    @Telstra Telstra.... you ARE THE DISASTER! The worst company in Australia. Service....non-existent. Rang your 1800 number today and was hung up on 3 times after waiting ages. My internet has been down for 3 weeks and you are nowhere to be found.

    @Telstra Yesterday I connected to Home Phone service and first call I got call from scammers about your prder is pending so whe its waiting do you want to activate phone call service. I got connected ages ago, not sure why I got that call.

    @barriecassidy We should never forget the consequences of selling off Telstra. If it had been retained in government hands it could have built us a 21 Century broadband network for a fraction of the (still growing) cost of the Coalition’s dud #NBN.

    @telstra the Gen2 NBN modems seem to be capable of crashing devices on the wireless network is this a general Gen2 issue or do I just have a dodgy one?

    @Telstra small business technical support phone shuts at 8pm even when there are people in the queue after 1.3 hours on hold to be advised no one can help. What a bloody joke
