@Telstra @lashnslashndash Correct channels? As in, "the problem is probably your phone, follow these steps including factory resetting your phone first". Please provide me with a direct link to report a fault that doesn't include troubleshooting the phones of the 11 people I've personally spoken with.

Man, i dunno what it is about Telstra. They are the biggest communications company in the country but their communication is just awful. I've been telling them about this fault for 6 months and now they've made an appointment only to cancel it without telling me. Livid.

@Telstra @paul_jobber23 Reporting an issue to the faults team is a painful exercise, considering the Telstra troubleshooting steps include doing a factory reset on your phone first. Staff members at the PMQ Telstra store I spoke with acknowledged there are widespread issues in the area; why not publish?
