    Currently in a @telstra support billing phone loop. Transferred back and forth - this started in Sept. must be close to 8 hours of call times. I’m actually impressed with how bad and non connected they are. It’s like they mash the keyboard instead of adding notes to the acc.

    @boostmobile @Telstra I'm still not connected to my new boost mobile connection after 60hrs. I've spoken to 6 agents who can't tell why the service is not active after 60hrs. Horrible customer service.

    @Telstra In short, I'm having connectivity issues with the iphone 11, I've done all trouble shooting and even got another service in it and still having issues not limited to one city/location.

    @Telstra That's the thing, I've done all trouble shooting steps that I think are reasonable, Even going to apple and reinstalling the OS on the device, I've gone and got another sim card with an active service and im still having the same issues..

    @Telstra Why are all your over the phone/online contact points hard to get anything done via? I've been having severe device issues and I can't get ahold of anyone online via any number and or via online forms even complaints...

    @Telstra 11hours total on web chat when I finally got a competent agent she resolved my issue in 10min so a total of 11hours spent on my mobile to fix the issue..11 hours of my time

    @Telstra buisness line is down, tried to get support over chat and this is the response Call us on 132000 if you have a question about your services...... seriously? If I could call I wouldn't have an issue!!!!
