    @kirimae There's only one other phone that I do really like as an alternative to the A52s 5g and that's the Oppo A94 5g, sadly it's only available on the Telstra network.

  • TacticalPhalanx XionApp (@TacticalPhalanx) reported

    @chrismurphys @Telstra It seems that companies like to take our money without fulfilling their agreement with us to actually provide service.

  • PReapar Pyrotiik (@PReapar) reported

    @mrdaniyyel @Telstra Same exact problem

  • PhilSiefert Phil Siefert (@PhilSiefert) reported

    Telstra NBN outage over 5 Days, no resolution, multiple calls then trouble tickets cancelled - why should I stay with bad service from Telstra

  • bajo Bajo (@bajo) reported

    @ad_gunn Yeah I thought this might be the case. I just really hate Telstra so much for a summer They ruined saying they would turn up and never did they after day after day. I don’t wanna think about it I’ll get mad. Okay I’m mad.

  • ninetyfourhobi a⁷ (@ninetyfourhobi) reported

    @NBN_Australia my internet is literally so slow the moment I had to switch from Telstra to NBN. I’m using my 4G instead due to how slow it is

  • DanielMott19 Daniel Mott (@DanielMott19) reported

    @Telstra What is concerning. The fact the public has no trust in your service or delivery or the fact that you charge your clients to have access to 5g.

  • TheBowen1980 Chris Bowen (@TheBowen1980) reported

    @chrismurphys @Telstra I don’t know what modem or router you’re using. However, the Telstra supplied equipment is very poor. So bad that they eventually gave me two months credit towards my plan. They have a fundamental customer service issue.

  • DanielMott19 Daniel Mott (@DanielMott19) reported

    @GrogsGamut Telstra has probably sold our numbers for cash. Can’t deliver service so try and make money where they can. Only provider to charge you for 5G

  • RutegerJones Edward Vukovic (@RutegerJones) reported

    @Telstra Yes. That's the odd thing. When they're at the other end of the house, they work perfectly, it's only when we're down the front and the signal switches to the booster.
