@Telstra i'm on the messaging thing, Luke, someone came along, demanded to know what my modem lights were showing, i repeated I am calling back re NBN order problem. They went away again. I am only trying to call u guys back - this sucks.

@Telstra ref 173480686 INC13620272 - for 4 days I have been following up for updates to get my service restored. Consultants do not read threads or ref history. In the space of 10mins, again I have to supply dob! When will my service be restored? When can I expect an update?

Email from @telstra today saying my plan was going up and my upload speed was halving. Paying more and effectively getting less. Not pleased after being a customer for a squillion years. Time to start browsing other providers.
