@Telstra Trying to redeem Plus points. It doesn’t work online and according to support it can take “weeks” to resolve and I should consider going to a store to do it. So I do. And they can’t sell me the product in front of me (a HomePod) without photo ID. Why does it have to be so hard?!

@EEnuph Since I switched to Telstra for my mobile phone I’ve been getting phone calls from overseas numbers, at least 3 per day at various times. Telstra advice is to change my number, never had that issue with Vodafone in the 10yrs I was with them. Telstra are useless!

@andy_penn please get me some help to get my 90 year old mothers phone reconnected after @Telstra cut it off by mistake. How hard is this. I would like to speak with either you or someone who can fix this. Or I will put her on the news with her broken phone

@Telstra what a shite company. Cancelled a non contract modem 4 years ago. Kept charging me without me knowing as I thought it was cancelled. Not one bill or email. Now trying to get a loan and a default has appeared. But they can’t help me. Sending back and forth.

Oh my god I feel like an idiot: @Telstra, reducing me to tears again… …and no, these are not ‘happy tears’. No functional wifi for over a week now. So much for ‘2-4 days’. Know what though? Their bill is due tomorrow. I literally pay them to make me cry.

@itsfait I think it also depends on which carrier you're with. I'm with Optus. I have had someone say they are with Telstra and still haven't gotten it. The service provider receives the update from Samsung and then they have to approve it.
