@Telstra Couldn’t login to are Telstra user as it was originally owned by my grandparents but the issue resolved it self after a router rest the next day

@Telstra called your support centre to report a scam call and double check you weren’t really trying to get in touch with me, and the guy that answered my call thought i wanted to cancel my account. i had to hang up quickly before he did any damage

Oh @telstra why is it so hard to get proper technical help when you have no mobile internet or mobile phone coverage? Outage in #michelago has been going on for weeks and still no resolution in sight. Luckily we have #YLess4U as well
