@Telstra Internode with telstra doing the provisioning. First scheduled appt they never knocked despite us being home all day, second didn’t show up. We took 2 days off work to accomodate and can’t do again.

If I am Vodafone , I will developer a software name it 6g, ask Telstra together, all the cbd having free wifi, just need more free wifi signal, and then charge some money , input some speed, that ‘s it. Saving your money , making big income.

@Telstra- not happy to be without internet at Norwood and I'm told there is no solution before Monday! ADSL wasn't working & was on 4G backup. Got text from you telling me to connect to ADSL to avoid slowing down. Called 133933 and was told not to worry. Today got disconnected :/

We still don’t have internet or a solution for the internet and I am so so angry (I never get angry) and exhausted from trying to sort it and I will *never* use the companies (@Telstra @Internode ) involved again because they failed on all four of the above <end rant>.

Seriously @JEChalmers do you think we are idiots computers have software problems that sucks but the tax office fixed it, banks telstra and other hi tech businesses have similar problems but to try and get is to accept that the Gov missed the the tax rebate

@pauloliver9999 @tonytardio Telstra used to be government owned and still works closely with govt. Isn’t it odd that it was always and still is the most expensive telecom network. Imagine us all paying for it when a target market is wealthy women in Kew who don’t check their electricity bill charges.

Accidentally turned the side grill on, on the BBQ but my phone down oblivious it was roaring under the lid with heat came back 2 minutes later and the blower has been melted to all parts 👍🏼🥳 best weekend will spend the better part of tomorrow in Telstra I dare say

@TomOtton_FF @Telstra That’s to do with more “traffic” on the network and limited bandwidth in your area. After 6:30 you will have a lot more ppl trying to access the same server

@stripy_john @Telstra Everyone I know that has a iPhone on the Telstra network in Melbourne is having the same issue as you. Also can’t access several websites and speedtest. It is definitely an APN issue. This is a serious issue. I’ve told everyone I know to complain to the TIO.

@DrunkAnalysis @Telstra I don’t know why. But when I’m watching redzone on Monday morning, it uses a lot of data. From 4am to 6.30am it’s fine, after 6.30 I can’t even send a text message. Just no service
