@PaulFletcherMP how do I get @Telstra internet service restored when they palm off responsibility to you for disconnecting my service? They say because of NBN it will take days. Quick to disconnect, days to reconnect. Hopeless “service”.

@Telstra References do you mean most of my paperwork and I haven't got any more but I have got my receipts off big bills I had to pay when I was only ringing out I'm really having trouble to explain all this

@Telstra Companies need to be aware when going to paperless that older people are often unable to cope. My father had no problem with being able to pay he just couldn't cope at 91 with a paperless system. That the company changed the process without consultation was wrong. 2/2

@margaretthrosby @Telstra Telstra should never have been broken up into a no -government business and the nbn should have been under one organisation. Governments should provide a service to people not be a business.

@Telstra the saga continues, after making a complaint about NBN service a case manager arranged a technician to come out. Just received a text saying I would be charged $135 for the first $30 minutes then $40 for ever 15 minutes after that. Seriously. Punished for complaining!
