    Hey @Telstra 3 “experts” with 3 hours of “gold” help, 3 attempts to pay an auto payment YOU screwed up, service still suspended, 3 hours of “oops something went wrong”, a 65 MINUTE PHONE WAIT, 4 people who cannot use services we’ve been paying for for 10 years. Absolute joke.

    @Telstra Hey @Telstra please try calling that number. If you do you will find out that they never answer or if you are really luck they might answer after 40-50min. Hardly accessible is it? Do you have any other ideas (That actually work please?) Thanks

    @Ticketmaster_AU please never do a presale with @telstra again. @Pink tickets became available 4 times for my gf - can't log in to Telstra, have been trying for over 45 minutes.
