@ParaphenBleats @Telstra I own my iPhone 6 and a half outright. I never lease phones. I also use a 3rd party carrier Innotel, who wholesales Telstra 4G and, unlike Telstra, answers their phone.

@Telstra Complained to Telecom Industry Ombudsman about #Telstra. My complaint reference number is: 2020/11/08755. Telstra must work with you ... Telstra has until 5pm on 7 December 2020 to do this. I haven’t heard from #Telstra. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIEVING #TELSTRA

What ********, I just realised that I paid full price for movie tickets the past weekend when I have accounts with both Telstra and Optus so I could’ve gotten cheaper tickets with Hoyts or Village 🙃🙃🙃

@Telstra Thank you Tori 👏 No, I set my phone down on hold for 1hr35 and eventually got Asma and she removed it I'm now awaiting contact so I can see to it this is not done again to other Australians How many just pay because of time limitations(rhetorical) Thanks though Merry Christmas

Absolutely over Telstra. They clearly don't want to have any personal contact EVER with any of the poor sods who are their clients. They would prefer us all to just deal with their AI. God forbid they should actually have to interact with any of us great unwashed.
