@UnwissendTas @Telstra That doesn’t sound correct. JBHIFI have it in stock through Telstra so… it’s most likely an error on their website. All other service providers have stock to pre order

@ThatRagnarDude @Telstra I waited 90 minutes and I'm apparently a "Silver Member". And the response was basically, "Yeah, the site is broken, do it this way..." Nobody could explain why my "credit assessment" said I couldn't afford a plan that I already had. It's just a mess.

@ThatRagnarDude @Telstra I'm having the exact same issue. Then if you manage to down select to a phone that fits, they don't recognize that your number is with Telstra and you can't proceed with the order. It's broken for existing customers. Super disappointed

@willislim @Telstra You think that’s bad, I’ve got 3 potential orders (2 failed payment but received confirmation, 1 pc browser order without error) in mysterious states of confirmation with partial charges for 2 orders via the Apple store.
