    A neighbour just told me that Telstra wants to charge him $135.00 for a service technician to hook up his new modem for his phone. He is a Telstra customer. I advised him not to pay it and lodge a complaint.

    @WarWraith @Telstra Seems like it. The new “Upfront” plans DO NOT support esims They are pre paid and direct debit payments only. Everyone is being moved to the Upfront plans I’ve been told

    @Telstra I have regularly I get an average of 20 calls a week,to all the people reading this if you get a call you answer and its quiet then you hear call centre noise HANG UP
