I disconnected internet as moved state and you are still billing me. I have rang multiple times and your still billing me. I thought I could trust you for a business account, but no. I can't speak to anyone to help. You just hung up on me again. I hate @Telstra with a passion

@Telstra No known outages in the area, I have looked at heat maps of down reports and it seems alot of people in Melbourne are having an issue. All was well until it just slowed down.Restarted modem, unplugged and replugged it all, tried a full reset.Logged into modem Admin site.DSL issue

@Telstra All I know is someone must be doing something at the exchange level, because the Telstra modems in the area I can see under my phone's wifi network starts re-populating, gets to about 9, and then they all drop out.

@Telstra /2 will have finished up, and service will be restored. Telstra is too big, too many autonomous cowboys, lacks honest internal communications. It is only NBN in a quiet time, data still ok so I can tether, but for a continuation of a 48 year patronage, I am not as unwavering
