@phil_honey After installing a cel-fi booster in the Cruiser a few years ago cos of poor coverage, I could drive Gero-Hedland with a couple of small black spots No longer, it’s now a mobile wasteland for most of the journey, even with a cel-fi RfR money that funded @telstra towers was wasted

@Telstra I am not sitting on the phone for another 6 hours to Telstra when we already made an appointment and went through all of this, including faults and modem issues. Our businesses cannot wait another week for you to finally rectify the situation.

@Telstra Nope they havent and only tells me that they can reapply international calling but nit sure why it charged. Also its wrong that you are saying abt prioritizing medical support because when i called customer care and opted sales for new plan i was able to connect obviously.

@Telstra FFS TELSTRA, when are you actually going to get your call centres back up and running? The App is a joke, this whole Web service thing is a joke. NBN Left 1.5hrs ago and the DROP OUTS have started AGAIN. Not fixed, please re-open

@Telstra Perhaps @Telstra should be investing in customer service. Being constantly directed to use the Chat is disappointing. I tried to upgrade my NBN last Saturday and 6 hours later was no closer. It takes 20 mins to get a reply!! After the six hours a new person came on to start over!

@TMFScottP @Darren1PRiOR @Telstra Such a shame. Means they can continue providing garbage service. :(

@Telstra @jrb21997 That does absolutely nothing to fix it.

Telstra is a joke. It is impossible to contact them and discuss issues unless you have a mobile or internet. So much for a communication company
