  Second attempt at sorting out provisioning issue on prepaid @Telstra sim that won't send sms or make/receive calls only works with data (yes normal mobile sim). "Expert" chat is like getting blood out of a stone. #alumni #embedded_programmer

  @kels_316 Interestingly, this is (amongst all the other replies below) also part of Telstra's Universal Service Obligation. Also, (less successfully) it was part of their outdoor advertising plans but they've lost the court case on that..

  @Telstra Yep another night bigpond internet dropped out in Baulkham hills, 6 nights in a row. Your service is a disgrace, I’m not paying any more bills until you provide a service that works longer than 24 hours without dropping out. Pathetic.
