Then when they go back for someone to show them how-nope only sell. No help. Parents trying to be independent, instead taken for a ride

@Telstra made contact with me Today and have offered to refund the @telstra handset charges. I am a little embarrassed as it was $15 per Quarter not Month. Less money but still considerable. Thank you @Telstra and thank you the overwhelming support from everyone.
