    @YourBoyShane17 My interactions with Telstra have almost without exception made root canal work seem attractive in comparison. You could not deliberately design a system to be less responsive to customer needs. Kafka had nothing on Telstra.

    @Telstra You send a message and after ages you get a reply, “my shift is ending soon, someone will help you”. This is like “go to hell, we don’t care”.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia @Telstra Been through all of that with Optus before. Same problem with Telstra. You guys just have not supplied sufficient bandwidth & coverage for people on the edge of town. Great mistake thinking I could run my business west of the Blue Mountains.

    @Telstra very disappointed. Telstra disconnected my internet without permission because they couldn’t fix a glitch in their system. Failed four times to create an order to make an appointment to have NBN installed by a technician. Changed my plan without permission.
