@delmundo_sasa @JustLaElisa17 @TJTuono Telstra has 40% of the market in metro Melbourne at a stretch and service wasn't affected. Internet didn't go down either. Don't be trolled, be informed.

On 6 sept I ordered a @Telstra phone. After 8 days I seek an update. No response. 3 days later, I follow up. Order cancelled internally, no contact, raise complaint. Today, I get contacted (after inquiring twice) & offered inferior product at the same price. Bye 👋

Mobile Phone providers really need to up their game on tower coverage. That includes the big 2 @Optus & @Telstra. Our suburb is a black hole and the Qld Check In QR app is failing to connect to the Internet. even in big shopping centres. This a public health and Safety Issue.

@Telstra what a horrible order experience. Ordered iPhone 13, Telstra ships it to an unknown address, the delivery guy is unable to find the unkown address because it doesn’t exist, cannot cancel the order because it’s not complete. What a mess…

@7amahanti @OwenRask Rough. Very rough. Hopefully the 5G rollout gets you covered. Think Optus is $90/mo for their home service with speeds of +300Mb/s. Would be a win for a lot of people! 5G is the priority for Telstra and Optus, so hopefully their coverage rapidly improves.

@Telstra between the website debacle on pre-order night, the lack of information given in regards to deliveries, and the totally lackluster customer support, this whole iPhone situation is probably the worst product launch I've ever seen.

@andy_penn This couldn’t be more disconnected from what your own office promised a year ago. This year’s iPhone experience has been the worst in a decade. Website that didn’t work. Chat support that was frustratingly hopeless. Hour long phone calls. 1/7 Telstra stores answer their phone.

I’ll just add @andy_penn that your Twitter support team’s best suggestion was to cancel my order. You can’t make this stuff up. After a decade, I think I’m officially done being a @Telstra customer. #telstra
