@Telstra You are not a Statutatory Authority you have no right to demand anything from your customers. So I don't want to be a 'customer' give me a payout on the month left on my phone contract after I've been a 'customer' for over 30 years

@tuspecial @smh Except that drivers for private bus companies have been striking because of pay discrepancies since privatisation and Telstra has been god awful since it was sold off.

@liubinskas When I was on Telstra 100Mbps paying $130pm and the pandemic hit, the speed was inconsistent and sometimes under 20Mbps and their support was unreachable. I switched to Aussie 50Mbps for $69pm and speed immediately went to a solid 50Mbps and hasn't changed. They're the new iinet
