    @LaniRefiti @Telstra Yep. You used to use Telstra because of the device, now the service is one of the industry’s worst. You spend hours talking to people on chat who respond slowly& don’t follow the conversation.

    @DavidRoughan @Telstra Ok, excellent. Seriously. But every time I have an issue and make contact with them, they do less than bugger all, and it takes them hours of my time to achieve nothing. To me they're a big time wasting PR exercise.

    Boy, I’ve just spent an hour trying to get @Telstra support & man, it’s hopeless. Great network but even as a Silver tiered member going through the app it’s unusable. Surely there is a better way Telstra?
