    @phil_honey After installing a cel-fi booster in the Cruiser a few years ago cos of poor coverage, I could drive Gero-Hedland with a couple of small black spots No longer, it’s now a mobile wasteland for most of the journey, even with a cel-fi RfR money that funded @telstra towers was wasted

    Time to gird my ***** and take on the hideous task of contacting Telstra to 1. See if I can get through to them inside an hour 2. Speak to somebody who LISTENS to and understands my problem without me having to explain it numerous times; and 3. Actually get the correct answer.

    Another half-hour in with Telstra. Now not only has my original problem not been resolved, the new problems which have arisen have not been resolved and yet more problems have emerged. After 40 years as a faithful customer, am DONE with you @Telstra

    @Telstra I got a Telstra contract to watch the footy through the afl app. Now your gonna charge me for something I had for free ? **** off

    And of course, after nearly 2 freaking hours of my workday spent on the phone to @Telstra they managed to accidentally terminate the call so now I have to go through the whole rigmarole again. @Telstra is a joke and I’m amazed that they are only third last on the CANSTAR rating.
