@stephen_j_w @MikeCarlton01 Exactly. I know telstra relies on its at Bigpond addresses as a primary customer retention device.

@Telstra There is nothing you can do to retrieve my opinion of @Telstra service. It is one of the greediest, underperforming, uncaring, theiving, privatised corporations in the World.

@Tekmarrr @Telstra hey Telstra my internet is down so we won't be able to play duo arena tonight. Wanna play tomorrow instead?

@Telstra I've tried to sort this with you for months. Yes, i've restarted my modem, router, phone, computer. I've restarted the whole house. It's the @NBN_Australia. It's rubbish and we are forced to pay high prices for dial up level service. Just insane 🤯

  • matt__nicholls Matt Nicholls (@matt__nicholls) reported

Have both a Telstra and Optus SIM and can't believe how bad the 4G speeds are on the northern NSW coast. I'm assuming the surge of tourist numbers are putting a strain on the bandwidth, but you get better service in Weipa!

  • CthulhyKitty Nicole (@CthulhyKitty) reported

@Telstra No point. Telstra technical team have never been helpful, in fact they've been incredibly rude and obnoxious. I have the apparent smart modem from Telstra which isn't meant to drop out but switch to 4g lol what a joke.
