@72Hallam After HOURS and HOURS on the phone to different people; threats to disconnect my service; $800 in credit because I had to pay to continue my service I FINALLY spoke to an Indian gentleman who sorted it all out. Then Telstra sent my dead husband a cheque! I kid you not.

@Telstra was on hold for 1hr 53min to be told the department I needed is closed and to call at 8am. Seriously ruined my Tuesday night and now won’t have use of a service I’m paying for. Poor experience tonight
