@Picketer @Telstra Their automated service is shocking. 5 times it dropped out. Their online interface for ‘help’ is just a nightmare jungle that leads to no resolution.

  • a_df_ adf_ (@a_df_) reported

@Telstra your customer support is horrible. Have not been able to speak with a person for over 1 week now, your automated system is hopeless at responding and cannot speak to a store as I am forwarded to your automated system. Happily switching.

@Picketer @Telstra Had a similar problem a few years back. Went for the nuclear option. Every day they didn’t respond I lodged a new complaint with the ombudsman and then posted about it on their Facebook page. Eventually they paid me $2,000 compo and fixed the problem. Slow learners

@James_On_Film Possibly! Mobile hotspot - and other signals! - were recognised, but not the one that the house uses. Which seems like a wifi problem- but called Telstra, who said nothing was wrong at all

Hi @Telstra I’m trying to move my service to a new address. I’ve been sent the wrong confirmation details and the advice on the IVR is woeful. Can someone please contact me. Thanks, Damian

  • Ian42794001 No One Cares (@Ian42794001) reported

@Telstra @Wil_Anderson Telstra sucked before this Covid started, don't believe what they tell you, let my ABN lapse and it took 2 hours to convert me over to a normal Customer, got told I could swap over when activated my ABN, later that night it took 5 mins to reinstate my ABN, Telstra lied again! FU!

  • FreddoFrog11 Freddo Frog (@FreddoFrog11) reported

@JorJorWell @chrissmithonair You idiots with your anti-vax 5G theories. For all our sake, cut the ****, and get down to your local Telstra shop and get vaccinated.

@Picketer @Telstra With you mate! Over them time and time again..Ombudsman was the go once. Now haven’t been a customer for over 12 months. Still get a monthly credit bill. Just can be bothered going through it all
