@Telstra day 2 with Telstra Technical services, how do they fix your problem, they close your ticket without fixing it, and basically tell you on their app that they don’t care

@Telstra Hi, I cant log into my webmail, It would have to do with new VPN service that I just installed so its getting a different IP address, its asking for Two Step verification, but I don't have that switched on and the contact details email and mobile are old ones i dont use

@Telstra You guys are the best. No progress whatsoever. I haven’t downloaded tiktok yet tho, so there’s still hope. A piece of advice: always have you contact info up to date. Never thought it would be this hard to get my @instagram account back.
