    @johnnymorls Nah I’m not talking about wifi 5GHz I’m referring to 5G network from the tower. Confirmed with Telstra and Optus networks.

    @Telstra @Optus A lot of homes on Macleay Island, Qld still have little to no mobile signal at all inside their homes or even their yards from either company. Can you please advise why and when it will be rectified. Been happening since approx February. Thanks.

    @dnforca On that one, probably coincidence. 5G has been rolling out for while. Last router I got from Telstra had 2 login codes - 1 for non 5G and 1 for 5G. I've had that router at least 2 years.

    @Telstra Tried calling technical support again, 20 mins with another tech who then then tells me 48 hours, placed on hold again, a different person picks up and go through verification again.

    @Telstra Yes - however the network team said they can’t help and so I am left with no resolution. The case manager is fabulous but is also at a loss. And the network team will not authorise a technician to come to assist

    @Telstra So Telstra tech support cant help and point me to billing, go through billing menu and recommend Telstra messaging app and promptly disconnects me. WTF!

    @Telstra Seriously frustrated at this point as I was supposed to be having breakfast with some friends this morning and had to cancel because of this.

    @Telstra thx, apparently reached cap, albeit 1st day of month & have unlimited acct, however @telstra throttle my service down so it was unusable. Clear sabotage. Has now been fixed, for how long i dont know.
