I hope guys you will never have an issue with @TelstraAU. I open a ticket trough the customer service more than 20 days ago..and they never call me back. This morning I took the day off work, I’m at the #telstra shop and more 2 than hours waiting…. #telstra your are ridiculous

The @Telstra complaint manager said: "Processing a new Internet bundle under Premium Internet $110/month with Professional Installation fee of $240 to re-activate the service. Once order is completed, we’ll change the temporary landline number back to (my number). Really?

@Telstra Communicate it then - don’t leave ppl hanging for 4 days & don’t send texts about increasing charges or paying bills when there are major service failures affecting many ppl. Have someone OWN the issue rather than BS chat bots or offshore call centre scripts
