    Telstra has to be the most Hopeless Site around now. The Phone App doesn't work. Can't even Type in anything . Try Recharging online on Laptop; "Error" message. Try phoning them. A confusing convoluted mountain of nonsensical crap. Hopeless.

    The Fed Govt is doing the heavy lifting here. Telstra will only commit equity worth approx $360 million. Company calls it a "commercially attractive asset" but simply no way they would be doing this without govt urging and support 2/

    @Telstra Hi, my 4G 5G service is very slow and only getting 1 bar signal. Internet speed is 0.25 up and down. I’ve tried resetting and reconnecting. Nothing has changed. No outage reports Please help.

    @Telstra Saturday I go to the Telstra shop in Orange NSW. Spoke to Shane he says come back Sunday just before 10.00am Go back today speak with Libby. She say I have to make s booking to see Shane. Booked in for 12 noon Go back at 12 noon Shane has gone to lunch. Terrible service

    2/2 You can imagine our disappointment to learn Telstra is offering a watch with purchase so we missed out. This has left a bad taste so it might be an idea to alert customers which Telstra shops are franchises so others don't fall into this trap. Have a good day.

    @Telstra Just been told that Telstra cannot provide a landline to the farm, which once had a landline, and still has poor mobile reception. “I have checked and see it is not current available at the provided address. I am sorry for the inconvenience happened.”
