@JoelDTD They **** you if you need a phone but now you’ve got Belong who cover a fair bit of regional Australia (they use the Telstra towers). Roll over data and cheap plans ($15, $25, $40)

Hey @telstra I am truly amazed at how bad your online support is. Seriously so far trying to establish data sharing across devices has taken 6 hours and I still haven’t progressed past getting the new sim.

So @Telstra are getting rid of #AFLLIVEPASS that came with a mobile service and data free replacing it with @kayosports at a discount (albeit limited) and metered data. Does that just seem like a middle finger to consumers to make some more coin?

@Telstra Upgrade info to Upfront plan misleading. Help desk assured me I could share the 60G data with my second phone. Now I find that the second phone also has to go on the plan. That will cost me twice as much as I’m paying now. Is this a scam?

@Telstra Hi Tom, Have had somewhere between 40-50 calls from our TBC, complaint escalation mngr, their offsider, the installation mngr, & others. All have told me its being expediated and escalated, & to wait patiently. None have been able to deliver a solution unfortunately.

@abcnews Scrambling for food. Scrambling. But Telstra says an "intermittent issue" but landlines and NBN internet had not been impacted. Further most eftpos uses fixed line, wifi and/or mobile data. Sounds if anything like local stores not prepared. Not really a Telstra or govt blame game

An outage yesterday killed my modem/router/whatever the WiFi box is called. @Telstra is sending one in 3-5 working days and boosting my data pack as I have to hotspot off my phone. Optimal outcome so long as the new one works & I don’t stuff it up (highly likely)
