@Telstra Coffin Bay 4G tonight. Does anyone monitor performance of the network? They need a system like we have on our water meters to make sure it’s working as it should

@Telstra I did the troubleshooting, got a call back, and was told it would be escalated, because it is a network capacity issue. Just like I have been trying to tell you for months. If you had listened to me in the first place, perhaps we could have fixed this by now.

@DocB__ @iiNet Telstra is no different, the call centre employees read from a script and if you interrupt them they start from scratch.

@Telstra how does a long time customer get the new Telstra Smart Modem 3? We seem to have issues with devices that are slow to connect to current one, maybe an upgrade will fix it? Upgraded to faster speed in Nov but devices struggle to load webpages

@Telstra The best I can do right now is explain what happens. I’ll occasionally have 4 bars of 4G, but the network won’t work. I cannot load anything. It’s not just me, everyone in the area experiences this.
