    @telstra WHY can we not speak to an actual person in billing anymore? Forced to use the messaging system for 'efficiency' and having to follow up over and over for more billing overcharge credits I was advised would be applied - Customer Service - NOT! Your system is broken.

    @Telstra Thank you Luke, persistence eventually paid off and my query was answered and resolved. These frustrating delays happen far too frequently regardless whether trying to resolve a billing or service issue, or purchase a new item or service.

    @simonahac @Telstra People in Lockhart pay the same for an @Telstra SIM as you do, but on a good day they get a phone call, maybe a slow static web page load. Fair? Wise? A not-**** government (and telco!) could do so much better, and yes it would make a difference.
