@Telstra My NBN service is disconnected without any port out or disconnect request from me. After getting through three levels of support for last 3 hours I have been told I need to get new NBN connection which will take 10 business days to install? This is so disappointing.

@Telstra Thanks Vicky. When we have no data, we can't use the 24/7 app, you know? So its an Optus sim for us. I can't believe when they put a temp service in while works were done on the tower here, that they didn't anticipate the extra load on election night!

@kncdaniels @Telstra Been bouncing between 5G & H+ since yesterday for me & others & it's not me it's the network. Nothing reported well its hard to use online tools with H+ speeds. Time outs are attrocius.

@OzraeliAvi @elonmusk please at least get a communication company going in Australia as @Telstra are hopeless 19 kilometres from town no bloody internet service most of the time yet they charge us the same as people in town we need some one else in Australia
