@Telstra I have to say that your customer service is an absolute joke! 4 days without Internet. Every time we call, your absolutely useless team in the Philippines put you on hold then let the call disconnect and never call back. I’m currently sitting on 6hrs on hold over 3 days!

@Telstra after three phone calls one store visit and 47 minutes on hold to sort out a rural coverage issue, I get hung up on. I can’t even seem to find a spot online to purchase what I want! Why is it so hard???
