    @Telstra And PS why exactly have all the dates been removed from my chat? It actually does look like you removed them because you didn't want a record of when you PROMISED you'd give me my NBN, because that would look bad (still looks bad to me).

    Wtf @Telstra making a bed bound disabled person wait THREE MONTHS for a landline and NBN connection when my medical appointments are all online and we regularly lose power in this village so mobiles are unreliable. Seriously dangerous.

    forth between the technical support and billing team. After being transferred a 5th time, the line disconnected without any resolution. This customer service is pathetic. I knew going in, I would have to wait but even for Telstra, this was exceptionally bad. 2/2

    Day 3 of playing text games with @Telstra trying to fix my @NBN_Australia and after asking the same questions they've asked several times about colours of lights on modem she asks me if my fridge and TV has power. ****. Me. Swinging.

    @Telstra I tried the messenger service that you sent me a link to because there is no one available to take small business calls. The chat line now seems completely dead.

    @Telstra_news Yes cause your Indian call centre workers turned my service off after two days because it wasn't meant to be on for 13 days. Telstra good for stealing Aussies money. Take your company to India and ****** stay there.

    @Telstra So my internet has been busted for almost a week by this point, with 5mbs down I don't ask for much but at this point I just can't handle it. Literally the day I get a hardware upgrade my speed dies.
