    @redfiveHQ @Telstra It’s not a charity, they didn’t need to give away anything when the phone launched because demand was always going to be high. There’s call for it NOW, because the initial demand has faded. If that sucks, go to another carrier – none of whom offered free accessories at launch.

    @andy_penn And so Telstra has a PR help line manned 24x7x365 based in Australia (because it works) and the help desks are only M-F 9-5am Sydney time! AND DINT FORGET THEY CHARGE MORE than anyone else for this stupidity

    @Qldstew @Telstra Far out! That’s a disgrace. I went to them on a billing issue so it didn’t effect my service so time wasn’t really an issue as much as it is for you, terrible.

    @deeplongstop @Telstra The “web crap loop” seriously how does it ever help! Firstly what is “crowd support”? Is that where u rely on a devoted customer to solve your problems for u? Or is the logic that customers are stupid in th same way in large numbers and so repeat the same mistakes, so will share?

    @AlboMP That’s what the pit outside my house looks like. The NBN installers put my house connection too low in the pit, so it it rains too much it fills up with water and runs down my NBN line. But apparently Telstra have to fix the mistake 🙄

    @Telstra Can’t get support through the website or app. Absolutely terrible. Your service is getting worse. Atrocious. I’ve only got 2 services left with Telstra, it’s time they were closed.

    @FOXTEL_Help I've lost signal on some stations, most notably free-to-air and all movie channels, but have signal on some others. Has an issue been identified that would be causing this? Telstra were working on the footpath today, don't know if that has anything to do with it.
