    The internet for my parents accounting firm was shutdown today by Telstra. It employs seven staff in a rural area. They were told that the account was shut down because it hadn’t been paid but the account was due today. What’s going on #Telstra?

    @Tofoafelix @stephendziedzic Knowing Telstra, they’ll take network performance & investment far more seriously than Digicel did. But I don’t see them doing it at a discount.

    @Telstra for another ... two years... Of course nobody TOLD me this, it was only because I carefully read the paperwork that I event spotted it... So I spoke to their support and after 3 or so hours of waiting for them to reply, they gave me a solution and told me I could do it in store

    @Telstra It is rather “inconvenient” given my 90 year old mother in law has recently broken her hip and the area is prone to bushfires. They were burnt out in January 1969, so I am not too keen on your payphone/bushfire ad.
