    @Telstra With all due respect, how offering unlimited data to customers can lead to misuse and bad customer experience? We got the most expensive plan, run out of data and now, we are not able to accomplish our work. No solution given by Telstra. This is VERY BAD customer service.

    @Telstra Problems reporting ? Yes. Telstra form won’t submit without a photo which I cannot get at night time ... plus I don’t have access to neighbour’s yard where the problem is visible

    @Telstra Change of ownership of a number. Corp to personal. Because I'm changing companies.. Before the lockdown ends. The rep who called me earlier didn't seem to care stores were closed, so I wanted to validate. (Store because <6 months on the new service)

    @TaniaWalker I can lend you a decent 4g hotspot and a Telstra sim. Its one I bought for camping so it’s good in marginal signal areas.
