@TelstraEnt @Telstra It’s a low bar but it’s official you have the worst Business Support possible. I have spent hours on the phone with your team today to no avail & physically went to you store to be told they cannot even talk to their team or take a record of my complaint.

Tue 29 March 2022 - The trouble with the Telstra fibre cable from Hope Island Resort to Southport continues. The heavy rain doesn’t help if you need to dig up underground cables for repairs. Hope that this week will bring a resolution.

@AdeleOffley @Telstra @Telstra used to have a Mobile Assurance Team, dunno what that term meant and I think they binned it when they worked that out too? Raise it with faults, you say - but I can never get consistent enough signal for long enough to wait on hold for the length of time it would take?

@voltagex My parents are quite technically savvy. My mum will do quite a bit of research to solve her own problems and my Dad started as a cobol programmer. Mostly I get the very hard problems to solve. (My dad wasting the Telstra scammers time is excellent entertainment).
