    1st world issue I know! Who is worse to obtain customer satisfaction from @Qantas @Telstra or your work safe agent - they make you feel guilty though you are the person damaged through no fault of your own!

    @TelstraEnt We purchased a mobile phone plan with Telstra. 6 months later moved to a new inner city location & the phone was useless. If a call came in u had to go into front yard to answer & it still was static. 3 seperate attempts to get the service fixed over 6 months.Had to pay plan out.

    @ronInBendigo After a barrage of tests, three Telstra employees have admitted that it's a traffic/capacity problem. Reported to the Telecommunications Ombudsman for misleading advertising and failing to deliver claimed speeds. Telstra responded that it will not increase capacity /2

    Hey @optus ! You just lost a customer. I wanted to sign up for a $2400 12.9 IPad Pro at your Bourke/Swanston store. Stefan tells me the 12.9 iPad is locked in demo mode. Your cheaper iPads are all working normally. He didn’t seem fussed. Do better. I’m off to @Telstra now.

    @Telstra It has just appeared and I have never used the app for business and there is no linking information in the app. As I said this is a massive invasion of my privacy

    @RoadknightThe You need to include the Telstra twitter handle in your posts. They fixed my problem in two days, with a new modem and vast improvement. Their call centre and on-line chat service are appalling.

    @Telstra Hey I haven't been able to send or receive email on my bigpond account for the last hour or so - was all ok before then. Trying on laptop, desktop and mobile phone. Same problem. Internet browsing ok. I'm in Perth. Can you check n let me know ? Tks

    @michaelje @simondotau @PRGuy17 You can opt out. Not sure that Telstra would facilitate that for a mobile customer, nor for free. No real reason why any person would request this in the first place.

    @Ctl_Alt_Del Drives me mad actually. I gave Telstra some feedback once after they had simply done their job on something - I told them to stop sending stupid requests for feedback all the time!
