@Telstra 5253. Outage page says nothing. No connection to 4g, only 3g. Messages failing. Been going since 10pm last night.

@Telstra The article says Android- what of others such as iPhone etc? Is Telstra considering providing a service that blocks any such attacks, for instance, by request of the customer?

@Telstra now that i’ve cancelled my Telstra HFC, i’ll be looking at my Telstra mobile next. i like the service, but the forced direct debit clause stopped me from upgrading. i don’t trust Telstra with access my bank accounts.

@Telstra Thanks! I hope Telstra is working with phone manufacturers for a rapid solution, especially the ability of the smartphone’s owner to block sms that the phone doesn’t recognise. Maybe that already exists?! 🤔

@alisterrobbie @Speedtest Change your internet over to Aussie Broadband. I switched from Telstra and it took about 1.5 hours from putting in the order to the new service being active. Internet was down for no more than 15 - 20 minutes while it switched over. Their support is light years ahead of Telstra's

so y'know how a month or so ago I said how my internet just cuts out randomly like every hour every night yeah it's doing it again, Telstra didn't fix anything 🙃

Emailed Meg Bonighton the head of Customer Care for @Telstra today with regards to the 3 complaints I’ve had with Telstra over the past 12 months. Surprised to receive a response from her advising she will have her staff investigate my 12 months of Hellstra. #Telstra

@Connundrum54 @Karonleahely They will probably for give the loan. It's a bit like the Gold watches at Telstra give for performance the CEO got SACKED ABC won't be doing that's. Lost in the balance sheet never to be paid. Taxpayer funded legal work for actions outside her ABC work. Nice little earner....

@Telstra Hey Ryan, I spoke to Libby from the CEO complaint team on Thursday. She guaranteed my problem will be urgently resolved and promised she would be back in touch on Monday. Guess what??? She lied, did nothing and then told me today she has emailed someone 1/2
