@Telstra very sad that you no longer care about your customers. Seriously, how can anyone get in touch with you? Your messaging service is a complete joke, and your complaints department do not call back....it’s been two weeks, oh thanks for the txts telling me you would though!

@RonniSalt @25MMCC @Telstra I live in fear of having to call the revolving wheel at an offshore call centre where they are all so polite, but equally unable to solve your problem . Handed from one “colleague “ to another for one hour without result.🤔😢

@SpotlightForYou @MifWhy @Telstra They say they are s premium service, but can't explain what is premium about their service. I asked they couldn't answer. After double bills and an ombudsman complaint later, I left. Saved lots of money and headaches.

@Telstra It was two years ago. It would be some record of non service if I was still trying to get that resolved.

@RonniSalt @Telstra I remember having connectivity issues with Bigpond and, after being asked to do all the basic checks I had already done, I was told that the problem was I didn’t turn my modem off for at least 60 minutes every day to allow the circuits to ‘rest’. I changed providers that day.
