**** I hate dealing with @Telstra. Apparently "I assure you that the order will be complete within 24hrs. Kindly trust my words" isn't worth the toilet paper it as conceived on...5 days after the sim was delivered, it's still listed as pending. #WorstCustomerServiceEver

I'm super glad that @Telstra forcibly moved me from Cable to NBN under the threat of disconnection. NBN was working great for the first 2 days, but now it's gone done a #Gladys and quit on me, and like her backup, John Barilarlo, the mobile backup network has quit working too.

Optus has a shocking network across regional SA. Currently forced myself to 3G so I could use my phone. Should have shifted away when @Aussie_BB moved their provider from Telstra to Optus. Is Aldi still using the Telstra network?

Couldn't help misreading that @Telstra ad painted on the ground as "Australia is Why..T". Like when your eyes go the wrong way on a comic. Unfortunate visual oops. #NRLGF

@Telstra I did, on Thursday, yet the fraudulent phone number is still on my account. It’s good that criminals have more control over my details than I do! The stellar customer service continues…

@GeoffreyHayes12 @Telstra A colleague of mine bought a mobile plan from Belong. She cancelled before the first month because the service is non existence when outside of Sydney! Telstra is making a huge profit from Belong.

The Telstra tracker can tell us the intensity of the teams but Telstra still can’t deliver an efficient internet service in southern Brisbane #imposters

@Telstra Thanks; can’t be fixed. Had this for years. As I said before, really bad network design. Then add water & down it goes. Usually the 4G works though, odd it hasn’t. Currently back working on FTTN NBN. Speed slower than normal, will monitor. We’re on the FTTP upgrade list.
