@Telstra your online help to fix issues is utter fkn ****! Instead of outsourcing to countries where English is not spoken & the people there have little understanding of the English language how about you employ people that can speak English Your customer service is disgraceful

@Telstra your service is a joke,just had a technician here for 30min to resolve a issue,he's left and my internet is now worse then it was before,now to sit on the phone for another 30min and unplug all my stuff again and run stupid test again

@Laura_Greaves @Telstra Optus are equally bad! In 4+ month Melb lockdown my sister's entire family had to zoom from home so she tried to up their internet, Optus had a voice recording just saying "we can't take your call." FOR MONTHS. Telco ombudsman complaints up by 700% or s'thing crazy!

@louisadeasey @Telstra @Optus Exactly! I feel so ‘first world problems’ complaining about it, but the fact is we all exist online now and when even the telcos expect you to deal with them via the internet it’s a big bloody problem when you can’t!

@Telstra This is 3 Rd major issue for us last time was 3 weeks out. Not even apologies just lies about a car accident damaging a street device and parts coming from SA Again we were only one in our street without service.

Oh, and while I’m at it, there is another @Telstra customer whose name is almost identical to mine (different middle name). They are FOREVER mixing up our accounts despite me having attempted to clear up the confusion myriad times. GET IT TOGETHER @Telstra FFS! (11/11)
