    @NRL Remember when you could stream the game if your were a Telstra customer?! Well they lied to customers renewing their plan . Remember there are other providers out there!!!

    @TranceBrony @buny @elonmusk Yurp. I seriously considered getting fixed 4g at home (no 5g here). Doing the research, I found I'd have to go with network owners directly, not resellers, to lessen my chances of getting shafted during peak times. Telstra is the main provider here, but their data plans are crap!

    Tried again today. 1st rep. Name, acc no, problem please. OK, I will pass you onto a business acc rep 2nd rep. Goes off on a tangent about my home account and Telstra Plus (Telstra Plus is not working btw). Passes me onto an NBN rep

    @Brodhe Honestly I've changed telco's over reception issues. Had constant drop outs with Optus... moved to Telstra and it was perfect (and got 5G). Might be worth a competitor check...

    @abispack @Telstra I had a similar problem today with what should have been a very easy fix, I wanted to change my email address. I walked into the Telstra store at 9 am and told the online "support" to get f***ed at 2 pm. Honestly wtf just happened @telstra
