@thebeerbeagle @EE You could stay in Australia and have access to @Telstra's #5G network and the ever so reliable #NBN. Or just move @TwoTribesBrew HQ to Adelaide for @CityofAdelaide's 10 gigabyte, most connected city in the world.

  • joshbow85 Josh Bowman (@joshbow85) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

  • Adelaidetechguy Richard Pascoe (@Adelaidetechguy) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

  • LoriMetz3 Lori Metz (@LoriMetz3) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia BTW, @NBN_Australia my mobile phone is with another provider so I can't get extra free data from Telstra while the problem is resolved.

  • mikehaywoodsrs Mike Haywood (@mikehaywoodsrs) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Seriously @JEChalmers do you think we are idiots computers have software problems that sucks but the tax office fixed it, banks telstra and other hi tech businesses have similar problems but to try and get is to accept that the Gov missed the the tax rebate

So @telstra there are three weeks before I am going holiday and I would like my mother to have access to the outside world. I am officially at my wits end over your incompetence and lack of customer service. #nbn #telstra

6g software, use WiFi , ..... I just ...... but I could tell you, a whole Australia having Telstra air, and all the CBD having free WiFi signal

  • Fingies David Fingleton (@Fingies) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra Thanks, unfortunately @kayosports don’t respond/actually do anything to help/resolve the issue. Just blame the ISP @kayosports_help

  • JReevesTaylor John Reeves Taylor (@JReevesTaylor) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra The Case manager was unable to resolve this matter because the case manager wasn’t interested in resolving the problem by reasoned argument. Rather they were interested in having their own way & saying whatever suited their position including making false statements #Telstrafail

  • DonWestley1 Don Westley (@DonWestley1) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@JoanBloggs @rmar1222 @johnlittle Y'know Joan, I once lived in an inner suburb, and had problems with the phone lines. The Telstra tech checked the lines, and found that they had been laid in the late 1800's. I don't think they've been replacing yet, because a mate still lives there.

  • spokenly_ Anika Johnstone (@spokenly_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

We still don’t have internet or a solution for the internet and I am so so angry (I never get angry) and exhausted from trying to sort it and I will *never* use the companies (@Telstra @Internode ) involved again because they failed on all four of the above <end rant>.

  • clinton1550 Clinton Phillips (@clinton1550) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

I answered a phone call from a private number because, you never know, it might be my GP ringing to reschedule my appointment next week but no, it was a scammer from "Telstra"

  • 0112Rem Rem.0112 (@0112Rem) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

If I am Vodafone , I will developer a software name it 6g, ask Telstra together, all the cbd having free wifi, just need more free wifi signal, and then charge some money , input some speed, that ‘s it. Saving your money , making big income.

  • Haycock_Dean Dean Haycock (@Haycock_Dean) reported

@AusIndiMedia @rossleighAIMN These unsolicited messages from idiots fall into the malicious calls category. Much the same as the Dreaded NBN calls saying we are going to disconnect your internet in 24 hrs . Let Telstra ( or other service providers) know that we consider these calls/txts malicious.

  • OBradaric oli (@OBradaric) reported

@DebSpillane @mad4clark It’s like being the CEO of Telstra you can see what happening all round the world and just copy or mitigate their errors !

  • FreoPope Freo ⚓ Pope (@FreoPope) reported

@bobbylosbravos I also think that the hotel needs to come up with a better way to distribute the wifi password than on scraps of paper in a bowl. Maybe on the in-house TV network. And if I was paying for Telstra 5G mobile, I wouldn't need the wifi at all! Isn't that what Telstra sold me?

  • burowpaul paul burow (@burowpaul) reported

@Telstra As I've said before, the whole town experiences this slow internet..it’s been happening for years...it’s unfair coz we still pay same rate as users in the city, who have much faster internet

  • NotSwagman Not_so_Jolly_Swagman 🕯🗣 (@NotSwagman) reported
