Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

I'd just think if the issue happens on telstra devices and not those on other networks maybe it's something to discuss with the venue. I know telcos work with venues on capacity boosting infrastructure hence my suggestion ☺

We had no warning. We are paying for both mobile and home internet, yet getting less than half the service. Outage map comes up negative for our area.

Best not to put all our eggs in one basket if nbn HFC and Telstra mobile are both unusable while WFH. 🥵 Fortunate that there's overlapping coverage.
