@phil_honey After installing a cel-fi booster in the Cruiser a few years ago cos of poor coverage, I could drive Gero-Hedland with a couple of small black spots No longer, it’s now a mobile wasteland for most of the journey, even with a cel-fi RfR money that funded @telstra towers was wasted

@NBN_Australia Amy, thank you. But the problem is, it's Friday Peak, & @telstra can only provide a service from your NBN infrastructure. Yes all Telcos in Australia are terrible because what you have given them is terrible. This is the NBNs fault. Antiquated infrastructure from you.

@Asher_Wolf Are you aware of @Telstra latest policy if you change your plan that they want you to do a credit check, even though you are a long term customer? They dangle paying less money for plans to collect data for foreign credit check organizations. As yet, not enough uproar about this

@Telstra I can login on a PC to my Telstra Plus account, but not to my MyTelstra. I just get a blank page, I need to communicate with a human being.

@Telstra I have mobile broadband with Telstra but problem is speed and mobile reception. Only one digit and in half of my premises I cannot be reached

@AlboMP Sorry to confront you, but those photo's are not recent. NBN have spent enormous amounts to rectify the Telstra network failures. Copper connections may have improved, but I agree the only long term fix is fibre. Do not let Telstra back to ruin our network.

Since @Telstra sent messages stating there would be upgrades to our mobile service in Pt Vernon commencing on 15/2/21, the service has been even worse! At best I get 1 bar 4G and today I can’t get that, it’s sitting on 1 bar 3G😡😡😡

@Telstra I transferred to NBN at a different provider. I managed to get through to chat and I am getting a cheque posted from the 90s to cover it. Also apparently I was going to be charged for a big pong email address that I never used nor asked to be created.
