    Hi @telstra. To whom do we report mobile tower outages? We've only had 3G since power was restored after a widespread power outage on Tuesday 28 Dec. The Telstra outages page showed 4G outage with restore dates of Wednesday at 10:00am and then Thursday 6:00pm. Now nothing.

    @Telstra That is presently what we are being informed could be causing our netflix issue. So disabling it at least long enough to see if that is so, would be good.

    @Telstra Ok well it’s holding steady now I fully disconnected my phone line and unplug my microwave which I already knew was a problem so I’ll let u know if it goes wobbly again

    Hi @telstra - there has been almost zero mobile internet 9am-9pm for 3 days in #portarlington - can’t load or use apps or send or receive anything except text. Could you pls consider another tower down here to cope with the holidays? 🤞🙏

    Is it me or is the #telstra website broken today. Cannot access it through phone or PC. Need to buy some data but no can do. #frustrating & #worrying
