@breeannamclovin I ditched Foxtel a year ago and got Kayo. I have not had a problem at all. I run it through Telstra TV though so not sure if that makes a difference.

@Telstra No probs! The issue it turned out was at my end, with a cable not connected properly. But I solved this myself after getting multiple text messages saying "contact us, there's an issue". So when I did use the website and tried to speak to someone I got crickets.

@Telstra It was obviously a telstra issue as it was back on that afternoon. I was very annoyed I was left on that stupid Telstrafix messaging for 4 hours and the guy just left with no explanation such a waste of my time for nothing

Note to the scammers calling & pretending to be "Telstra Security Services" "ATO legal department" etc Folks you can't run a voice based scam calling operation IF YOUR CALLERS CANT EVEN SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH At least learn to pronounce the ******* words #australia #scam #stupid
