@xskinn @golly_golledge Yeah I've been getting scam calls from "Telstra". Each time they try a different scare. Folks be alert. If in doubt hang up and call Telstra.

  • Alex_I_88 Alex (@Alex_I_88) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra It improves when I go into the city. It seems to be a signal issue in Brunswick! I would normally say it may be something to do with the walls/building but as Optus works perfectly fine I can’t see that being the issue!

  • john_brockie John Brockie (@john_brockie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra_news @CodeClubAus God help us if Telstra have anything to do with the coding

Sick and tired of ringing @Telstra every afternoon to try and sort out a order problem with @startrack nothing ever gets done despite happily giving me plenty of reference numbers, like that fixes it! #hopeless

  • thycliffoconda ebb (@thycliffoconda) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Maybe if we don’t pay our bills, @Telstra might actually fix their network. Can’t use 4g because it’s trash and god forbid if you try and use the wifi. 🙄

  • RomerJon17 Römer Jonathan | Ansett (@RomerJon17) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I checked my mum's phone the wifi was enabled but not connected else where. I'll check my sisters phone when she comes back because she has a strongest hotspot. If the problem still not resolve, it must be someone in Frankston downloading Chris's files or the cable is corroded.

  • li_dpq ajay che 💉 (@li_dpq) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Glad my issue was resolved so quickly this time round! Thanks @Telstra.

  • lozturner1 Loz! (@lozturner1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • lozturner1 Loz! (@lozturner1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • active8mii Tony (@active8mii) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Anyone else getting calls from supposed Telstra advising because of naughty people corrupting our internet service that we will be cut off for 15 days. Little do they know with 4 girls in the household I’ll be better off. Ohhh if only it was true. Seriously though be careful.

  • Alex_I_88 Alex (@Alex_I_88) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Exchange and that lazy NBN techs " borrow" my good pair when they can't be arsed looking for another and i get a crappy pair on it's place. The fibre spur from Wodonga runs down my driveway and on to the East Coast I have been shown the tap in point in my neighbours paddock

  • LordPhantom Mathew Taylor (@LordPhantom) reported

Don't tell the @Telstra phone system you want to cancel a service. They leave you on hold forever if you do.

  • PauloRamosIT Paulo Ramos (@PauloRamosIT) reported

@CommBank @alital1981 This is what CBA says every time "high volume of calls" - a bank that makes billions of dollars and can't have enough telephone staff to take calls. Terrible service, probably worst than Centrelink and Telstra call centres. I feel sorry for the call centre staff.

  • rotechtwter Rotech (@rotechtwter) reported

@Ravers telstra here in australia sucks either way lmao, btw unlucky :(
