  @TravCharlton @_ClaireConnelly @ING Yep, those are two. The problem in regional Vic now is reception getting worse, even with genuine Telstra. I have been told 3g towers are being shut down and 4g is barely available even in the middle of my little town. 😥

  @officiallyiffyy @CuteNysNys This happened to me about 6 years ago. Neighbours had spotty internet. Telstra came over to work on it. Their internet was restored/fixed and it took 6 weeks for them (Telstra) to come out again and fix mine.

  Well the MyTelstra App is the most useless way of doing something like changing address @Telstra Tried for ages and even the call back function wouldn’t work. Seriously considering getting rid of my last Telstra service They have the worst customer service experience imaginable

  Have you tried to get onto #Optus or #Telstra help through a phone recently? Both are totally hopeless. It seems they hate using phones these days so offer a 30 minute wait to put you off or try to send you to their app. Yet another ‘service’ that should be privatised. #auspol

  @Telstra Thanks Laura it won’t connect. I’ve been on to support last Friday all the way to level 2. Then I was in the store & they tried changing my email address from a bigpond but it seems to be stuck now.

  @Telstra The store escalated the issue then someone called me that didn’t know much & had really bad connection sounded like India by the call quality anyway they never called back after dropping out

  @JosephB68927992 @abcnews The government already pays Telstra for its poor quality, intermittent internet, so just having on, when it's needed, in the classroom, in any outback education situation, is a better use of your tax dollar...don't be worried mate, it's all good 😜
