    @M_Doherty00 @Telstra i feel that, but a telco level inditification program, could not only help to prevent further messages being sent, and protect the victims address book, but also alert them of the issue immediately so they can get it sorted instead of continuing the spread.

    @Telstra Did I mention that the power had been for 6 hour when I sent that first tweet? Funny that immediately the power came back on 20 mins ago the mobile signal returned. You'd think Australia's biggest phone company might know if the power was cut.

    @aneki @Telstra @telstra need to do better. Their infrastructure and carriage is enabling this. Their business models implicitly support this no matter what they do after the fact. Sort it out!

    @Telstra We have the 4G backup. It has never worked. We’ve been sent 3 modems and none of them have 4G that works.
