  • gtvone Simon ******* (@gtvone) reported

@Jhxbi @Telstra So what's the actual problem? Ping? Actual speed? Drop outs?

  • gtvone Simon ******* (@gtvone) reported

@Jhxbi @Telstra So you're having trouble with your wifi? are you cabled or is that desktop of yours wireless? Nice setup. Sean, there's no need for stomping, only trying to help. I don't know why Telstra follow me, you should ask them.

  • MsSandyCrack Ms Sandy Crack (@MsSandyCrack) reported

@Telstra It would be good if you had a service/telephone number to call immediately after the call to inform your AI indentifing the scam calls, of new details ( line id ) to include in your black list

  • littlehorror01 Andrew Cole (@littlehorror01) reported

@BroHilderchump (former Tekstra customer). My local Telstra store ( supposedly BIGGEST IN State), you have enter details and wait to see someone. Went there once, was told my appointment would be at 5.20pm. "Funny, as you store closes at 5.00pm". Oh in that case you'll have to come back tomorrow

  • gtvone Simon ******* (@gtvone) reported

@BrennenSaine @Jhxbi @Telstra Well, I figured you didn't want any help - totally fine, and I guess we just don't have that much in common. All good. Brennen, yeah, it's a tough one - and to some extent I agree, but there is good and bad in every organisation I guess. Anyway, as you were.

  • vogrady2132 💧Vince O'Grady (@vogrady2132) reported

@BroHilderchump @tim_rust @Telstra I agree there. I used to work in comms and I knew what was wrong too. When the tech finally came and I spoke to him he fixed it in 15 mins. Problem with these people is they don't have training in the tech and so can't understand anything.

  • pasavito Tony West (@pasavito) reported

@Telstra Thanks for this. Also blocked scam calls by unplugging the landline :/ But scam emails getting through are rising. Really obvious “this person knows a secret to getting rich, do this before the banks crack down”.

  • BroHilderchump Phteven with a pee haitch (@BroHilderchump) reported

Ok...I've finally cut the cord. I've been a @telstra customer for over 30 years..landline, mobile....my first internet account with them was in 1996. In that time I reckon I've spent 2 months on the phone trying to fix their errors. I've been overcharged, double charged

  • gtvone Simon ******* (@gtvone) reported

@Jhxbi @Telstra No worries. The Telstra twitter (social) team are actually pretty good... Phone support is... yeah - no. But if you can get the @Telstra guys to dm you and get you to someone that actually is good, they'll get you fixed up. Anyway, good luck with it all.
