@Telstra 5253. Outage page says nothing. No connection to 4g, only 3g. Messages failing. Been going since 10pm last night.

@Telstra why did I just get confirmation of my nbn order when I cancelled, had it confirmed by about 5 agents over about 3 hours of phone calls, and have it written in a case resolution email that any orders are cancelled? I don’t live at that address anymore. Deeply incompetent

@Telstra Hmmmm. Ran that. All ok. Tried another power off/0n. Neighbour seems to be having same problem. Must be a coincidence. I still can't see any of the 15 other Telstra xxxxx listed, that I usually see however on my phone. I will just wait...the tech will be finished soon

@Telstra the internet service is down now for 48hrs now including 4g that you provide on modem for backups. How does one work? The fix on the issue is estimated to be 10days. Are you for real?

@BCoppick That is terrible . When and if Telstra workers instead of contractors come to the house they are fantastic . One said the payroll was outsourced to India. At Freo hospital the Libs gave the medical typists the boot and outsourced it to somewhere in Qld . Women working from home

@Telstra No known outages in the area, I have looked at heat maps of down reports and it seems alot of people in Melbourne are having an issue. All was well until it just slowed down.Restarted modem, unplugged and replugged it all, tried a full reset.Logged into modem Admin site.DSL issue

@Telstra @Telstra simply cannot take an order and let people wait and wait and in the background cancel the order and not even have the courtesy to tell them. Very bad service. You obviously made a mistake and not willing to fix it. 0/10 service.
