  Telstra have no issue with puttn in numbers&pressn redeem nos. But microsoft smartassholes make life hell. I've lost another many hrs of being messed around with screens showing rubbish. Its simple=U have an PC+u put in product code&redeem. Robots r a phyco excuse to brain-harass

  Telstra....missed your recharge message because the service has been so fuckung bad for weeks that people's personal SOS devices haven't been working. Have been hotspotting with Optus device.

  Australian Govs of all persuasions have sold the people out. First sold QLD State Gov Insurance, Keating the Commonwealth Bank , Howard Telstra, Beattie Water and we can keep going. Private industry is about profit and no service . We have that and pay exorbitant amounts for it

  @KymRob25112 No idea in Qld. But in Sydney Telstra has sadly become the only option. The complete mess up with triple zero calls ( carrier errors) no mistake in that. The tower's aren't coping with this change. Regional with fewer options. That's harsh. Hope 🙏

  anyone else with @Optus ? Have spent almost 6 hours with them online today trying to arrange an NBN service for when I move, transferred to numerous different agents only to have them tell me thay cant help me as originally promised. @Telstra here I come

  @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.
