    ugh. the mobile tower up the road might as well be a damn stick. I considered filing a complaint to telstra bc I can't report a black spot on their website but I don't think it'll legitimately do anything. So much for 'priority assist'.

    @Telstra have been waiting now for almost 5 days for you to provision my SIM card on my new phone any chance you will complete it before I contact the ombudsman? This is core business that any other telco can do in an hour. Fix it FFS. #auspol

    @AshSkittle My boss ended up switching to telstra and she said it hasn't been too bad and she generally gets reception but ill definitely need to look at switching, thank u !!
