@Telstra Switch on my pc, full my water bottle, sit back down, put my header on, login and load up discord to chat with the boys

  • DTaytius Dj_Xc_Taytius (@DTaytius) reported

@Telstra im still getting bills yet my service to the area Cable network is over & also a conformation email states my service should of ended. why is this happening. Not paying it tho.

@AlboMP Fact check. That ain’t no NBN service infrastructure. That is a neglected Telstra/Telecom pit. Dime a dozen. Makes you look like a half arsed opposition leader. #fact

  • singingbaker Leslie (@singingbaker) reported

@AlboMP @LadyofWildernes Frankly, I can’t believe you idiots have managed to make the entire network so contentious over the last decade. Everyone should have sat around the campfire, sung kumbaya and gifted the mess to Telstra, or liquidated it: A DECADE AGO!

  • blimmey1 john s (@blimmey1) reported

@Telstra You will get NO support from Telstra.Go for another company! They use 3rd world overseas support agents that are useless.

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@Telstra What email address should I send it to? However, I very much doubt your overseas call centre will actually do anything until I make a complaint to the Ombudsman.

  • BenJaminL11_PC Ben (@BenJaminL11_PC) reported

@AlboMP @AlboMP I have worked on the NBN/Copper network. If you think that is bad. You should see the rural Network, all along the highways there are exposed pits without can tops. The lack of funding to Telstra/NBN Techs is pathetic. We simply can’t repair them due to all the BS....

  • Descarts11 💧Decart (@Descarts11) reported

@AlboMP Common site anywhere. It looks like that in the pit outside my place. NBN aside why has Telstra been allowed to get away with this obvious lack of investment in its wire to the home network despite making huge profits?

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@Telstra Telstra have taken months to fail to connect me to the NBN. Three times engineers failed to show, multiple txt & calls. No action, no response. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Why would you trust them with a handset? Customer support is non existent! Avoid!

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@Telstra Yes. Three appointments made for engineer to turn, all no shows. Numerous attempts via txt and phone. Complaint raised, no response. Telstra has now threatened to void the contract. I simply don’t know what to do next other than raise the matter with the telecom Ombudsman.
