  @Telstra New NBN, wanted Foxtel, bought Fetch. But Fetch can’t get Foxtel, can’t cancel, no refund no return, throw the Fetch box in the bin, or they said “they would recycle it responsibly”. Now I want some real science, an energy balance not virtue signalling .

  Oh how I hate @Telstra let me count the ways. Trying 2 help Dad order me a new phone its 4 yrs old, & self destructed. To confirm his identity online Telstra will only accept Drivers License or a foreign passport. To use an Australian passport to ID him he has to go in-store🤬

  @Telstra Personal i tried to do as you suggested got a txt msg saying my requests was not able to delivered on called your help centre they sent me a link filled in information now have to wait 5 days. TPG did it straight away all the way back to when I opened an account with them

  I loved Telstra but they were too corrupt. They told me I am bulldozing through management when I sent an angry email to all C level excs cause they ****** over a customer and nobody took ownership. Was a good customer and I let them down because of them

  @ChefTom1985 @CatherineD42535 Well privatized infrastructure either needs to be public or heavily regulated so we don’t see the over 160% price markup we do with Telstra. Cost per user wired+wireless service is between $35-$45/month and that’s including R&D- no profit.

  @Telstra Yep, I’m using an iPhone 8. My wife has the same issue with an iPhone 12..The bus travels along Duthy Street from Cross Rd to George Street to the junction at Greenhill Road. No where near Anzac HwyReception is fine after we cross into Hutt Street. First noticed a week ago.

  And Telstra support said it was a fault, after a hour and a half of trouble shooting. I checked NBN and looks like a service outage in our area - checked a couple of addresses in our road. How long do these usually take to resolve? I was looking forward to a good long weekend :(

  @Telstra The last 5 months. Mobile broadband doesnt work there. My son tried to ubereats some food and he couldn't use mobile broadband at all.

  @estratgen My internet is ok apart from being slow and expensive but I get the same with 5g. Constantly dropping and reconnecting every half hour or so. So much for paying more so I can have Telstra because it's "more reliable"
