@Telstra I started on the home internet but it was so slow, I couldn't load a webpage, so I switched to mobile data and I got the webpage to load but couldn't download a pdf. This doesn't happen in Sydney. It's 4455 - Orange Hill/Roma

  • m_mann1 Merilee Mann (@m_mann1) reported

@LadyCBean1966 We get those calls periodically - our last payment didn't go through they say. Their problem is we are not Telstra customers. It's a scam. Be careful.

  • rickydbryan Rickster (@rickydbryan) reported

@Telstra Thanks Quinn it was years ago the tweet was just asking for massive customer service failures and this one stood out for me.

.@Optus - nbn issues in 3081? Even your status page for NBN outages isn’t responding via Telstra connections… #NetworkOutage #NBN

@Telstra @andy_penn @Telstra Still no luck connecting to multiple devices by TelstraOne app. Can someone fix this as no response from you guys yet except asking to wait forever

  • AngeBendall Ange Bell (@AngeBendall) reported

The internet is so slow at my parent's house, in a major town in SW QLD, that I could make a 4-course dinner in the time it takes a page to load. Not good enough for rural Australia. They were told to pay $1000 because @Telstra wouldn't do anything to fix it

  • irishbrissygal IrishBrissyGal (@irishbrissygal) reported

@JennaPrice Kept getting overcharged for foxtel/,telstra and spending 2+ hours on the phone every month for about 6 months. Found the head of customer experience on LinkedIn and got a phone number, spend 35 minutes explaining the situation and got 18 mths free. Cancelled at the end of that!

  • _daemons _daemons (@_daemons) reported

@zez @usa_retro Telstra still have obligations to keep them around (ye olde agreements with the government about public access to communication tools, emergency/000, etc), but these days they also double as WiFi hotspots for Telstra customers.

  • melaniemollison Melanie Mollison (@melaniemollison) reported

@Telstra still without internet, Foxtel and mobile keeps working one minute and then down the next. Need internet as working from home nothing has been working since midnight 14th it’s now 5.30pm when will these problems be resolved?

  • AngeBendall Ange Bell (@AngeBendall) reported

@Telstra So the only solution is for my parents to pay more money for the poor service provided by Telstra? This is not a reasonable option for any rural Australian. This has been ongoing for decades. Telstra should be providing the booster to these areas.
