months(?). Asked for this in writing. Was refused. But I do have a case number now.

    Dear @Telstra my home internet has all but shut down, you sent me a text saying there were upgrades going on but this was several days ago, when I’ve been able to use my Mac I’ve completed all the trouble shooting and my Telstra exercises and it says there is nothing wrong

    @telstra I have had my NBN disconnected due to orders section not checking that I had already joined NBN for my business. 5 days and all I get is #sorry. No reconnection in sight. In huge debt due to @telstra negligence. Complaints team don’t care or call back. Please help

    @Telstra 3 x 45 min calls with Tech Support …. I get told my NBN is still being commissioned. I’ve had nbn for 3 weeks. I’ve moved from Bigpond broadband to NBN (it’s a different modem). Switch from a coax cable to a telephone like.

    @marcuskelson This test will at least tell you if the issue is between the computer and the modem (a modem fault) or between the modem and telstra (which could be a modem or a line fault).

    @marcuskelson If the modem was failing it wouldn't be intermittent so this suggests it's more likely the signal from outside (telstra/nbn issue), in which case it's a matter of waiting for them to pull their fingers out.

    hey @Telstra my wifi’s been really slow all day (can’t even load a youtube video) but there are no outages etc please help (post code 2224)
