@Telstra How about instead of DM’ing me you get the rest of your company to actually do their jobs and provide the service I pay for? Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever received.. be advised I’m researching options and will be cancelling every Telstra service I have ASAP.

@Telstra Well yeah! You haven't given businesses any other option xcept Velocity which is not considered for business use. So no thought or work around have been put in place for this MASSIVE safety issue leaving us all having to use faulty equipment - as business still needs to run!

@Telstra NBN has been dropping in and out for a week. Some days every hour. Ive had two days that it only dropped out twice. It is a problem on the NBN side. Modem is not the problem.

@Telstra so it’s been two weeks now.. and multiple complaints.. many promises and lots of lies and bullshit from your call centre and bots and STILL my unlimited NBN broadband just disconnects constantly. Why is your service just beyond ****?
