    @VodafoneAU My WIFI at home has problems. This is the 3rd time in less than 6 months. The NBN technician was supposed to come last Thursday, didn't show up. Will be here this Thursday. If you people keep stuffing up,I will switch to @TelstraAU Telstra Australia.

    Called @Telstra to fix the issue. Got cutoff after being on hold for ages and spoke to the international worker who put me on hold, then hung up 😡

    @Telstra Tomorrow afternoon - as a small business owner - having this NBN service that drops out a lot does put me in difficult positions a lot... Is this the norm for the NBN product...?

    @Telstra Thanks Jess - I have done the trouble shooting and when it completed the testing it asked me to contact Telstra - I gave up after being on hold for 4.5hrs

    @Telstra another fail trying to use the chat feature and being fobbed off and told to go into a store for help. Ordered something with points 4 weeks ago and not got it yet. Chat claims they can’t help!!! It’s infuriating how customer service is now

    So @Telstra, 24/7 nbn tech support?? Why do you have a phone number then all you can do is hang up and send me a link? Still no response from my texts yesterday. No broadband, backup not working - resorting to twitter for a response...all whilst I am hearing Telstra ads? Please!

    @IBloodyLuvRugby @Telstra Unhelpful? It’s the worst bloody company to deal with. That stupid text crap, 4 hours on it one time, 1 x 40 minute phone call ans 2 x visits to stores to cancel NBN. Useless

    @Tod_Johnston The entirety of Telstra is a retail outfit. They don't provide any customer service. Dunno why people stay with them, more $$$, less service, same coverage available elsewhere.
