    @addict_car A real offender in the stakes for worst car name ever.. Telstar. I wonder however whether local telecoms provider Telstra put shedloads on the road as company sleds with the badging lettering moved around a bit?! If they didn't, they should have!

    @Telstra @RhapsodyPlays Absolutely rubbish internet service, it just does not work at all in general. For multi billion dollar company, they definately have the worst internet of all time. Anyone wanting to use Telstra in any way shape or form I would highly recommend not to.

    @Telstra I have not been a customer for over 6 months and you continue to direct debit me $100 every month. Do you answer the phones yet. Hours on chat. Promises to refund and fix direct debit and still you direct debit me each month

    @Telstra I'm trying to activate a prepaid service, the website is timing out, then trying to call 132200 apparently Telstra doesn't really take incoming calls anymore and directs you to the useless online messaging service, where I wasn't able to get any help after 4 consultants

    Called @Telstra and went through all their options only to be told to download the app and was hung up on. What if the app can’t solve my issue‽

    @Telstra it’s been 2 days and 12 hours and I am still waiting for my sim activation, I was told it will take upto 4 hours? Do we consider Mobile as an essential service specifically in rural areas??? #Telstra

    @OldCroaky @rob_mcknight @Telstra Same here! We had major NBN issues during lockdown and couldn’t speak to a real person to resolve them so we changed providers to fix it! Telstra are the worst fit try to help fix a problem, the auto bot hangs up on you all the time. 👎🏻
