    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

    @Telstra- not happy to be without internet at Norwood and I'm told there is no solution before Monday! ADSL wasn't working & was on 4G backup. Got text from you telling me to connect to ADSL to avoid slowing down. Called 133933 and was told not to worry. Today got disconnected :/

    @Telstra dropouts have stopped after the outage was fixed last night, however still having issues with packet loss randomly throughout the day causing discord to go robotic and games to completely lag out until it clears up, have multiple ping plotter results from monitoring it

    @Telstra But bpay details on emailed bill reminders for a start. The app is hard to use. I have two accounts and for knows why, I go into a shop and they can’t help. The whole customer service is crap. Telstra shops should help with billing and they don’t. Like I said. Rubbish all round

    @Telstra @owenie24 Do you ever wonder why people get so frustrated with Telstra's customer service failing that they need to vent on Twitter? Perhaps your customer service interfaces just don't work for the customers? Perhaps work on fixing them while someone else digs your holes!
