    @marcuskelson If the modem was failing it wouldn't be intermittent so this suggests it's more likely the signal from outside (telstra/nbn issue), in which case it's a matter of waiting for them to pull their fingers out.

    Dear @Telstra my home internet has all but shut down, you sent me a text saying there were upgrades going on but this was several days ago, when I’ve been able to use my Mac I’ve completed all the trouble shooting and my Telstra exercises and it says there is nothing wrong

    @marcuskelson @rrogerramjet @Telstra some years ago I had a problem with a second phone line. Telstra claimed ‘no issue’ but 2-3 mths later technician found the fault. They have a service provision clause which means they must pay you if the service isn’t working. I think I ended up with almost $1k credit on my acct

    @Telstra I rang today about a fault with our home nbn service. Randomly at 4.00pm yesterday it stopped working. Spent 45 minutes this morning on the phone to someone overseas who couldn’t address the issue and promised to get her supervisor to call me. No call - no surprise

    @TelstraPurple Did Telstra purple help Telstra "normal" realize their potential!! From capable to incapable in ten years. Where was Telstra purple hiding in the Telstra "normal" structure before it changed colour to purple? What absolute marketing BullShit.

    @TelstraPurple "We the purple"? What the hell was that?! Pull your head out of your purple and provide a decent phone service which doesn't allow the, at least, 5 per day scam calls that I currently receive. #telstra

    @marcuskelson This test will at least tell you if the issue is between the computer and the modem (a modem fault) or between the modem and telstra (which could be a modem or a line fault).

    @Telstra why did Telstra the gap shut down? It was great for us in western Brisbane.

    @Telstra Business NBN waiting for my case Manager Jason to call me. High priority marked and still no call. Business on brink of collapse due to Telstra cutting off NBN in error. No fault of ours. 5 days and still waiting for connection. Appalling service and no compassion
