@Telstra Thanks Michelle. I've checked that site before & it says my tower (2453004, Dorrigo Mountain Top) is 3G with 4GX "proposed", (just like every 3G tower). There's a taller tower proposed (which may resolve our blackspot issue) but no date. How do we find out how long it will be?

  • yaakov_h Yaakov - יעקב (@yaakov_h) reported

and now @Telstra can’t even see the details I provided them last night because apparently their system goes all hunter2 and replaced my details with asterisks, so the customer support rep still doesn’t know who I am. WTF 😡

  • pressure__clean highpressurecleansyd (@pressure__clean) reported

@Telstra The only option I have is to go with Optus due to unsatisfactory service

  • yakka0 Yakka Zero (@yakka0) reported

@Telstra Put it this way non working Smart Gen 2 router “support” hours of, reboot the modem, remove & reinsert SIM reset modem over and over expecting a different result, very definition of insanity (as for @Telstra app there is no way in earth time that it is “4x faster messaging”)

  • galaxygoop Hughbastian Bovemorris (@galaxygoop) reported

  • YBartolovic Yvonne 💉🐣 POX, got 🐣 POX & shingles (@YBartolovic) reported

@elonmusk @SpaceXStarlink @SpaceX all good and going. We won’t need telstra **** anymore. Friend can’t even get any coverage an hour out with towers maybe 5-10kms away. 2022 when some thought we’d be the jetsons I can’t call overseas from my phone or converse 2 ppl not far away…

  • fromchriscurnow Chris Curnow (@fromchriscurnow) reported

@Telstra I’m more interested in helping Telstra solve the problem. It seems like it has to be a congestion issue. Speed at midnight last night was 50Mbs. Same at 6am. Down to 1Mbps at 10am. #Anglesea #4g #telstra

  • vk2kmi Kimberly Olsen (@vk2kmi) reported

@Telstra Check your own coverage map. There is no coverage at that address. None. Never was. Nothing to do with an outage.

  • pokerspudda Lee Murphy 💉💉💉 (@pokerspudda) reported

@blakandblack Well this is the party that only paid off debt initially by selling Telstra and instead of banking surpluses in the mining boom gave massive tax cuts creating the problems we have now So there's that #superioreconomicmanagers LOL
