I had a modem (approved) that went rogue once and took 3 weeks to track it back to me. Meanwhile the district had no phone service or internet.

Now I find that the second phone also has to go on the plan. That will cost me twice as much as I’m paying now. Is this a scam?

The issue is that in the fringe areas it’s inadequate for web browsing or high reliability of calls. It’s a major tourism destination- you should be able to access booking apps etc wherever

After having no service for 12 days, a missed appointment on 29 December, a Telstra complaint and a TIO complaint (in progress), I certainly hope so.
