@craigreucassel Definitely not worth the $78mill bonuses @NBN_Australia paid themselves at this rate. Couple this with having @Telstra as your 'service provider' using the MY Telstra app message system and it is frustrating as hell. It is a lottery. It should be a certainty by now.

@margaretthrosby Telstra NEVER answer their phones. I have tried multiple times in the last 2 weeks @Telstra and on the one occasion the voice bot said go to our website and promptly hung up. WTF

@Telstra not going to lie...i was one of those teenagers that forced flattened bottle caps down the coin slot on a Friday night, so i could come back Sunday morning with a paddle pop stick and get all your money. I used it to buy packets of cigarettes.

My wife has been on hold - waiting on the @Telstra message support to fix our wi fi for nearly six hours ! We live in remote community where they are the only service. Not impressed !
