    That feeling when there's a planned power outage but Telstra doesn't have a backup generator running for a sub-exchange to keep the home phone up and running. 😶

    While @Optus customers have to get hacked to have money taken from their accounts @Telstra just **** up your bills and steal it themselves and refuse to give it back Nice that they cut out the middle man
