    Ever since the latest update yesterday on the iPhone for the Telstra app it has been running smoothly and loading quickly and no problems. It works better and I was able to get into the app easily without it taking a long time to load.

    @brettg1974 @Optus @Telstra I know the tech support is trying to help. But I bet you're paying full 2022 price for 1990 speeds of Internet. And they offer no financial compensation, because they know you've got no choice. 'Turn it off and on again'. Gee, thanks.

    @telstra are absolute crooks. “Remove” my internet service without any knowledge or consent on my behalf, and despite it working perfectly, and make me place a new order. Then the 4G backup they say will kick in until the new connection is made is so slow it’s totally unusable.

    @deztraction @Apple I didn't buy from Telstra but from Optus (iPhone 13). Apparently phones sold in Asia can have two physical sims. We wanted it so we could have a French number and an Aussie number. Also the Samsung that Peter bought had the same issue.
