@theprovenance @Telstra The customer service at Telstra is absolutely disgusting. They ended up awarding me a $500 credit after and long and drawn out escalated complaint, but since I’ve cancelled my internet and gone with someone else, it is proving impossible to get the $. I have made repeated contact

@Telstra absolutely no customer service from your manager at your Leopold store this afternoon. My son spoke with her on the phone regarding an issue, she told him he’d have to come into the store,he went straight in there and then was told she didn’t have time to see him#0service

@Telstra He did say he got more service from the Geelong store over the phone than what he received from store manager at Leopold who was apparently quite rude and not helpful.

@climbingcyclist @cyclingtips I did read the article. But Telstra could have spent whatever they spent on this (which will probably never happen and probably have no effect if it did ) on campaigning for (or even chipping in for) separation. Which would see a far greater benefit

@peter_adderton @NBN_Australia I would argue the only way it works is public infrastructure. Partly because a nation building project like NBN should never have a financial ROI, thats what broke the the Aus model - trying to make it look like private enterprise. You think NBN is bad, if Telstra 'built' it???
