@darwinb0y @cmkusher Super wasn’t an issue. It was a scheme invented by a con artist. He sold many good assets and then privatised the age pension. Costello sold Telstra , set up a future fund to public service. Why didn’t Keating set up future fund with asset sales he sold csl for $2.30 a share

@Telstra24x7 I have had interminable problems with my email account with bigpond. I read a report on line which said that in 2013 you were closing down bigpond. Why then is it still operating, and why am I paying $159 per month on my Telstra plan that includes bigpond email?

@Telstra Thanks, Jess, we will see what Monday brings. Telstra is stuck with us, we don’t have a choice about supplier (can’t sling Optus cable at ours) but this poor quality service is taking a toll and things must improve. I wish we had fibre to node like you guys working from home.

@Telstra no nbn on a Saturday night, and not going to be fixed until Tuesday according to the outages page? Where's the credit for the service not provided? Do you expect people to just pay for premium tier service and not be able to work from home or watch tv for 3 days?

I've been hanging for over 20 minutes in the chat on telstra plus checking on an order. No reply or response for over 10 minutes. Can't even make a complaint because it continually loops to sign in screen.
