@Telstra It's a personal account. No, I haven't been able to change my name, despite submitting all the requested documents and repeated sessions with pretty rude and unhelpful support team members. See the screenshot. And I know for a fact I'm not alone: see upthread.

@andy_penn @Telstra Everyone who changes their name has to update literally dozens of government bodies, financial institutions and service providers. Imagine for a second the hell it would be if every one of those organisations treated their stakeholders with such abject disdain!

@FarmerTonyWhite I’ve got Uniden security cameras with Boost mobile SIM cards in them on the cheapest pre paid recharge I could get with 12 month expiry. They run on Telstra network. There is a guy who made remote starts via mobile for water pumps to. I’ll try find details
