@Telstra Telstra and internet good joke. **** drops out every few days for no reason. 250 a month. I will be changing providers shortly coz this is bullshit

  • HermannVespa Hermann (@HermannVespa) reported

@Telstra Still down and no ETA for when service will be back. There can’t be too many reasons for it to be down a whole workweek, the least you could do is provide a summary of the issue and the steps you are taking to resolve. There is no power failure. @Telstra what do I tell work?

  • anaaraat adam (@anaaraat) reported

@Telstra hey telstra, why is your customer service so ****

  • Jaybberwockyttv Jaybberwocky (@Jaybberwockyttv) reported

Okay so I was going to go live - turns out our internet somehow switched itself to 4g backup instead NBN so now I can't stream the whole weekend. Have to wait for a technician to come out on Monday. So glad we pay ridiculous amounts of money for this service. @Telstra

  • HermannVespa Hermann (@HermannVespa) reported

@Telstra Literally put my postcode into your mobile/5G outage list and you will see. 5250 Littlehampton. Nothing since I got home from work Monday 29/10. Pathetic, I just loved my mobile and home broadband to Telstra and now I’ve got nothing.

  • davidgr144 David Grosz (@davidgr144) reported

@Telstra is about the worst business I’ve ever had to deal with from a customer services and desire to retain customers perspective. Along with their high prices, I don’t think I’ll ever be one of their customers ever again. @VodafoneAU on the other hand are brilliant.

  • StringsHub WhitehorseMusic (@StringsHub) reported

@Telstra I have been on the Telstra business text messaging help for 2 hours.

@ParamountPlusAU why is audio thru Telstra tv poor and low??

  • nunthewizer53 🦞🐀🍩🗣🙏🏻👣💧nunthewizer (@nunthewizer53) reported

@QuentinDempster @ChrisKSim75 To be clear copper cable was never universal and links were often used in remote location at expense to Telstra under community obligations. Same pay phone box’s. Scrapped by privatisation. Ditto black spot mobile coverage where taxpayer pork barrelling is required.

@ripslingaa @Telstra My internet slow as **** now
