    @Telstra Thanks Ollie, so the house had been renovated and the phone access point is in the laundry unused and unneeded. Our cable modem had been in our line room for 8 years. Im unsure why there is no support in moving the access point as without this being moved we can't hook up devices

    @Telstra Yes. I’d be good for ppl to know what to do. I.e. ask to have your customer account details confirmed back to you before engaging and other rules to confirm the call is authentic.

    The way @Telstra can just do tjis really shits me. Hi from Telstra. NBN Co are performing network updates in Camberwell on 21 September 2020. Your home internet service will be interrupted between 12:00AM - 6:00AM for up to 6hrs.

    @Telstra Just fix the phone line when you people say you will. Can't keep calling your disrespectful and inadequate call centres. 2+ hrs then hung up. After your refusal to fix the phone line.

    @Minus777 @Razzam963 @Telstra I'm still waiting for them to contact me about my final bill and my complaint so I can get a reference number to refer my case to the ombudsmen. And I completely agree. However my case goes alot deeper than useless bots. The company itself is a scam

    Last word on @Telstra. Problem still not fixed, or even addressed. But just got sent an automatic message asking me to rate the quality service I had received. The scale was only 1-5. Minus scores not allowed. #backtowork

    @Telstra Hi Sven, The area is Blue **** and Lillian Rock and Wadeville I the Northern Rivers of NSW. Outage started Friday Jan 14th. Residents were initially told that it would be fixed by the 25th, then informed on 26th that the fix day would be 31st, then aprtly now the date is 3rd Feb
