Our 3rd visit to @Telstra offices today to try and get internet access. Been here over an hour & another 90 minutes to even speak to someone to see if eligible to buy a plan, apparently if you are not employed you are ineligible. Tell me again how markets fix everything?

@Telstra It has been fixed, by technical support. They have advised me that it’s been happening to a lot of Apple users since the latest iOS update

@BMcSport @Telstra I received tech support from Telstra a while back. A stretch calling it that. Useless. They attempted a follow up call to ask how the support was. I ignored it. Same guy called and left voicemails over 100 times in a month. Up to 10 times a day at all times of the night.

@FeathersMcGee Considered that with Telstra. Only got reception from the far corner of my deck. But then I found Optus gets me minimal service out here, off of Telstra's towers. So got a second sim for my phone. Cheaper.
