    @WilliamChild3 @sallymcmanus Business is too selfish for that. Imagine being the lone advertiser for a service in a major union owned MSM. Others would not let that impact their own business for too long. If Telstra advertises, Optus would be a fool not to as well for instance. No. That is no reason.

    @Telstra the phone number fraudulently setup with my stolen information is still being used. I called on Thursday to cancel this service and my request has clearly been ignored. My next move is to the TIO

    @OrangeFizzer @stufromoz Yeah, no dramas. We actually stopped using NBN at the old place because it was so bad after years of proper cable so we switched to a 4G internet modem. We also have a spare Telstra dongle anyway, it’s just expensive.

    @Telstra.....many thanks for the level of reception in Slacks Creek QLD....IT SHUTS DOWN AT 10AM EVERY DAY ....your system simply overloads and can't handle the traffic....a joke....😠😠😠😠 I have a tower near me and it's laughable that this happens....my prepaid drops out every

    @Telstra Thanks. I appreciate the reply but I am well aware of all the tweaks and fixes. The issue is clearly beyond that, i.e. poor infrastructure (and premium prices).
