    @kelly_rdc WORSE ! Look at The Robots at Telstra , All Banks, Insurance Companies , the more technology we get the service seems to get worse ! You all know , for this push 1 or 2 etc , my record with the CBA Bank is 42 pushes to tell a real person I was going overseas !

    @Telstra your “Gold Member Support” is a joke! I’ve been chatting to them for four days answering the same questions repeatedly. Phone still don’t work!
