  • dingram Dave "😈1️⃣" Ingram 🌏 (@dingram) reported

@The_MartinL @Telstra No, but I'll look into it. With asset splitting (BCC to QUU etc) it seems to be a blamestorming game for who deals with ankle breakers on footpaths. Fortunately BCC did get @Telstra to fix smashed pits.

  • JustinR93038084 JR (@JustinR93038084) reported

@TelstraEnt There is nothing fast about Telstra. Worst company in Australia. Broadband ranking in the world is 56... embarrasing

  • Batmandingo_ ~ (@Batmandingo_) reported

@andy_penn runs a business with the worst customer service, if @Telstra was a start up right now they wouldn’t last. No help on any form of communication. Customer service representatives who are robotic & can’t understand simple English but are filled with the inability to help.

  • ZodmanPerth Carl Scarlett (@ZodmanPerth) reported

Update: I suspect my modem is faulty. I've been able to change my DNS provider on my modem, but everything on the .so domain can't be reached. I've been on the phone to Telstra who are escalating the issue.

  • clare_no_i10 Clare (@clare_no_i10) reported

Absolutely disgusting @Telstra over 2 days & five hours of chat time as you ‘can’t physically talk to anyone ‘ outage on phone line for two weeks .. no resolution as home security monitoring is now compromised 🤬

  • ClaireConsider Claire Gordon (@ClaireConsider) reported

@chrismclay I have had feedback from friends when I posted on FB... Boost (uses Telstra Network), Belong (also on TN, but 49% owned by Telstra) and Kogan... All seem to be worth looking into.

  • SabreVDM Sabre (@SabreVDM) reported

@Telstra why is the 4G at my house always slowed down between 5 and 10? It’s so slow that it becomes 3G and, because I don’t have home internet, hotspotting becomes *impossible*. Any reason why?

  • itsdanielclark Daniel Clark 🏳️‍🌈 (@itsdanielclark) reported

@Telstra There’s bugger all coverage, been like this for months. It’s impossible to report it to you using your website. It’s an infinite loop. You’re dropping the ball on what used to be a great network. Please fix this and your share price.
