    @annbritton @Telstra @D_LittleproudMP This would be fixed quickly as far as mobile communication is involved if Telstra was force to allow ‘roaming’, where one telco service can use another’s service if there's no tower nearby for connection with the telcos or set by a 3rd party setting a fee for this service

    @Telstra Getting 5-6 a day now. Surely your network can check if the number being passed as callerID is coming from an actual service & block if coming from (say) an Indian scammer. Getting close to cancelling my service of 20 plus years.

    @annbritton @Telstra @D_LittleproudMP Telstra can disagree all it likes, but the reality is that rural/remote communications are falling behind growth and demand. The Telstra network was a neglected mess when it was handed over to NBN and any fix is a long way off.

    @SheepAU @Telstra Reversing the charges. Processing a new service, then changing the number of that and adding the device back on repayment and crediting the 2 months it had been since she bought it. Telstras phone support isn't great at all

    I have written to @Telstra Regional General Manager stating issues & concerns …as I was told by a Telstra man GM referred me to on first inquiry, that #Boulia had outgrown its service …does this happen where Telstra has competitors?
