    @TawandaButche1 This from the same Telstra that demands all its accounts are direct debit. They demand your payment, on time, even if their product is poor or just doesn’t work. They never offer a refund for the impact their lousy service has on one’s daily life & or business.

    @GergelyOrosz This is exactly the problem we had at Telstra here in Australia when they fired all the SMEs. Whole pieces of exchange equipment (cards, full racks) were just left dead because we didn't have the System12 experts to deal with complex problems with programming
