    @electricfuture5 The chargers themselves also talk to Chargefox’s billing system over Telstra mobile data. If it’s really down, then your 5G phone is the least of your concerns!

    @Telstra I've been through this so many times. You have opened faults and then closed then. You're refuse to acknowledge there is a problem in Paraburdoo. I was going to post the incident numbers but they are deleted from my Telstra app.

    @Telstra Best help you could do is fix the constant outages, restore reliable service and ensure and automatically compensate those affected.

    So I go to my local @Telstra shop to get a new contact and SIM cards for phone and watch, to then be sold the wrong thing after 90 mins, then sent to their app for help. 4hr25 later to then be told another thing. @Telstra fail!! Now I have to go back again.

    @Telstra there has been a major phone &internet outage east of Esperance for over 2 days. Out there you have isolated farmers, tourists & people who've life threatening illnesses. 2 DAYS all comms have been out. Reckon you might fix it just for safety let alone anything else?
