@mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@Telstra Hi Tom, I tried all of this with the person on the @Telstra message service. After 3 hours the outcome, no outcome. It was left u resolved.

Just thinking out loud here no hate comments please… But I have noticed that Telstra have added the #LetsVaxx to the service provider section on your mobile section without permission I would think anti-vaxx people would find this offensive . Selectable only option in settings??

Hi @telstra today I had a technical issue with my new internet service provider, @Aussie_BB & astonishingly I quickly got a competent human on the phone who solved my problem. Makes me SO happy I switched away from Telstra & your abysmal customer service. Good riddance to you.

@TroySchuster @newscomauHQ Calm the **** down champ. Telstra aren't forcing anybody to anything. They are encouraging peeps to get vaccinated during a world wide fecking pandemic. If you see this as some kind of infringement of your rights, then maybe take a minute, think it over, and realise it's not.

@Telstra Well Greg (or are you a bot?) - there IS an outage as confirmed by your own operator! - pls refer to the fault reference in the DM. Customers want honesty not call-centre, bot BS & bills for non-existent service. My advice still stands: Don’t use Telstra they’re too unreliable!

@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return
