@Telstra is there anything going on with your IMAP servers? Trying to configure a customer's email, and it keeps telling me it can't login. Webmail is working fine though.

@Telstra No. Still very slow... unable to stream videos or participate in video meetings. I can't call the faults line ... too busy to dedicate that time waiting on the phone.... but just wanted to make sure techs know that Orana Road Ocean shores NBN is still very slow and unusable

@rossco1304 @skybluedavidb @Telstra I arranged a phone for my Dad when he moved into nursing care. It's separate to land lines and uses the mobile network and he kept his old number. Was easy to set up. Bills came to me. Let me know if you want to contact them and I'll give you the details.

I reach out to Telstra to cancel it and they said I can cancel within 12 hours of the order l, I then get transferred to someone and I’m told it’s unable to be cancelled ! The disjointed service is unbelievable

@Telstra the most useless corporation to exist.. Spent 24 hours with their online customer service over 3 days all saying they have fixed yet done nothing Awesome now being flood effected + having to follow up something that I have been told now by 12 people is "fixed"

@NBN_Australia I’ve reached out to my ISP multiple times over the past 2+ weeks. Both Telstra and Optus are reporting NBN network outages in my area. The upstream light is blinking on the NBN box, and there’s no online light. It’s been 2 weeks now and you still haven’t addressed the issue.

WTF is happening with @ALDIAustralia in Armidale/Uralla...no mobile coverage for yje last 18 hours...nothing on their website and Telstra say no problems....getting a tad pissed with this🤢
