@margaretthrosby @Telstra Three letters TIO. Open a complaint. It’s the only way I could get NBN and iiNet to sort their miserable act out.

  • veenusau Vee ✨ Victory Venus (@veenusau) reported

IT GETS BETTER. The solution to my problem? Drive an 8hr round trip to my nearest Telstra store because apparently that's what country people do. Thank you SO MUCH @Telstra. Wow. What a solution.

@Telstra @AscentTheGame @XboxGamePass I would but my Series X wasn't sent on 28 July confirmed by Telstra via email. Since then, I've been promised it is in stock and being provisioned then when it doesn't come the next agent says "sorry, no stock, not sure why they said it was". Worst customer service ever!

@Telstra so I have just spent 30 minutes listening an relistening to your telephone bot give me options- none of which can help with a complex problem and none of which include talking to a real person. Is this your service model now Telstra? Not very helpful-

  • TimOverall Tim Overall (@TimOverall) reported

There’s more than enough for people to deal with in our current situation & I want to extend my thanks to @ChrisJTaylorCT, regional GM Telstra, on the rectification of a comms problem for our region. Broadband scheduled to take 9 days to fix has been done immediately.

  • crossyaus Andrew C (@crossyaus) reported

@iiNet - 2 days now without internet. affecting multiple ppl in Canberra and no eta on a fix. Something to do with nbn authentication issues. Someone promised to call me in 24 hours yesterday and then didn’t. Going to move to Telstra

  • SoxAndStocks Ross Sterland (@SoxAndStocks) reported

@AvidCommentator That’s frustrating. We had lots of issues with Optus and Telstra who blamed it all on the infrastructure but once we got Aussie Broadband it all went away. We also went from an inconsistent 90Mb download speed to a consistent 450Mb.
