  Anybody else out there finding @Xero impossibility slow? Tried with our NBN connection (42.79Mbps) and Telstra hotspot off my phone but it just won’t load? Been going on for a week now.

  @Telstra I have no service and haven’t since I’ve joined. I wasn’t warned about these planned upgrades when i bought the sim and I’m furious. If it isn’t over today I’m looking for a different carrier and I’ll ask for a refund.

  Anyone know what to do. @Telstra keep telling me that NBN isn’t available in my area. I have spoken through their chat, made phone calls and everyone keeps telling me that they are going to work through the issue (they never do). My next door neighbours have internet with them!
