@3000casesbyjan8 That’s certainly true, but I put that down to poor judgment. If people are determined to trust Telstra after the past two decades of the example they’ve set, the idea that government ownership would be good to protect those consumers specifically is a weird one to me.

  • hutcho66 James Hutcheon (@hutcho66) reported

@Ollie_Bun @scottjla @antizeroalt There's obviously issues that people have with Telstra but pre-privatisation there was zero incentive to modernise.

  • twcau Three Shots McGee 💉 (Michael) (@twcau) reported

@Telstra There’s also been no reasonable effort to fix the fundamental and underlying cause, or acknowledge the fact that - when it comes to addresses - customer knows best. That the order flow doesn’t permit a cust defined address, and allow cust to accept liability for same is nuts.

  • Gadgetc10 Darryl Cathery (@Gadgetc10) reported

@Telstra You'll need a better deal to get me to buy online. I'm a Gold member with over 10 years with Telstra and I'm yet to see you guys deliver a better service or deal. Least Bunnings beats it by 10%.

  • Leel06Lee Lynda Lee (@Leel06Lee) reported

@torrensside don`t start me on telstra - had to go thro` two - with days of help from the Local Hub centre - it`s always been stupid. Should`ve checked with their mothers & grandparents first!

  • aflyinghamster still no spoons only knives (@aflyinghamster) reported

never had a ******* problem with telstra but aussie broadband cant handle ff14 apparently. wasnt even raiding just doing msq cutscenes

  • twcau Three Shots McGee 💉 (Michael) (@twcau) reported

@Telstra With the greatest respect, it hasn’t been sorted out. This is my second product order from T$ it’s happened with; and even an educated 7yr old can see your approach & inflexibility to address validation is fundamentally broken, and avoidably impacts customer experience.

  • rtrisheleanor Trish Roberts (@rtrisheleanor) reported

@Telstra Kind, but will never get better. Chronic pain, fatigue. Varies worse to intense/much worse. Asked if could register as disabilities but told no.

  • BARGH3ST bone music (@BARGH3ST) reported
