    @tessa_r_young @Woody2Jenny Apparently, both Optus and Telstra towers are down. I've spent the day trying to get in contact with my mum who is in Trentham but no joy so far. I hope you have some luck!!

    Holy .... #Telstra... so a network outage that should take 24/48 hours to fix, has now blown out to 7 days, according to your text message?? As far as I know the local exchange hasn't burnt down!

    Hey @Telstra just had a missed call from a mobile number with no message - rang them back, they had no idea who I was, said they never rang and phone has been sitting on the desk. Boss had a similar issue with a different number calling this afternoon, is this a known issue?

    Is anyone aware that a company called Siebel is forcing @Telstra customers into a direct debit with them instead of paying @Telstra as we always have, be it Bpay or other forms but it's our choice how we pay. Since when is removing choice a customer service? Who is Siebel?

    Dear #Telstra... I'm on my second call, after going to the rubbish, and again being told my telephone lines should be fine... and waiting. Have to feel sorry for the poor technicians in #India, trying to work on a system in #Australia they presumably have never seen.

    @captincool @Telstra They actually kind of are. Love them or hate them. No one beats them on infrastructure. If you're talking mobile, Optus is obviously 2nd. & Voda have sunk alot of coin into their rebirth. End of the day it depends where you live. But afaik they all outsource customer service.

    @Telstra I want to make a complaint, but while using the form I could not stay under the 1000 word limit. I initially tried using the app message service with no result. Is there an email address I can send this to?

    Now past 2.5Hrs on the phone to #Telstra... WAITING to get our phones reconnected!! FFS they find it easy enough to disconnect! It seems our last (of 5) people has gone to lunch, left us on hold!! Can't settle a dispute, can disconnect a phone service, then send you to #India!
