    @telstra 72 hours and counting. Timeframe to receive any info about the issue has gone from 2 hours to 24-48 hours to "a few more days now". Still zero info about why my network is down, and apparently 3-5 business days to speak with anyone else except basic-level support.

    @krunchymoses @Optus I left Telstra many years ago for the same reason. Both as bad as one another in this regard I am afraid

    @Telstra October 14 ask for assistance and cycle starts again. October 29 find no complaints raised so no wonder no support

    @Telstra Massive own goal here @Telstra Memories of ****** service, paying time and time again to get extra phone lines installed, preventing innovation since at least the 1980's i.e. excessively expensive ISDN, publicly funded dark fibre 4 ur massive profit. The list is infinite
