    @Telstra apparently i got charged $40 four times because the site told me it didn't go through so i did it again for 3 times. Few minutes ago I realised I got charged for it and still did not receive my service.

    @madebygoogle Google pixel 6 but also tried on iPad and iPod touch. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No recent network changes. Telstra modem in bridge mode. The network and internet are still functioning fine. Just can't use the home or wifi app to configure my own network.

    @Telstra It’s been 5 weeks and Telstra has still been unable to arrange for an NBN technician to fix our internet issues. Would love to be eligible for a business award if our business survives!

    Is there Customer Service that rivals how bad @Telstra is? Been trying to get a phone unlocked from the @Telstra network for nearly 3 weeks now & cannot even get as much as a phone call back!!

    Had to phone Telstra after Internet got too slow at home, seems an issue with the NBN box, they are sending technician out tomorrow morning, very quick service, person I spoke to today on the phone was very helpful, phone call took one hour not as long as some calls in the past
