    @andy_penn My 85yr old father continues to be without a working telephone. Several calls by family members to 132200 (some hours in duration) have failed to get the fault corrected. Please Sir...HELP. (Dad has also been paying for a 'telstra' phone for years that he hasn't got!

    @Telstra Thanks for getting back Victor but my point is why has no one in an official capacity fronted the media? I understand and appreciate all the answers may not be known yet but no one has even officially acknowledged the problem.

    Beyond Fraser's road on left bank road is cut off.wa 4 WD only but Fraser's road residents got together for a load of blue metal and rebuilt road damage so cars can pass yesterday. Lack of info re roads and food is making it very difficult as result of Telstra. 1/2

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra I'm located NSW 2481 trying to run communications and a marketing business using 3g. Day 4. Zero NBN connectivity. Zero on 4G, overloaded? No 5G signal. 10 minutes ago was the first time I could load Twitter. Zero What's our timeline on connectivity?

    Thanks @Telstra You have successfully F***ed up my Disney+ Account and your support (CHAT) have also wasted half my day to achieve nothing and reset my passwords on webmail that is deleted and still is unaware that it is deleted!!! 😡😡😡
