@telstra so after wasting 2 hours on the phone to your so called help desk, absolutely nothing that we were assured had been fixed was actually done. Not one thing! The incompetence, the lack of concern, the lies, the attitude, the incompetence, the rudeness... unbelievable!

@Telstra I have cancelled my service on 1st May however still get a bill for the month of May. Tried to contract call canter there is no one pick up at 8.30am. Online messaging team is unable to give a right response.
