    @Telstra 5253. Outage page says nothing. No connection to 4g, only 3g. Messages failing. Been going since 10pm last night.

    @7amahanti @OwenRask Rough. Very rough. Hopefully the 5G rollout gets you covered. Think Optus is $90/mo for their home service with speeds of +300Mb/s. Would be a win for a lot of people! 5G is the priority for Telstra and Optus, so hopefully their coverage rapidly improves.

    @andy_penn This couldn’t be more disconnected from what your own office promised a year ago. This year’s iPhone experience has been the worst in a decade. Website that didn’t work. Chat support that was frustratingly hopeless. Hour long phone calls. 1/7 Telstra stores answer their phone.

    @ACSial I was shown specifically Telstra outages all across Melbourne. I believe Telstra operates majority of the network.

    @BevanMoore14 Your tweet popped up on my feed somehow, but glad it did as I could relate (especially there, with exception of Telstra when it was company owned). I never had that issue with employers in Perth or Melbourne. Was I unlucky? Not sure.

    @Telstra ... Your service is great -- until someone needs to contact support and that's where it goes all wrong. The "Gold Member Support" really don't know what they are talking about and since I am getting mixed information, it's best I speak to the TIO to sort this out.

    @RougeFolf @2140btc @PeterMcCormack I'm not aware of any evidence there were any organised shutdowns.. Telstra had tech issues? Lot of rumours, haven't seen anything more than that. If I saw proof someone actually planned it, I'd prob be a bit concerned about that.

    For some reason had a real issue with delayed notifications on my @Telstra @SamsungAU S21 since the last firmware update last week. Notifications can be hours late. Eg. Yesterday i received an Ola "your ride has arrived" more than 2 hours after it had dropped me off. 1/2

    Mobile Phone providers really need to up their game on tower coverage. That includes the big 2 @Optus & @Telstra. Our suburb is a black hole and the Qld Check In QR app is failing to connect to the Internet. even in big shopping centres. This a public health and Safety Issue.
