@DentePresi @EmRusciano @Telstra Buddy if you're too incompetent to solve these problems, I'm not surprised you need to pay triple the price for a kids toy

  • Shaun76 S.C. (@Shaun76) reported

@sunriseon7 @Westpac It shouldn’t just be Westpac, ALL Aussie businesses need to bring their call centres back from overseas. Unfortunately, customer service has declined below the gutter since OS call centres started. Telstra is the effing worst.

  • PvHudaif Hudaif PV (@PvHudaif) reported

@shivadiaries @srinivasiyc The Australian approach to privatisation is nuanced, yielding some economic benefits, such as the sale of Telstra which accounts for $1 billion in government revenue, enabling the government to use those funds to combat climate issues and also repay deficits.

  • biggeralex_alex Alex (@biggeralex_alex) reported

@Telstra Telstra always thinks when i ring about an issue - its just a prank call !!

  • SerenaMoana Serena (@SerenaMoana) reported

and seeing as 5g plans on @telstra are powered purely through telstra and not held down by nbn pricing and the like, they should have more flexability

  • marcus_sellen Marcus Sellen (@marcus_sellen) reported

@Treyvaud @Telstra Hey @Treyvaud They are the worst! We moved to TPG about 12 months - never had an issue and much cheaper.

  • Rusticated Elizabeth Tout (@Rusticated) reported

@TIMOTHYJOHNART Aldi. $15 per month plan. Excellent. Uses the Telstra network. More than enough data.

  • LetUsRolll Ash (@LetUsRolll) reported

@Telstra yo my home internet stopped working. Are there any issues in the western Sydney area?

  • lucychip Lucy Jones (@lucychip) reported

@Telstra If you can get a manager to actually call us back and rectify the issue rather than sending bills for a service we are not receiving then great. But I doubt you can. We always get told 2-5 business days and then no one calls. It's truly abysmal customer service.

@Telstra I mean your service is a joke so dose not surprise me
