    problem with my sim card. @Telstra won't ship me a new one or (the actual simplest thing ever) send me an esim without being in australia. they actually told me to fly back to australia for a sim anyway 2fa sucks if you travel a lot

    Even though your @Telstra customer 'service' rep knows that this process makes no sense at all, they will continue to tell you that there is no other way for you to get your money back.

    @Telstra I've been through that so many times already. It takes 3 minutes to load the page initially. After your click Start Troubleshoot it takes another 2 minutes to load the login page after logging in, it times it after 5 more minutes. This is on 4g.
