@jriewolod @Telstra Isn’t one of the main reasons AMP Society is in such trouble is because it charged for services which it did not provide. Telstra cannot do this and I would be seeking help to look as systemic issues. ACCC.

Start of December 2020 Now 28/1/21 @Telstra internet speed is the fantastic and wonderful speed of.... 0.2 Mbps. I've had a technician come here and issue the problem but the other Telstra to fix the pole issue did what they're known best for and that is no showing..again

Is there a worse customer service organisation than @Telstra? Wifi died. Not NBN fault according to Telstra. On-line to Telstra support from mid afternoon. At 7pm agent promises to reply in 30 minutes. 13.5 hours later still waiting. 2 people working from home must have wifi.😡😡
