@Telstra 5253. Outage page says nothing. No connection to 4g, only 3g. Messages failing. Been going since 10pm last night.

@JaneCaro Speaking of Stupid websites , have you ever attempted the “My Telstra “ app onto which I was recently forced in order to pay Telstra bills ?? If it were written in Greek or Hindustani it would be easier to understand and find what you need . NO HUMAN being involved of course 😡😡

@Telstra I’ve been frustrated for months by this because I keep being stuck on the phone or waiting for the app to refresh and I run out of time and get whacked with a late payment. I’ve been trying to organise a direct debit but I don’t have hours to hang around on the phone to people

Got a new phone from @telstra today. Came with some important info about backing up the old phone with the Telstra Device care App. The app that closed down 4 months ago. Nice

@NBN_Australia @Domaincomau Is the NBN ever going to remove the unused hybrid fibre infrastructure it inherited from Telstra and Optus in areas where FTTC and FTTN, etc. is used. Or will that continue to pollute the streetscape until it falls down of its own accord?

@9tailedBe4st @helium Australia already has a real 5G network provided by Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Helium 5G is only for the US and uses CBRS 3550-3700 MHZ
