@_nickwalt @ProfPCDoherty As for sell-offs and regulation, some like CBA and telstra needed to happen. Energy and Water, was and still are problematic. However, to solve all these issues IMO we need to re-define "Value".

@Optus you have employed the former NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian. After more than 20 years with you guys maybe it’s time for me to switch to Telstra. Her recall is somewhat compromised. This means your service is also compromised!

  • GlennHampson Glenn Hampson (@GlennHampson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@KenCrompton Vodafone are horrible and Telstra are way overpriced

  • stephengentle Stephen Gentle (@stephengentle) reported

@Anthony_Klan @Optus I haven’t used them for years. I’ve heard many bad reports with them on NBN - I went with Aussie Broadband and it’s been excellent. For mobile, Vodafone seems at least as good in metro areas and is cheaper, or if you needed wider coverage you just have to go Telstra…

@ToMyPirateShip @lassie_welsh I was with Telstra for a few years with ADSL and had a few family members with them as well. Being the tech guy in my family I was always on the phone with them constantly sorting **** out. It was so painful.

  • JaiRitter3 Jai Ritter (@JaiRitter3) reported

@ToMyPirateShip @lassie_welsh Been with them for over 20 years as well. It sux because I've always found they have the best deals and customer service. Which I know is a low bar when it comes to telecommunication companies. Telstra being the worst.

  • ToMyPirateShip 🌼Yeh🏴‍☠️Nah🌼 (@ToMyPirateShip) reported

@JaiRitter3 @lassie_welsh I've never had an issue with them at all. I have NBN through Telstra and tbh I've never had an issue with them either

  • meeraatkinson Meera Atkinson (@meeraatkinson) reported

@galtreuter Telstra is super expensive and also have terrible customer service.

  • Lonely_Salad Lonely Salad (@Lonely_Salad) reported

@Lapsed69 @Optus If I was with Optus I would also move away because of this news. I hear Boost are good, and they use the Telstra network. @Optus seriously what the hell are you guys thinking, Gladys has zero integrity. This is not a good look for your business.
