    @margaretthrosby Telstra and Foxtel now being billed separately instead of a a bundle apparently. Maybe that’s the issue.

    @x_MsAu Been with Telstra basically all my life and holy **** I can’t wait to move out, nothing but problems with Telstra and the customer service is the absolute worst. I’ve spent 10 years trying to get mum to switch providers. Literally anyone other then Telstra

    .@Telstra Customer Service: 1hr 15mins on hold..crap music + ads.. answered by a call centre in India..told "sorry cant help" @StGeorgeBank 4mins on hold.. answered by someone working from home in AU, complete with barking dog. Sorted in 5 mins.👍 Why is it so hard for Telstra?

    @craigreucassel Definitely not worth the $78mill bonuses @NBN_Australia paid themselves at this rate. Couple this with having @Telstra as your 'service provider' using the MY Telstra app message system and it is frustrating as hell. It is a lottery. It should be a certainty by now.
