2/2 The opt out link on the McAfee app is a dud link. I thought the law was you can't be forced to opt out of something. If you want it, you have to opt in. Telstra have just fixed this up but it should have never happened.

@vrachelv9 @Telstra Yes. After being quoted in newspaper article about Mallacoota’s Telstra phone problems, I received call from a support person who wanted too talk to me only about phone support access times - not actual service problem. He had definitely been drinking the Telstra Kool Aid.
