@Telstra who can I call as a customer to get free tech support for internet issues? Why should i pay $30 for the privilege? Your auto system via telstra app couldn't detect the problem. The problem is your supplied router is continually dropping out.

@LunaFamilliar From someone who worked for telstra, threaten to leave telstra and they will transfer you to the retention call centre in our city. They will fix you up. Works every time.

... no change. hopefully there was an outage and its fixed by morning otherwise I'm going to take this modem to my nearest Telstra shop and tell them about it. It sucks when you pay for a service and you don't get it, then they cover their ***, saying that there's no problem.

How good is @Telstra message support service? After nine hours, exactly zero of my queries have been sorted. Ring for an operator and you just get another message link. Much easier to disconnect and join another provider.

@Telstra Just messaged them ... Very seriously considering moving to a cheaper service provider. We shouldn't have to pay for a technician to come out or have to pay for a platinum service to get this issue rectified.

@Telstra worth mentioning that I’ve been trying to close my internet and home phone for two months. TIO got in touch with you dingbats & you’ve waived last months fees but you haven’t rung to fix the issue so now I’m going to have to go back to the TIO.

@Telstra your customer care is pathetic for the premium you charge for the services you provide. Now, that is no news many would reckon!

@EmergencyBK If your wifi problem is with Telstra/nbn, contact them here on Twitter. I did the other day after trying for ages to get through on phone and they got it fixed in no time.

@melissahoyer I went so Karen that I went to the Telecommunications Ombudsman to sort out the issue. Then I dumped Telstra. Best thing I've done in ages.
