@telstra why is your service so bad? No one ever answers the phone, so you try the text/chat function - spend the best part of a day messaging just to amend the foxtel package, finally agree the deal only to be told it’s not possible and we need to start the whole process again!

@uglybustards @AFL I am not sure what the problem is. But from what i can tell you should be able to join kayo for $5 a month through telstra. I would give them a call and see what they say if you did want kayo. Not sure what happens with existing afl app

Hey @Telstra why is it so hard to convert a prepaid SIM to a plan, your website suggests it's possible, but the Telstra shop at Ellenbrook tell me it's no longer possible, is there any way you could help?
