@Telstra looks like another cheap customer care staff with no experience with customers grievance. When you ask to accelerate the issue, they just either close the case or stop responding you.

@Telstra any idea when nbn service will restored to 2224. No time or date on your outage page. 4g backup is useless as we barely get 1 bar of mobile coverage

@AmyRemeikis When you worked as a Telstra tech on the Phone network from inside the Exchanges and know how the Distribution Network worked its 4-3-3. It used to drive me insane working with overseas call groups trying to get lines repaired who didnt know 04mobile or 08state std for example

@Telstra any reason why wifi would be sooooo slow in the Brisbane/Hamilton area. We've gone from fast speeds to barely being able to load pages!

@Telstra The root cause identified, I was never given speed boost add-on inspite of promising with the discounted rate. I had to ultimately call the sales people myself and the resolution took an hour @NBN_Australia
