@albericie @Telstra I left Telstra at one stage and for the next four years had a bill once a month telling me that I owed 1c rounded down to $0.00. When I went back to Telstra I had questions asked about my ability to pay because of the outstanding balance.

  • leighkay881 LeighKay (@leighkay881) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra There is a damaged pit (manhole lid completely collapsed) on corner of Winston Ave and Albert St Clarence Gardens. Been like this for a number of weeks now. Have tried the 13 22 03 number of time and call drops after saying "report damage". Photos to follow.

  • SullieLore Sullie (@SullieLore) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@XboxANZ @rieper47 I would like to get a Series X on an all access pass, but I’m not interested in signing up with Telstra. I really hope you have another solution or organise for Telstra to sell all access standalone.

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Optus so just called and got to a operator who transfers me and the line gets cut. Good work for a communications company. This poor service is too common with Optus and I’m really looking at taking the family and business back to @VodafoneGroup or @Telstra.

  • _xDAMOx_ Damien Porter (@_xDAMOx_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @Foxtel @Telstra Can you please explain why there is no subtitle option on your new streaming service #Binge - pretty disgraceful if this is the case!

  • KymPlatt FOOKYM (@KymPlatt) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hello. Has anybody out there any idea why the Federal Gov. bought back the crumbling soon to be disused copper network from Telstra for $4b. The great money managers so we're continually assured .

  • ByEichler Kurtis Eichler 📰 😷 (@ByEichler) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

For the past four months I’ve received all correspondence for a Telstra customer called Yanwen Bao. The past week, I’ve had 10 “No Caller ID” phone calls. I answered three of them, all looking for her. @Telstra say I have to negotiate with the caller to have my number removed

  • traceyn2016 tracey nicholls (@traceyn2016) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@eooi @Telstra @Internode It would help if you could actually talk to a human ... service centre can’t even do a thing ... could be time to change after 25 + years of loyalty not worth salt #telstra

  • fresheyrephoto Kerri Cliff (@fresheyrephoto) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@aewright91 I would talk to Telstra and make sure you get an AU approved device as some can actually reduce/shut down signal from the towers. I had a modem (approved) that went rogue once and took 3 weeks to track it back to me. Meanwhile the district had no phone service or internet.

  • AdamJFitzgerald Adam Fitzgerald (@AdamJFitzgerald) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

I have a @Telstra Bigpond email address (for years) but ever since getting a new @SamsungMobile Galaxy S10, I can't get my bigpond email to work on the App at my local Telstra Shop, that there's a glitch with this, and there's nothing I can do, but webmail. Is this true? Help! 😕

  • traceyn2016 tracey nicholls (@traceyn2016) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

7 months after informing TELSTRA we are moving and no longer need our land line and NBN service we are still being charged multiple calls emails and 3 visits to a service centre still being charged

  • LadyPoop2 Lady Pooh (@LadyPoop2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

  • ByEichler Kurtis Eichler 📰 😷 (@ByEichler) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Then I received a call this morning and attempted to do this for 30 minutes and my phone number is still listed on this loser’s account. So bad. Stressful and @Telstra is hopelessly inept

  • SullieLore Sullie (@SullieLore) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@xbox all access looks fantastic for X, but Telstra needs a mobile service with them to get it. Any chance of changing this policy or having a stand-alone with another company?

  • SullieLore Sullie (@SullieLore) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra I can’t view my Xbox Series X order in my account and I am wave 2 despite ordering within 6 minutes of launch. Can you please advise where I can track my order and if there is an issue with wave allocations?

  • TickHarris Victoria Evans (@TickHarris) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Glenn02936110 well I can report, that there is corroded copper wire to My house, Internet! and the NBN will Not be out to Fix it Oct 2023😮 therefore to get this result I have been sleeping with Telstra, you are in a Cue😧

  • BondiEye Tea Bag (@BondiEye) reported

Hey @Telstra , I have been waiting on an order from Telstra Rewards which was lost by your courier 2 months ago and your support on 24x7 app has been nothing short of terrible. A little help please??

  • adam_turner Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported

Question for the telco experts: do you get the exact same mobile performance from the different Telstra Wholesale partners (apart from Boost & Belong which use full Telstra network). If you're getting **** performance from one Telstra MVNO, is it worth trying another?

  • kellybakermedia Kelly Baker (@kellybakermedia) reported

@aristotle1974 @Telstra I have paid for Foxtel for at LEAST THREE YEARS and never EVER used it. Ever. But it is impossible to contact @Telstra to get them to remove it.

  • WarwickPHough Warwick Hough (@WarwickPHough) reported

@Telstra Thanks Vicky. No I have not. We encounter these speeds every time we come to Wooli on all devices - being 1 iPad, three iPhones and one android phone. Not enough capacity is the problem.

  • lyght01 Don Julio (@lyght01) reported

@Glenn02936110 salesforce runs the call centers for most of those businesses. to be fair tho most of the bad accents are folk here in australia, it's just that they tend to be the only ones apart from young teens that apply (source work for telstra call center in doing just that, real **** job)

  • ozcjr Chris (@ozcjr) reported

@adam_turner I loved Vodafone for roaming, but honestly their networks are really hit and miss here, and Optus…. Well it’s been a long time since I’ve found their network reliable. Telstra’s the only option unless you’re in the CBD or inner suburbs. Sad but true.

  • deschu1_jean Jean-Paul. Deschuyteneer. (@deschu1_jean) reported

    @Telstra fix our line land

  • ozcjr Chris (@ozcjr) reported

@adam_turner I reached the end of my Telstra contract which cost me $94 a month, and went to Boost, $300 a year for the same service. Only thing I lose is 5G and numbersync with my watch but who cares. Telstra has a great network but first party rates are a joke. Telstra MVNOs usually good.

  • kellybakermedia Kelly Baker (@kellybakermedia) reported

@MichaeS72 @Telstra The issue is I cannot cancel it @telstra!
