@Telstra horrible time at a Telstra shop Saturday. Got my GF onto a plan + device upgrading frm existing device didn’t match the storage space. Didn’t know GF device was 256GB and gave us a 128GB. Contract already signed only found out during data xfer. Could not exchange device.

@telstra 20 minutes and counting trying to send a simple phone text to ONE PERSON!!! disgusting. And was told my account will be credited for the 2 devices we can't use properly but yet to see it. And make up your mind whether there's an outage or not. You change your story

@Telstra As can be seen in the video, I am experencing drop outs and abnormally high ping (+5000ms) which results in severe desync and rubberbanding which makes online games entirely unplayable as can be seen in the video. Same issues while in audio calls, high ping/drop outs etc.

Hi @Telstra, recently you advised our mobiles were changing to simpler, cheaper plans. Except we've been receiving "valued customer bonuses" recognising 20+ yrs loyalty. Your call centre says these credits won't carry over. So your new plan will cost us $60/mth. Is this fair?
