    So for some reason I couldn't vote this year? Been with @Telstra for years so not sure why it's not working 😭 Anyways, great semi final - SO many top songs. My votes would have gone to Lithuania, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Malta. #SBSEurovision

    Turns out, @telstra refuses to answer a support question unless you arrange to post pay by direct debit. Even if your existing contract does not specify that as a condition. So Telstra forces “standover” conditions by policy.

    @telstra says I cannot receive customer service (customer for 9 years) without a direct debit agreement. Is that legal?

    @Telstra For over 24 hours now. Helpdesk staff said "no, there's no issue" when there clearly is. They couldn't figure out how to fix it, so suggested close the account and open a new one (complete with a new email address). Um, what?

    @franksting @neilphillips Simply asking “how do I connect my watch to my account” should have sent me to an info page. As it is I was told I have to pay by DD when there’s no late payment flag and I’ve been with Telstra for many years. It’s bad service. Isn’t it ? Or am I nit picking?

    I hate @Telstra so much. Their procedures and management have been the cause of hundreds of hours of wasted time and poor service.

    @Telstra Can access via webmail, but nothing has downloaded to my client on my phone or computer since about 0200 aedt yesterday. Just get server errors. Still haven’t received a reply to my dm, and haven’t had a call back either. Pretty pissed off at this point

    @TelstraPurple I had to go into. Telstra shop to tell them my problems & get assistance. The system went down, lucky it was saved in email but still waiting if employee registered my issues when system up and working. Getting charged for things not advised or an old line moved to NBN.
