    @Telstra Nah - that’s a waste of my time as a customer. I have 8 services with Telstra across houses & businesses. I am better off spending time looking for a new provider. I went to the store to specifically get assistance in person but an empty store didn’t have time for a booking

    @Telstra The new one is not working as well. So I can only suspect that the Telstra box is not receiving the remote signal - and before u ask - I reset the full tealstra box to factory settings yesterday to restart - box works - remotes don’t work and don’t pair

    @JulianBurnside @MrPhillipJHall1 So, so frustrating. Live in Kyneton, Victoria. Service is abysmal. Spent time hanging on phone to register my complaint re no service and repeated drop outs … solution: concession for one year on 2 mobile phones @ $10 each per month. Telstra still ahead!!

    Well that's really disappointing. Daylight savings ended 9 minutes ago and neither Google or the network Telstra have updated the time to reflect this. Why? When does it change @Telstra ? When does the network show the correct time?

    @Telstra if you were a footy side you’d be Wests Tigers. You’ve given me my worst service in my 52 year history today and also just been paid your last monthly amount. Can I suggest you change your mission statement to, “We have 💩 🏠 service.”
