Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ogofgc Owen George (@ogofgc) reported

@Telstra There seems to be some issue with your mobile coverage in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast? Can't make or receive calls?

  • s_niggel Niggel's blocker ****** (Niall Ciardubain) (@s_niggel) reported

@droverdriver61 Early nineties, 91/92, dialup using an email to fax service supplied by Telstra that cost $1,200 per month. They had an in-house developed client/browser that Outlook/Navigator ended up being remarkably similar to… prior to that, from 1984 I wrote pier to pier data modem apps

  • cecenviro ClarenceEnviroCentre💧 (@cecenviro) reported

@jimmymalecki @Telstra Small solace for 100's staff made redundant or the customers left hanging without a service.

  • Kusoneet_A ニート (@Kusoneet_A) reported

There seems to be an issue with my @Telstra home wifi modem. I’ve tried powering on and off for a few times, but the wifi is so slow that it won’t even let me send texts in a minute… It was working perfectly fine until last night🤔 not really sure what’s happening

  • Draycko Draycko (@Draycko) reported

@BeardedVampyr @mully @Telstra It definitely wasn’t. Caps are still the norm here in Aus… it’s not too long ago we were still using capped broadband. It was horrible!

  • dumpsontweets layingcable (@dumpsontweets) reported

@Telstra Yeah that's cool I know it's a separate repayment. It's a nominal increase in my actual plan. It's pretty poor form though seeing as I signed up for a plan at the original price. If you want to increase the cost wait until my plan runs out.

  • MikeySlezak Michael Slezak (@MikeySlezak) reported

@joelgibson @Telstra Only mobile service I’ve found with decent coverage - especially when travelling around the country.

  • Mansell05 Paul Mansell (@Mansell05) reported

@bingewatchers1 @VodafoneAU @Telstra I have been with Telstra for many many years and now I get treated like this? Time to move… that’s how they treat loyal clients….

  • iSpeakLoudly David (@iSpeakLoudly) reported

@Webjet_AU @ChangiAirport Great marketing, but it's all a lie - this company has zero customer support so do not buy in to their marketing shine, it's run so poorly that it makes Telstra look semi ok. Go elsewhere.

  • stirlospace 𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚛𝚕𝚘.𝚜𝚙𝚊𝚌𝚎 @𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜.𝗰𝗼𝗺 (@stirlospace) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra @Optus @amaysimAU Yeah seems like your whole network is down across Melbourne at least just went to the shops they couldn’t use 5G 4G anything but Nbn seems okay sort of I mean for Nbn in the city yeah it’s out of the usual expected level of a yes. My mum always said.
