I've literally just tried to pay my bill through the MyTelstra app 4 times and it is so slow, @Telstra you'll have to wait until I have more patience to be paid. Wifi or mobile network same issue and happens more often than not.

@Telstra I first told @Telstra about this than 20+ years ago. Was told you’re aware of the black spot – I live a suburb of Melb, nothing remote! – and was told the solution was to pay $1500 for a booster in our roof to get a signal. Probably go back to Optus. No black spot with them.
