3/3… every time I have an interaction with Telstra it ends up a disappointment. After all these years… it still seems it’s hard to give the right information and get it right for the customer. Can’t even get your core business right. Why am I a customer?

@Telstra customer service is woeful. Before even getting to speak to a 'Live' agent is like pulling teeth, slow and painful. Been a loyal customer for years, but ths is the last straw. Had I been a new customer I would have received better service!

I cannot believe how bad Telstra Billing is two days ago I spent 30 minutes on the phone thinking I had sorted things out, the next day they send me another bill that is even worse? different billing cost for mob & NBN has risen a lot but I still only have the same as years ago?

@Jacques10170797 My internet is fine just slow 🐌 im with Telstra upto 60mbs but this only for xbox one x / ps4 gen can do that pretty common with everyone else and the newer ps5 and XSX have proper speed better lol

@Telstra What is wrong with your service in Goovigen 4702 today. 10 minutes to load my Telstra. 10 more waiting for messenger to open them told can’t connect to the server. Your service is getting progressively worse. Is this in the hope of being able to install your 5G tower .

2/3 are you serious? They said the error on my account has to be directed to the store manager … why did I call? Is this how it is Telstra? Silos of business? The account error created in ALUP has now created a difficulty … which apparently call centre can’t fix …

@Elyte96 That happened to me on MW19 when my sisters BF lived with us. I used a different router for awhile and that fixed it but then Telstra sent a letter saying we had to user their one again and the problem came back.

Hi @Telstra I have been an internet customer of yours for many years. The other night I upgraded my internet speed. And this afternoon my internet went down. When I log into my account my NBN service is GONE! Have you completely removed my account?
