@ArtistAffame Worst piggy bank ever! Too hard to get the money out again :-( And when you finally did, you found those Telstra shares had significantly dropped in value!

He was taking absolutely ages between tiny responses making it take forever and then said he needed "10 minutes" to "look into it". Rubbish! Just fix my address on my order! Anyway guess what - delivery was apparently attempted today and failed, "no such address". Crap! #Telstra

Why do you make it so difficult to contact you, @Telstra? I was chatting with a man yesterday about something I ordered and needing him to fix my postal address because your dropdown box gave me my address 1/398 but then in the confirm address dropdown it would only give me 398!

@Telstra Or my personal life.... This has caused me a huge amount of grief and Telstra is ******* me around. People were calling my phone and getting through to a female I did not know! I have missed personal and business calls which has caused a lot of issues.

@Telstra I've done the tests, and the case was opened. Then it was closed. The issue has not been resolved. When it takes 2 hours to download a 580mb movie on Netflix, that's a problem.

@Telstra So either he is not calling me...as why wouldn't he leave a voice message.especially as I had requested this? Or my phone is still screwed and I am not getting calls....so wtf am I paying for? If I am not getting notifications of Calls how am I supposed to run my business

@TroyBramston @LalitaMathias Conroy who was so desperate to get NBN numbers up he did a deal with Telstra so they’d drop their PSTN phones and force all their customers over to NBN phones. He got his numbers up, for phones not internet, and old people ended up with a phone that didn’t work in a blackout.

Huh. 13 years on Twitter. I only joined up to test a Telstra Mobile service that joined your social networks together ... and you could tweet by sending SMS to a Telstra Mobile short code. Crazy days.
