@Telstra It doesn't say there is an issue but with multiple businesses unable to use eftpos and hours without service to text, call or access the internet suggests something different. FIX IT TELSTRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Telstra Thanks Brandon and Ethan and the messaging team. Recognise it’s not your fault. Just outrageous Telstra policy that endangers the elderly with no respect. The messaging team have the contacts and the details. I’m not going down another rabbit hole! I’m heading to the Ombudsman.
