I’m sitting in a coffee shop waiting for the Telstra store to open. Bit of my croissant went down the wrong way bringing on a bit of a coughing fit. Old bloke next to me moves to another table, glaring at me when he walks past. Have we really come to this level of paranoia?

@Telstra I know what the on-going problem is, the NBN are not providing the correct infrastructure to support the networks speeds advertised. 25Mbps DL 9Mbps UP

  • garthlanham78 Garth (@garthlanham78) reported

@Telstra no internet for 48 hours. 2 hours on hold, numerous DM on Twitter only to be told to send a text to a tech phone number who replied 12 hours later. Then told to text a help desk (fixTelstra)centre who can not tell me what the issue is or when it will be resolved.

  • lensrkr Ranjit Kumar (@lensrkr) reported

@telstra I have been trying to register for a Telstra id for more than 2 days now. Error redirects me to message the support, which appears to be non-existent. All I see is a message that Agent is typing.

@Telstra I am overseas in America, I just got a message saying roaming was no longer available, can you explain and fix this?

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@Telstra This weekend the speed has been the worst I have experienced, even with ADSL. I understand how the new "arrangement" works with NBN, which is un-workable and the Govt should be shot for such a stupid arrangement.
