@profmiketoole @Fiona_M_Russell I was wondering if a key part of problem with 000 (pre-existing COVID) was death of the good old phone book. Remember when Telstra provided a book with the emergency and help numbers clearly displayed inside the cover? You didn't have to look for where to look for the numbers.

@incendery_lemon Turns out when he used to work for Telstra they had a tonne of old equipment that never got thrown out and he took a few boards when they closed the office down

As someone who calls people everyday for work, often with long messages and content to discuss - can we all acknowledge that Telstra's message detect service is the worst thing to exist in the automated telecommunications world? Thanks

@kellybakermedia @Telstra They have THE worst customer service and processes. I set up any accounts with them via third parties. Much easier to navigate. Hope you can get it sorted soon. xx
