@Telstra Hey I would like help, I've been trying to activate all day and the website and app keeps crashing, it takes me to the last step of activation and then the whole thing shuts down, have to start all over again, very frustrating. I tried "message us" function and no good

I got to sometime fix my credentials before I can switch over to the data plan. Because Telstra had trouble registering my ID with the middle name with only a letter initial. I'll fix that soon & I'll try again to get onto the plan.

@joneaves @bookshopaddict Oh yeah. My family have been Telstra customers for years and every single time we speak to someone offshore something goes wrong. Onshore customer service are at least a little better at understanding customer frustrations (even if they aren't much better at solving problems)

@Telstra So appointment booked for NBN tech coming between 8-12 today. Will contact you? Reference INC17485706. No tech, no call, no service. Have a mate in City Power , they don't make an appointment the company gets fined $1,000. Just wish Telstra and NBN fined, me recompensed.

@Telstra @ALDIMobileAU Hi Wollondilly area have been 3 days without service or internet now. This is really becoming beyond a joke! No data for days, no service to make calls, have not been able to text message out either, no post on the outage of 2573 Fix your ****, please, FFS

@bendechrai @Telstra I did work under the poverty line for a Telstra reseller for 5 traumatic years, and tbh I still haven’t forgiven myself for the ways I was complicit in customer abuse, and I remain grateful for the customers who upheld their humanity and helped me remember my own.
