  @Telstra How does the assessment process work? U&P doesn't apply from what I can see in that link, but a (very expensive) device appears to have basic paint/coating flaking issues, which should be able to be resolved.

  And they’re all the same. It’s almost a rule that the bigger they are the worse they are. Telstra, Optus, Qantas, the big banks, Coles, Woolworths. All run by wildly overpaid ‘chief executives’ who would rather wrestle crocodiles than actually encounter a customer. **** ‘em all.

  @the_LoungeFly @Telstra You have to go through the ombudsman to get an Australian staff member, someone with access to your records apparently or can fix anything. The call centers are just to keep you preoccupied long enough that you get sick of it and go away.

  @ronInBendigo @RaymondKeown3 The Belong (Telstra) plan is $25 only once you have activated a service with them it will appear when you go to change plans via their app. 10GB data per month with rollover, if you ever exceed it, it doesn't charge extra just slows to 1Mbps.

  So i get a notice from Telstra my bill is going up due to increased data use, i have a cap of 1000gb that i never go over, i hink thats a bit unfair!!!
