    Day Three without home internet. @Telstra continues to offer no solution for me. I can’t commit hours to a phone call that leads nowhere. I need a solution. One voicemail and one email since filing with their “complaints”. Quicker to sign on with someone else #goodbyetelstra

    @Telstra It is not an outage problem I never have a mobile signal. I rely on wifi talk. If there is no power I have no landline either!

    Dear @Telstra so much investment done $$ on 24x7 chat and customer service. Yet as a customer I need to pay $135 for a tech visit for the first 30 mins and then $40 for every 15 mins just to investigate a fault! I don't know but you guys just reached a new height of absurdity!

    Disappointed to discover just how much better indoor performance I am getting with a prepaid @amaysimAU SIM than my @telstra account. Only picked up the SIM to test a specific problem but been interesting to discover how consistent the difference is

    @Telstra Hi Telstra In 2022 can I ask how there can be no phone signal at my home in a busy tourist town? You took away my landline with nbn so without power I am cut off! Highlighted by recent fires A Safety issue here!!
