    @Telstra Thank you Luke, persistence eventually paid off and my query was answered and resolved. These frustrating delays happen far too frequently regardless whether trying to resolve a billing or service issue, or purchase a new item or service.

    @telstra WHY can we not speak to an actual person in billing anymore? Forced to use the messaging system for 'efficiency' and having to follow up over and over for more billing overcharge credits I was advised would be applied - Customer Service - NOT! Your system is broken.

    Good to see Telstra still haven't been able to sort their useless coverage out in the CBD. Why am I paying for 5G when 4g can't even send a msg. #Worst

    Been on hold for an hour on phone for @Telstra Technician from Total Microsystems who was here for an hour & checked everything said ring Telstra. Speeds upload & down abysmal here. And can't get NBN.

    @Telstra Thanks Cas. We were never answered after 4 hours and I just gave up and used forums in the end to help fixing it ourselves via the gateway. It really isn’t good customer service when your offshore Telstra customer service team just ignore people though...

    @samanthamaiden That's an oldie. Other one is caller who says NBN has discovered problem with your modem. NBN never deal with public (there are rare exceptions) even Telstra or other retailers don't ring you out of the blue to tell you you have a problem.

    @Telstra Reason this didn’t get fixed is coz @Telstra & @NBN_Australia are too busy pointing fingers at each other. NBN roll out is the worst thing that happened to internet in Aus & Telstra is stuck with that but Telstra also has no issue charging arm & a leg for non existent service.

    @Telstra I know you are only trying to help & I appreciate it but I have tried that too & “text like” msg service never results in a solution nor do I have endless hours in a day to be texting with someone who takes 3 hours to respond. This is service I pay for.

    @Telstra my internet has been down since Saturday. I've been trying to call someone but it seems that you guys are overwhelmed with calls. I need my internet as my wife works from home. How hard is it to be able to speak to someone over there.
