@Telstra I’m the 12th Oreo that has hasn’t died to the fbi yet. The other Oreos before me they got on the most wanted list and they ended up getting gunned down but Rick and morty put me in the place of Oreo and I was the 12th try.

Just made use of EOFY sales to bring my mobile bill down to $18/mth despite increasing my data. Realised I don't need the international calls/roaming, coverage, and whatever else I was paying Telstra for.

@Telstra There's a whole ton of DMs from you guys trying to help. Then you stopped responding. Great customer service when I was nothing but polite.

  • jsclifton James Clifton (@jsclifton) reported

@Telstra My father (existing customer) recently moved apartments and you are unable to provide him with an ADSL connection as “NBN owns the lines” and you are not doing new connections but there is no NBN into the building. How is this a new connection? How is this acceptable?

  • MirrenHogan Mirren Hogan —Author (@MirrenHogan) reported

@andy_penn we're in our 5th month of evening/all night drop outs. According to a Telstra tech, they know what the problem is, but aren't fixing it. Enough is enough.
