Josh “I LOVE CHRISTMAS” Robinson 🇦🇺 (@JoshRobinson00) reported from Kadina, South AustraliaAustralia will feel me on this one. What an absolute joke of company is @Telstra though. Everytime you think a problem is fixed, it definitely isn’t as that problem also has a problem. Dumb.

SnowmanNFT (@NftSnowman) reported@NicFromOz They use Telstra wholesale network, coverage shouldn’t change from what you have now, 4G, no 5G, I have used them, changed to Superloop though, tied in with NBN plan for bundle discount.

Devil's Avocado (@CaptHughBeard) reported@Telstra I'm an Aussie working in the US for a few years. I keep my Aussie mobile account paid for when I come home to visit. Can you please explain how mobile data charges are higher with you in Australia, compared to my US cell service on mobile roaming?

Ms Meh (@ms_meh) reported@maher_aaron @wwos You Telstra 'em! Though they'll probably tell you it's a Youi problem that you don't like how the coverage is 99c delivered.

jayzco (@jayzcoz) reported@gasugasu1984 I’ve used Belong premium, $95/mth, 100/17mbps. FTTN. They use Telstra service. Northern VIC. I find the speed ok for (tv) streaming, but lm not using any video computer development software. I haven’t done a speed test. Likely cheaper services available.

Robert (@the_LoungeFly) reportedDear @Telstra your account problem managers are inept children based out of the Philippines. How can an account problem manager’ not have the same access to view accounts to resolve financial problems? Why would they ask me to go back to the shop to get an archive? Incompetent!

Don't Listen to words. Watch their actions. (@wakeuptotheleft) reported@DarcyMiddleton @AmeliaBee7 It’s not trans hysteria mate, we moved my two nieces from a public school to a private one as they were allowing a boy to shower with 12 year old girls and when the parents went down to the school they teachers were attacking the girls and offering to re educate them , where I currently work ,the young kids that work there also go to a government school and a 16 year old is now allowed to shower with the girls and this **** has hit the fan at that school. It happens is workplaces too, I worked for Telstra for 12 years and then another big corporate for 10, we had a gym on site for all staff and it used to be quite busy before and after work as it was free. Then the morons announced their trans policy and allowed the males to shower and undress with the females. No one complained because they know they’d get in trouble and 95 per cent just stopped using the facility, meanwhile on teams everyone is talking about how ****** it is and how no one can say a word. This is issue plays a big part.

Refused to escalate "Deprovisioning" of SIM cards unable to make calls to transmit data, demanding "samples" of calls to/from +1-408 by IBM and PARC from Military Classified numbers for over 10 years. Refused to comply with Data Sovereignty rules and to respect the classified nature of the "samples" they were requesting and I refused to provide till I am talking to a suitably qualified person or engineer calling from within Australia. Refused to comply with "Do not talk to computer scientists over insecure channels" rule. They then said "will not escalate till I provide samples", I explained "deprovisioned" is more than enough to escalate and samples to that end have been provided. Call put on mute, stayed silent for 5 mins then other end terminated call. AP
