Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, South Australia@Optus so just called and got to a operator who transfers me and the line gets cut. Good work for a communications company. This poor service is too common with Optus and I’m really looking at taking the family and business back to @VodafoneGroup or @Telstra.
-
Ahmed Shaheem (@Ashaheem) reported from Adelaide, South Australia@Telstra Upgrade info to Upfront plan misleading. Help desk assured me I could share the 60G data with my second phone. Now I find that the second phone also has to go on the plan. That will cost me twice as much as I’m paying now. Is this a scam?

Michael / Mind Health not Mental Health (@Michael61058663) reported from Adelaide, South Australia@Narty0071 @FedEx Breathe my friend, I feel your pain. -
Caz (@AltoCarol) reported from Adelaide, South Australia@Telstra - your so called Gold VIP help message service is failing miserably. Either employ staff who can understand a basic problem or don't bother. All you've done today is waste my time.
-
Mr Dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, South AustraliaI’m stuck thinking about my mobile carrier, so I stay with an Optus MVNO or go to a Telstra ‘full service’ MVNO. It’s complicated. There’s $10 a month in it between the two companies.
-
John Reeves Taylor (@JReevesTaylor) reported from Adelaide, South Australia@Telstra The Case manager was unable to resolve this matter because the case manager wasn’t interested in resolving the problem by reasoned argument. Rather they were interested in having their own way & saying whatever suited their position including making false statements #Telstrafail
-
STEVE FISCHER (@STEVEFI14205588) reported from Adelaide, South Australia@StuddertNatalie Would you prefer a church to run counselling, emergency housing assistance, DV, nil interest loans, food vouchers, clothing & furniture, financial counselling. Private enterprise (Telstra 1800 respect) or Government? $1500 won't last long. Who wants to help women? T&C's apply.

Meg Coffey (@TexanMeg) reportedWhy is @Telstra so bad?! How do we allow this company to continue like this? The app has been broken for weeks. I can’t get help bc their tech doesn’t even work properly to verify who I am. Now I can’t make calls or text. Furious.

-
Brent Hodgson (@BrentHodgson) reported@deborahbrian @aaronsmith @DHughesy Nor did the surpluses. Three-quarters of the $96 billion paid down under Howard (~$71.8bn) came from one-time public asset selloffs - including Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, DASFLEET, defence assets, Brisbane Airport, Melbourne Airport, Perth Airport, National Rail, Adelaide Airport, Darwin and Alice Springs Airports, Canberra Airport, Hobart Airport, the Australian Industry Development Corporation, Broadcast Australia (transmission towers)... A lot of those assets were sold at knock-down prices too - e.g. Broadcast Australia was sold at $650m, then the buyer sold it for twice that shortly after.
-
Deeeezy (@Deeeeeezzy) reportedI wouldn’t invest in Telstra. - $300M in growth just from increasing their mobile pricing on Post-Paid and Pre-Paid. - 11% pay rise for the CEO. - Loss of 30K mobile customers. Essentially they are lifting consumer pricing as a way to offset poor growth. Way too pricy.
-
.𖥔 Si 🇿🇼 (@euphoriacdbaby) reportedif you’re considering a mobile/internet service provider, stay away from @Telstra. their customer service is the worst i’ve experienced anywhere and the service itself is ****. Does anyone know how to get out of a plan without buying out? I’ve actually had enough.
-
Howard (@howardw46) reported@Telstra why is there very limited connection on the VLine service between Bairnsdale & Latrobe Valley? For most of the trip the train line is adjacent to the highway where connection is available.
-
Bobby (@roberts_pa97578) reported@w0tn0t2201 @Telstra I’m the same as you. I’ve never used Telstra and I wouldn’t even use them if they were given away free carrier pigeons.
-
