@Telstra I want just want a proof of purchase my device and telstra online says we can not give you as you got device from store so you have to go store to get receipt. In this covid situation seriously. Plus when we chat in support with you we have to wait for long to get each reply.

@balenzubin @Telstra Yep. Backup is sitting at 0.1Mbps. Am looking around for other ISP's now. Others also offer 4G backup, so hopefully will have better luck. At the very least the support will actually be decent.

I note Andy Penn does a$2.8 billion deal with @Telstra infrastructure once owned by we the people. Money has always been the driver for Penn, once it was in this order Customer The Network coverage Service availability. Never been the case with Penn.
