@Telstra Thank you Luke, persistence eventually paid off and my query was answered and resolved. These frustrating delays happen far too frequently regardless whether trying to resolve a billing or service issue, or purchase a new item or service.

@telstra WHY can we not speak to an actual person in billing anymore? Forced to use the messaging system for 'efficiency' and having to follow up over and over for more billing overcharge credits I was advised would be applied - Customer Service - NOT! Your system is broken.

@Telstra I canceled my Home 5G internet service and was told that I would receive an email with a return label. It’s been a week and nothing. What’s the fastest way to get this sorted without dealing with people that don’t know about it?

@Telstra 5642 Kielpa and 5632 Karkoo. Might be more but those are 3 homes ive heard about in last few days. This is not an unusual occurence on EP. Landlines die quite regularly. Old infrastructure. But limited mobile signal so this is a safety issue & must be fixed ASAP

@Telstra Two days with the new ISP and only one small drop out during consistent heavy rain. Great customer service as well. Telstra have much to learn.
