Carrier pigeons sending mobile black spot message to Canberra ahead of federal election. Well no ****, it's a National held electorate, meaning voters there voted for the Coalitions dismemberment of Labors world class NBN and the sell off of Telstra by Howard.

  • Alex_I_88 Alex (@Alex_I_88) reported

@Telstra But like how can I ask for a chargeback of $38? When all my transactions to Telstra would of been $89.99? Can you transfer it to another Telstra customers account? Genuinely never found a company more difficult to deal with!

  • ilCacciatore_72 James Breuer (@ilCacciatore_72) reported

@Telstra No worries. My issue was that after logging out and back in to the app, I don’t get any verification number as the additional auth step. I can still then go to Telstra Plus to order but at check out it says I’m not verified and can’t acquire the item. I’ll try in the morning

  • pollyjhemming Polly Hemming (@pollyjhemming) reported

@pyro_ct Telstra was a bit disingenuous about its concerns there arent enough domestic carbon credits. The issue was likely price that made them go for international credits. This is the article. Itss about Telstra going it alone with a small tree planting project rather than ACCUs.

  • Gieusahaggis1 Gieusahaggis (@Gieusahaggis1) reported

@Telstra must the most incompetent company in Australia. Three times I ordered a new modem via the customer help system. All confirmed and nothing happened. When I raise it again, the ‘team member’ acts like he’s never heard of my request. A complete cowboy outfit.

Hi @Telstra 👋 I recently paid $300 for a SIM and didn’t receive a confirmation email, tracking number, or the SIM. Just the charge on my card 🙃 Spoke to 5-7 customer support agents via chat and was told they couldn’t help and to lodge a dispute with my bank 🙌 please help!

  • BeaumontCarolyn Carolyn Beaumont (@BeaumontCarolyn) reported

@Telstra Telstra incoming emails have not been working for some customers for 2 days. Telstra wants to charge $66 month program for tech support to fix a problem they admit is their fault. This is crazy. Feedback from customers makes no difference. Pls fix now for free.

  • MpPunchy Punchy (@MpPunchy) reported

@Telstra It is a recharge issue that i was told to wait 48hrs for cos it may take that long. It is now not much less than 60 hours and still no resolution just bloody excuses and contradictory answers

  • ArthurKingsto88 Arthur Kingston (@ArthurKingsto88) reported

@Telstra It has to be the correct ID, because it's the ID which gets billed for my internet service. I've only got one ID.
