@AdamFowler_IT In the emergency services, we used Telstra Desktop Messaging. Could import contacts, create groups etc.

@Telstra Nope - Telstra can’t help. No ETA. Just ‘processing’ which is the same status for days now.

@Telstra Now my @Telstra *email access* issue seems to be resolved, I have found this email: "We would love to hear about your experience with us when resolving your recent NBN issue." The level of incompetence is appalling, matched only by Telstra's indifference to its customers.

@Telstra @MrSamPeth I had the exact same issue. Was then told it was fixed about 6 times by different reps - this wasn't the case. I had to re-place an order, only to find out my phone that I pre-ordered is now out of stock and I have to wait who knows how long.

  • MrSamPeth
    Sam Petherbridge (@MrSamPeth) reported

Turns out when @Telstra cancel an order they don't actually cancel it fully which can delay future orders without any proactive communication as to why an order is delayed. No way to get updates without calling a specific team.

Holy ****, Telstra's support has gone to hell 🔥🔥 Didn't mind paying a premium for premium service, but damn. If anybody else had half decent support, and the same coverage in regional Vic, I'd be giving them the flick in a heartbeat.

@AxantCorp @Palamir_ @Telstra Thanks. Just got 875 Mbps. I actually hadn’t checked for a while. Looks like they upgraded the network even more now.
