@Telstra how does a long time customer get the new Telstra Smart Modem 3? We seem to have issues with devices that are slow to connect to current one, maybe an upgrade will fix it? Upgraded to faster speed in Nov but devices struggle to load webpages

@Telstra OK 5 hours of live chat later, @Telstra agree to schedule a technician visit. Is this your idea of good customer service? 🤬 As soon as this is fixed, I'm moving to another ISP.

@Telstra after 6 weeks of my business number intermittently telling callers the service was not available and hours of chatting to your hopeless support team who tell me the job was closed so they'll log a new job I've given up and changed providers.

@Telstra So are the mobile towers experiencing problems or is this area (generally not flooded) affected by a much bigger issue? Businesses are having trouble taking payment from customers due to the data problem.

Minister for Communications, Bridget McKenzie need to do more for country Telstra clients that cannot use the service even tho the Law demands it be supplied…At the mo, all she does is bemoan the fact that the service is absent and claim “it’s not good enough” FIX IT Minister.
