@Telstra My favourite part of that trip is when I call the business tech support line and somehow and up speaking to consumer support, who inevitably tell me I need to speak to business support. Sure, what number to I need to call, i ask... Can you guess what number they give me???

@Telstra I would love to have a tech investigate, Jimmy. But so far, nobody has been willing to even TRY and help me. I somehow keep ending up at the wrong department. It's always someone elses problem and they cant help me.

@__rymac @ryanjchr @jaronmc Cause a state gov deal was done before NBN with Telstra (who didn't want to do it) in that area when they built the new children hospital to get rid of the exchange and move everyone forcibly over to the fibre. Telstra never upgraded or updated it, NBN doesnt want to touch it.

@perrystephenson @Telstra I had to call up and get an eSIM QR code physically mailed to me. I’m going to be without service for up to a week.

@VK1MIC @Telstra Maybe use ALDI - same network as far as I know, but still more than $50.

@i386 @Telstra James, if you call up they can post you an eSIM. Silly I know, but that may be quicker than waiting for their back-end developers to fix the issue.

does anyone have any experience with mobile companies on the Telstra network that aren't Telstra? Unfortunately the Optus signal inside our house is not enough chop to make phone calls

@Telstra I got an email about my prepaid plan changing, most details are fine but y are you getting rid of roll over? I'm on prepaid because I'm not made of money, the roll over is an important feature of prepaid, don't get rid of it! Yes this is a complaint.
