@LenoraAu @Telstra Same. We have 15 staff with no phone or internet. On the phone to Telstra at the moment and they say there was planned maintenance work for mobile network (3g,4g and 5g) but there are no issues with NBN!!! They have no idea what they're talking about. St Peters Sydney 2044

Hey @Telstra I waited in line for 45 mins to get my internet working and the line dropped or the agent hung up. This is ridiculous now I have to call again and do this during working hours ! Your NBN service has been down since morning.

@Telstra Luke, I’ve moved to @AussieBroadband and immediately they identified the issue and my speeds are double yours. Plus I was able to talk to a human based here and not endless bots. Bye bye @Telstra by the way I have been unable to use any channel to cancel my service.
