@richontech Need help with wifi calling you spoke of. Live in Australia traveling to US, using airalo or t-mobile esim. Do I have to enable both Telstra SIM and the esim? Do I have to be on a wifi network, or does Airalo data work as wifi?

@andrewbogut @Telstra That's exactly why I left @Telstra , shocking service. Long wait times, shunted from person to person, kept repeating reason for call, untrained representatives etc. I gave up and left. Much better service elsewhere.

No stable networks from last 3 weeks in north west Tasmania,no internet service and no call. What’s going on? @Telstra

  • sassejane Lyndal (@sassejane) reported

I had low expectations @Telstra but seriously. Technician no-show for appt between 8am - 1pm, 45 mins in chat at 2:30pm to be told they can't help and to call in, two phone calls with promised call back not followed through, to end up with appt being cancelled, wasting whole day.

  • itsrenatak Renata (@itsrenatak) reported

Telstra are telling customers over Twitter to use the Telstra app for help but how can some customers use it if it doesn’t load or work. Why can you not have a customer service centre open so people can call to pay bills over phone and to get help over phone if they can’t use app
