    @TravCharlton @_ClaireConnelly @ING Yep, those are two. The problem in regional Vic now is reception getting worse, even with genuine Telstra. I have been told 3g towers are being shut down and 4g is barely available even in the middle of my little town. 😥

    @Telstra The staff at the Telstra Shop were incredible, and were able to rectify the issues that have taken over a numbers of weeks. You are lucky to have them… So It seems I was somewhat right, you are going to close down certain channels of Bigpond ? Do shareholders know ?

    I reckon 90% of the time, message I send on my phone, aren't received to who I send it to. My service also seems to be getting worse with @Optus. Still locked in for about 9 months. Will certainly be looking at @Telstra or @VodafoneAU next.

    @JustJenKing @woolworths @Telstra Seriously do they not have the old swipe machines from before EFTPOS existed?? When I worked Big W (owned by woolies too) if the EFTPOS system went down we did everything manually why can't it be done now? It's not hard ffs woolies.

    @Telstra Why do you keep breaking promises? My wife has been trying to get our NBN fixed since last week. She's in tears! Your technicians don't show up for the appointments they book. You sold me the service with a 4G backup connection, but you don't allow me to use it. Why?!

    @Telstra we have been on the phone with telstra support many times and first they said the problem was the modem but the new modem has not fixed the problem, i have missed out on 2 work weeks online due to network issues because of this it has now been ongoing for 2 weeks
