@Telstra I preordered iPhone 14 on Friday at 10:10pm (the page went up before 10pm but your site was full of issues). Today, the day before launch, I still can't see the order status and chatting via MyTelstra hasn't given me any more confidence I'm seeing the phone tomorrow

@JetstarAirways I have been sitting at Canberra Airport with minimal phone reception - thanks @Telstra - for 3 hours.. I recommend that all people that are planning to fly in the next 6 months think again and don’t.. our airlines are a complete **** show right now

@Telstra Is there no limit to your harassment? I spend half my day checking login codes on my mobile phone to check into my Telstra Webmail, and just now have received notification my account has been suspended FOR SECURITY REASONS? Get your act together Telstra!

@Telstra As I said, I am now using gmail, it's utterly ridiculous. Don't know what I am paying $180 a month to Telstra for; that includes email service. Been messed around for weeks now since you deigned to introduce login via mobile as well as Telstra password for sign in via desktop.

@Jodz_R @Telstra @NBN_Australia Oh wow, that’s terrible. The mind boggling thing is, this worked when we left, then we come back 8 months later & now it doesn’t. Perhaps NBN Co should pay for our mobile data :-/

@Telstra I've already dmd my details (so to can see them if to go to DM me) and was then told to open a help ticket. I'm sorry but requiring customers to open a help ticket to stop spam seems unreachable.
