Only changed as I researched and found cheaper plan for her, you’d think Telstra would have advised but no, of course not! Customer service lady not tolerant/understanding of elderly either til told. She was going to hang up as mum couldn’t hear/understand her! #telstra

@NBN_Australia The letter from Telstra clearly states the best speed to be expected is 13 mbs I have contacted them and as a result led me to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman

@Telstra any plans to un-stuff your 4G network in regional Vic? Nothing ever loads, constant drop outs. Switch 4G off and it works better, but that's not what I'm paying for. Happening to everyone I know on your network, been like this since your 'upgrades' last year.

Please be aware of fake calls saying your Telstra internet service is being terminated. This is a scam. Just hang up on them. It is a automated voice message.

@UbisoftSupport Your Support Section is absolutely useless. Trying to get in touch with a support agent is one of the most tedious things I've ever had to do & I've had to deal with TELSTRA here in Aus for almost 25 years.

Hi @Facebook, my friend's FB account has been hacked along with her Telstra email account. Visiting a Telstra store was able to recover email access. FB account email has been changed so cannot login. How do we contact you for help?
