@Telstra Sure - my internet went down Monday Night rang to get sorted told me tech was coming Friday got a msg to say problem resolved and they canceled technician and then Tuesday rang again spoke to someone in middle of Phillipines who was very pleasant but not very helpful!

@Telstra Hi, yes, managed to speak to someone over the phone today, apparently it's a problem related to a local 5G tower causing the modem to connect to a different tower which is what's slowing the speeds down to a crawl. Thanks for following up.

@Telstra Flood damage, no landline since February 26, no mobile service here ever. Was stranded for two weeks (no power except generator for a couple of hours a day) and I've just got a bill. Customer service impenetrable. Not happy.

@Telstra 3. Rang to fix it. Told that the credit will be applied at the next bill - so have to wait a whole month before I can request a refund through my bank because I have no idea how much the refund will be. Telstra has the money but my bank has to get the refund.

@ChiaStillHere Get Starlink. It’s changed my internet life. I kept my adsl2+ for a few months after getting starlink as a backup, but just got rid of it the other day as as usual, Telstra failed and that was it. Cancelled! So from 10mbps down to 100-200down, there’s no going back for me.
