@jarvis Idk man. Telstra is a massive company with a lot of power and I gotta imagine they try this crap with a lot of small businesses, trying to make them feel like there's no way out of paying more than owed. Don't give in!!

.@Telstra Different departments clearly do not communicate with each other and people do not read through the chat histories. How can your systems be so bad?

.@Telstra I have spent hours on chat trying to resolve the issue along with calls to the courier company (you told *US* to do that). And even drove to our old address (you also told *US* to do that). Now we have to pay for a replacement modem due to an issue with your records.

@916_stevo Last one was Telstra. They were trying to pin some bullshit on our team and I was hauled into a room and all devices had to be left behind etc. I was told I could agree or could quit. I quit. I stayed in the stupid level security meeting, was exonerated.

2+ weeks, 337 chat support messages, a combined 4.5 hours on the phone for my 80 year-old mum to be able to place outgoing calls. Is posting on social media the only way @Telstra will fix this problem?

@Telstra Hey, we had a power outage and everything went off. Power is back on but the NBN box keeps turning on an off and doing weird flickering lights thing. The Foxtel is also giving us this F106 message. Sort it out thanks, we want to watch the footy sometime today.

The answer is No and for Mum to call up @telstra again on Monday during business hours. I can't imagine the infrastructure and processes required to reliably service 20 million customers across the country. Generally until now the service has been solid.

I’m always amazed by @telstra. Just walked into Apple Store and bought (for work reasons) 4 phones. In and out in 10 minutes. Walked a few shops to an empty Telstra store and was told that to get prepaid sims, I’d need to book an appointment and they couldn’t help. Brilliant!
