@Telstra I received a text 07/01/21 saying my smart modem has switched to mobile network as my service has been impacted by an outage and it is due to be restored 03:01 09/01/21. Any news for the Eagleby 4207 area as it is still on mobile network? Thanks Gav

@Telstra It’s a system capacity issue not an outage. Glad the bushfire wasn’t this year or the CFA would have no hope of communicating or tracking the fire. It’s never been this bad in tourist season. Appreciate an exploration .

@Telstra have one of the worst mobile service networks in Australia. I'm sure of it. Unless you live in a major city they couldn't give 2 ***** about your service.... Thanks for providing a sub-par network again in 2021. At least your usless network is consistent
