    @Telstra is there a known coverage issue for 3332 Victoria? Lots of locals (myself inc.) unable to make or receive phone calls. Internet and text messaging ok.

    @somewherein84 There are so many great, competitive telcos out there My partner is currently at the Telstra store cancelling every single account with Telstra , and hooking up with another internet provider tomorrow I would dump Telstra asap..they are SO expensive, and service is appalling

    @baxters I did 4 hours on hold to @Telstra last year. Quite a feat. (And they still didn’t fix my problem)

    After a horrendous experience moving our service, @Telstra still haven't disconnected our old address from weeks ago and then sent a bill anyway. Lots of promises from the Telstra app, more promises from Telstra's call centre, and no action since my formal complaint. TIO on it.
