@BelongAU After all that I got 2 hours of connection. You can't even supply 5mps. Shocking stuff. Now I have to stay around all day tomorrow for a @Telstra technician to say that the copper wire is faulty. Then you won't fix it. Because @Telstra will say, No, we can't fix This!!!

@Telstra 2. Follow links for mobile support, performed all the troubleshooting steps, no help. PS, factory reset does not fix network problems, just saying (it’s a washing of hands/oh must be on your end type non-solution). Still no link to report, scroll down to ‘Contact Us’

@RoadknightThe had a similar issue last week. Called Telstra and they remotely updated some firmware and was running fine again. Good luck.

@Telstra Many people I know in the area have no phone service or internet. No mobile service as well as no home internet.
