@Telstra Sort your terrible service out my mate has been waiting almost 2 months for his internet to activate despite being billed for the first month

Still in absolute disbelief over the complete #incompetence from @Telstra in relation to my Dad's request to unlock his phone from their network. 38 days and counting. And no I won't dm you #telstra

@searchfeast @AndyVermaut They are dynamic IP addresses from their Internet provider, seen by Twitter when they log in. You need the accurate time & date stamps to go with the dynamic IP addresses, for Telstra (their provider) to know which customer was on a particular IP at that time.

@Telstra is a joke - transferred two services across to a compulsory direct debit database a few months ago, just attempted to transfer a third - advised this is not possible on one bill - Telstra systems are ****, I now have two separate bills forever - its should be that hard

So @Telstra upgraded, sent txts saying service wld be impacted on Sunday from 13/06/22 ie a week afterwards. Impacted alright.....havent had net since early Monday morn....at all. We are isolated enough out here.

@iliasofjohn @easyelin @PRGuy17 Possibly - what he doesn't have is a super hacker who can identify the person without further legal action. Telstra isn't just going to hand the info over - and clearly Pfishing doesn't work

  • alistairp89 Alistair Pattinson (@alistairp89) reported

Hi @Telstra - we were just refused service while trying to purchase a new phone at 4:14pm because the store was closing soon. At 5pm. Is this how you treat prospective customers? Not sure if you're aware but some people work during the day and can't come earlier.

@Thaldor We've got Telstra, Optus, belong, TPG , Aussie broadband , tangerine, superloop, iinet, dodo. And they'll all be super unreliable but we'll take your money no problem

  • acceler8er Michael Kouranos (@acceler8er) reported

@Telstra @3AWNeilMitchell What the hell am I doing? Or do you mean hide this conversation from public? Why? Why can you not give an answer on the ongoing problems on this phone line? @3AWNeilMitchell
