    @Telstra @Telstra This is a highly unacceptable thing. There was no mention of international roaming being not available in prepaid. All your help articles show them as available in telstra app. Not expected this from one of largest carrier of our country.

    @Telstra Welp, Telstra CM have not only gone ahead and cancelled my email access but they have cancelled my CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, Brandon. Despite my b&w PROOF OF PAYMENT. Yes, Ombudsman, this is how well they are serving the community.

    telstra just took money from my bank account without my permission!!!!!!!!!!!!! i never sign up for direct debit,yet they decide apparently to just do what they like!!

    @Telstra Actiavting International roaming pack on Telstra prepaid is a nightmare. I am trying to activate from last two hours but had no luck. I never faced this issue on other carriers. Please help
