    @Telstra @boostmobile I need someone to look into a possible outage in Donvale 3111. Your site reports no outage but my parents can't receive or make calls and it's creating great anxiety. Really feeling like a second class citizen on boost to get someone to listen here 1/2

    On top of that, your outage finder says absolutely NOTHING. No interruption notifications, nothing. What do you have to say?? This is unacceptable for my family as long term Telstra customers, and unacceptable service for the price we pay for the internet.

    @Telstra So there's no way to manually configure the NBN VoIP, like there is for other ISPs? Why did your phone support not mention this when we discussed getting a BYO modem, last week?

    Stream may be late tonight everyone. I've been in a chat with a @Telstra "expert" for the last hour and a half trying to fix an invalid voucher number error. An hour of that was spent with me twiddling my thumbs waiting for a reply. #technology
