I need some help @Telstra my work phone has been disconnected & I am keeping the old number with the new sim & it hasn't transferred across, so work calls are going into the abyss, the Telstra app doesn't provide any solution.

@deemadigan @Telstra Had similar problem with Optus. Bombed the CEO’s LinkedIn fireside chat about how much they valued their customers. It took two posts 12 hours apart before the phone started ringing and was overwhelmed with assistance form Optus and NBN.

@Telstra you have gone to a new level of incompetence. I upgraded my phone recently. However I can't sign into the My Telstra app on my new phone. Keep getting your account can't be displayed error. I logged this issue over 1 week ago and I have nothing..... tbc

  • footyindustryAU sportsindustry (@footyindustryAU) reported

@Conigman only really the news division of it. The NRL operates its web network, whereas the AFL networks is Telstra owned and operated.

  • MatthewJ_Scott Make-It-Happen Matt (@MatthewJ_Scott) reported

@deemadigan Hmm connection dropouts can be a CVC issue (amount of bandwidth Telstra buys from nbnco). If it is happening a lot at times of day (ie weeknights & weekends) then I would suggest a switch to another provider like @Aussie_BB who’ve got their nbn CVC sorted.

  • TassieGamer TassieGamer (@TassieGamer) reported

@NomadAtom @Telstra Hey did you get this sorted? I have a similar issue! Still getting charged from Telstra but no way to cancel it.

  • IronBandicoot 👈👆this is not a Bandicoot (@IronBandicoot) reported

@Anna_Ratcliff_ @Telstra No because it was on a property I was looking at buying. I’m just trying to help, so there is no need to be terse. Do your own research.
