    @Telstra My family and I have tried everything to fix the wifi. The most you've done for us is give us a modem that has 'backup' wifi which basically lasts all day and makes the wifi slower than before

    Telstra are reducing my monthly broadband costs by 5%. Woohoo. They are also reducing my down/up speeds by 50%. Woohoo(?) Needless to say, I'm changing provider next week :)

    So @Telstra how’s your new profit generating initiative going? I cancel my NBN in Nov ‘20 but you have such a backlog of disconnections that I am still being billed 4 months later and your rep says “keep paying until we can arrange a credit” nice business!

    Telstra refuse to admit this because it would result in reimbursement to the many who have bought new computers thinking they had broken down. Instead if you turn it OFF everything works as it should. Odd that our young geniuses seem to know more than Telstra and beat them .

    @telstra mobile outage in Malvern 3144. We know there is Telstra tower works going on there, you could at least tell us our service is going to be out.
