@KateEmerson88 @LadyPoop2 I got to met many telstra technicians and talk to India (supposedly a help desk) a great deal (racking up hours a day sometimes) until after 6 months we had a fix. Good luck.

Had an interesting call with @Telstra. I’ve been a velocity fibre customer since 2012. I don’t have a smart modem (they didn’t exist in 2012). Have had two major outages in the past few months. Called them to ask about getting a smart modem. 1/2
