    Australia will feel me on this one. What an absolute joke of company is @Telstra though. Everytime you think a problem is fixed, it definitely isn’t as that problem also has a problem. Dumb.

    @Telstra Four frustrating weeks of call centres, troubleshooting, refusing to elevate us to managers, cancelling technicians. Four weeks of no home internet, losing money and being given the run around. It’s not hard. Is @Telstra the worst company in Aust for customer service? Still not fixed.

Please confirm the cancellation under reference 130242508 and address my complaint 136862308 at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

    @AshConnell @marka_eth That would be some kind of technical error unfortunately. You’re supposed to get thru to a Telstra operator first who asks you fire, amb, or police and then they transfer and stay on the line till u make contact w the appropriate emergency call taker

    Whats wrong with our economic system is the unpenalised rank hypocrisy when Telstra declares a record profit, its CEO gets a $6 million payrise after the recent triple 0 outage that claimed lives.

    Hey @telstra, it’s been 15hrs since I could make a call or get service outside of wifi hotspots. Any chance of any help whatsoever? Your app doesn’t work. Your online support keeps asking me what modem I’m using. I’m currently travelling and no service is not ok.
