    @geoffrey_payne @PowercorAust We've had no phone service since Friday morning in Gilgandra. Apparently Telstra's having trouble with 4G. At least we've still got wifi. Though it's much easier to communicate with all & sundry in the 21st century, we have less methods of doing so.

    @Telstra surely there is something called customer service?Completely useless on calls and on chat.10 hours today on chat just to get data restarted. Still not done.Unfortunately can’t do anything.

    @NBN_Australia I have PERSONALLY been involved in at least 5 other premises where the NBN have been asked to attend to fix issues by Telstra, Optus and Aussie Broadband and it is the same broken record. Appointments get cancelled regularly.

    @Telstra No Telstra just pass complaint on and I got 1 call saying there was no issue in this area, I dispute that we have ab issue, I called back last week and the guy had closed complaint as resolved! Seems I need go back to The Ombudsman again.

    @AngryNana4 @TelstraEnt i have found telstra often suspends my service when i pay a bill ontime, that seems to upset them.
