@Telstra Thanks for the reply Luke. I wasn't able to get through. The Telstra fixed network is connected but it's so slow that eg Facebook & Twitter struggle to work at all. Cheers.

@Telstra from them! Not sure where to go from here?? I work in customer service myself and find is shocking that a huge company like Telestra can get away with treating paying customers like they do. Absolutely appalled at how little Telestra care! To say you’ve added stress to

@Telstra Just FYI - I had one Telstra guy up in Brisbane tell me last Dec when I called yet again he 'couldn't help' and that I should just get the police to deal with it. No, it was Telstras responsibility to not misuse personal data.

@Telstra Sunday night had Wi-Fi drop out entirely, since then been running at abysmal speeds. Dropped from 45mb down and 15mb up to 5mb up/down.. this isn't the service I'm paying for.

@JuliaIrwinator @Telstra @Raf_Epstein Customers should expect more and can get more: switch to Aussie Broadband, Australian company with Australian call centres where humans provide good customer service. ( I don't own shares in either company)

@Telstra why is my nbn so slow? How do I fix this ? Is anyone else experiencing super slow Telstra nbn? #ServiceNow

@Telstra Slow customer service is one thing- negligently misusing personal data of private citizens in breach of privacy laws is another thing. Let me know if you want me to upload the sanitised apology letter from Telstra almost 9 months later.

@margmopp It was so frustrating dealing with Manilla all the time before you got transferred back to OZ. When you told customers you will have to call Telstra always told them it may take 3 to 4 hours get anywhere and maybe a week for a solution.
