    @Telstra I want to speak to someone. I'm a human not an app. The last time I used the app, I was sent "Let me see" by the agent and didn't get any reply. I do not want to use an app for this complex problem.

    Telstra tips for high availability: 1. If an outage isn't reported, it never happened 2. Therefore, make it tedious for customers to report outages 3. If the outage was reported to the 'wrong department', it wasn't reported. 4. Assume all problems are due to customers' mistakes

    @Telstra You can't ring Telstra. You just get sent a text. I contacted the TIO because you kept increasing my bill. The issue was fixed by your team & I paid my monthly $110. Now I get a text to remind me to pay. It's a joke. I assume they haven't credited $10. I can never reach and agent

    @Telstra It’s very weird. Both my wife and I have new iPhone 12s. In some parts of Albury we get four bars of 4G connection, but can’t load web pages or download email. But if we walk 500 m away, it work like normal. Maybe it’s an iPhone 12 handset issue??

    @Telstra And while we’re at it can you give me the details of the last time a price discount was offered to existing Foxtel customers? I’ve been a customer since 2003 can’t recall once being told of a promotional price for existing customers. Price increase - I remember all of those...
