    @andy_penn A long time Telstra customer who is losing my mind trying to get a phone that was damaged on arrival replaced. Shuffled from one customer support person to another - promises of fixing issue but then nothing happens. Can you get someone to help?

    Hey @Telstra - whats going on with 4G reception/service in the Engadine (2233) CBD today. Seems to be dropping our devices back to 3g constantly. Can't wait for the 3g network to be decommissioned... what do we do when the 4g network fails then?

    @Telstra Tried that. Also reset network settings after speaking with tech support. There is clearly an issue somewhere. The drop outs are constant and making business suffer.

    @brushbox @Telstra my advice is to go to the TIO - they had every opportunity to fix it. Especially as the NBN rollout is complete. :ducks:

    @Telstra I can’t see the hotmail on Telstra 24. Try to connect watch will this acc accepts password and states acc not linked. Have done this with 3 or more Telstra team with the same results. No one has an answer just the same solution that’s doesn’t work.
