@Telstra Yes the hold music over and over, and the Telstra message "experiencing higher than usual volume of calls" in between. I'm not overly surprised tbh - we have been battling with Telstra customer service for weeks now.

@Telstra Before I forget, can you have a word with your Licensed Store at Joondalup, WA please. Closing their tills before they actually close fir the day means a customer - who wants to give you money for item that is on shelf & others don’t have in stock - is turned away.

@Telstra yeah i know, but that's not truely a home 5g option. i mean, it can be, by hooking it up to another router, but why is there no home 5g router option like the smart modem to do this with less devices and fail points?
