From my @Telstra ‘For this upload speed issue I can book a technician for you but what they will do is they will check your line remotely and they will place a note that service is working hence cancelling the appointment and again from the beginning we need to start’ 🤨

If you asked me the one thing that would INSTANTLY increase attendance and have more engaged students (less tired, less destracted), it’d be switching off the Telstra signal so kids (and parents) aren’t up all night on their phones. It’s radical, I know, but it would get results.

@Tyler_Kooyman @AlertsXbox Didn’t end up coming, apparently there was an error with the paperwork. If you haven’t seen already though, I bloke in here said that Telstra have stock and your order status should have changed. My bad, maybe check yours also?

@Telstra I’ve gone to app & it says no service disruptions. I only live a few minutes from the centre. If I was in the centre I wouldn’t be able to check service disruptions because there would be no service. This is not helpful advice or addressing the issue - communicate the outage.
