@Telstra That's not my bag. I don't want some poor Customer Service person, who probably hasn't been given all the information themselves, to wear this. That we are in 2021 and can't change a connection speed more than once a month is simply laughable.

@Telstra Hi Greg, I have been a long time customer on a 50Mbps plan. I was told that I could save money by changing to the Core Plan, at the same speed. This isn't the case, as it is 25Mbps. (1/2)
