Hey @Telstra remind me again why I pay you ridiculous monthly fees for a 5G plan when I'm constantly scrambling for an H+ signal in Perth?

  • David110280 DMist (@David110280) reported

@Telstra Yes. I have made several trips hone calls, lodge a complaint, loads a TIO complaint and yet I still have no service.

@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Whilst the personal data of every Australian is in the hands of overseas Service Help Centres that represent the Help Desk Service of large Companies like Telstra, Optus, Energy Australia, etc., the security breach is the price you pay for giving them access to the Servers.

  • TheMessyChefy Mike (@TheMessyChefy) reported

The PS5, TV and Telstra Box option can't even load the feed. It's a black screen or a media error. The phone and Chromecast options will open, but latency is horrific. It freezes and stutters every 3-4 seconds. It's unwatchable - literally. They broke a broken app further.

Major Telstra outage today in North West VIC. #Mildura were without phone and internet services, EFTPOS (and for us, radio programs). Telstra say they have refueled and fired up the generator.

  • David110280 DMist (@David110280) reported

@Telstra No. Given no ETA. NBN needs to fix the line they broke.

  • DallasSmith666 The Right Honourable Sir Reginald Smythe KMCG OEB (@DallasSmith666) reported

Why @Telstra does a phone company not want to talk to it's customers.............? @Telstra - easily the worst customer service company in Oz. @andy_penn
