Would like to thank @Telstra for their hard work in resolving a very complex complaint. Whilst it shouldn’t have happened in the first place, nor should it have taken so long to resolve, I do commend Telstra for keeping a customer rather than throwing it into the 2 hard basket.

@Telstra No. I'm in #Sydney Metropolitan. I'm ringing them again, for the 5th time, to make an official complaint. I'm trying to have a life outside of complaining to Telstra about their rubbish coverage. This is the biggest city in #Australia and #Telstra is not able to service it.

@TelstraEnt The most terable and useless service is Telstra NBN and to get support from Telstra you have to wait trogugh the phone sometime 30 minutes very bad service

@tofar1 @Telstra Hmmmm it seems all the payment methods require Internet access, something that sometimes takes weeks to fix in rural areas, with the only way to report the fault.....the internet. The only way to enquire about a credit for not providing service? The internet!

@Telstra Greg, we've been getting the run around with this since at least August last year. Not interested in getting the run around from someone who doesn't have the authority to resolve the issue. My DM's are open. Either someone with that authority contacts me or we go to the #TIO
