    @Telstra Thanks for the detail. That status page is a little unhelpful. It gives the impression that there’s some kind of planned outage (first I’ve heard of it) for 2 weeks! But if it’s just a window then that’s different.

    @Telstra apparently I have an unplanned outage at my address that will take 2 weeks to fix?!? WTF!

    @Telstra my internet has been very slow recently, slower earlier and glitchier throughout the day, normally after 7pm it would be bad now it’s bad at 5pm and nothing is loading after 7pm, this isn’t normal. It is normally ok with a few spikes now it’s just bad all day.

    @Telstra Imagine charging a customer for a service / product you blatantly refuse to provide. 10 weeks of experiencing 5-100+ drop outs a day. Your support staff say "there is nothing we can do until 5 drop outs are recorded, we can only see 9 in the last hour" 9 is more.than 5

    @Telstra I ended up giving up on sorting out the issue tonight. It took over 27 minutes to gather details and that was before I even went through the trouble shooting process. A job for tomorrow. Thanks, Matthew.

    @panicxdisco They seriously are. As someone who’s been on Optus & Boost before Telstra is the best for network plans for both phone & net comparatively bc even tho they’re lockon they’re really good for poorer ppl like me. My net is a terabyte a month for similar reasons bc they’re affordable

    Hey @Telstra your app sucks. Waited 15 minutes so far just to ‘gather details’ to be able to troubleshoot a faulty modem. Not a great ad for customer service.
