Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@Optus How can anyone run a business without a phone system. We are so over having these issues with you #optus so we will be calling @Telstra to check out their business plans #verypoorservices #disappointed

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra Multiple people don't experience the same problems for years were not stupid, I'm not expecting you to have an answer but acting like you know everything about how coverage works isn't fair either

  • aFaeryHasNoName a_girl_has_no_name (@aFaeryHasNoName) reported

@Telstra Right. It’s been going on for months! Many phone calls, mistakes, wrong gear, our numbers accidentally disconnected, our main biz numbers changed to random numbers. It’s been an absolute **** show! But ya, all it took was a technician for 1 hr to sort the issue. Good work.👍🏻

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra As mentioned nobody is gonna pay telstra to test this theory it shouldn't be the customers job to fix a telstra problem

  • MikeAinOz Mike Allen (@MikeAinOz) reported

@KratosBi They all share the same connection, so I went from the iiNet to Telstra, the parent service provider, to fix the phone. Then I had an NBN issue and COVID came along and Telstra literally couldn't answer the phone, so I switched to Aussie Broadband NBN. Modern life 😎👍

  • tony_bigman 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘽𝙄𝙂𝙈𝘼𝙉 𝙊𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙊𝙉 © (@tony_bigman) reported

@kelliejane @Telstra Same boat... Never had a problem online when needed as well. 👍

  • Damo31407306 Damo (@Damo31407306) reported

Hey Mr @Telstra Customer support guy how are you going

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra I also add its intentionally difficult to get though to someone who takes issues seriously and wants to help all they do is suggest I spend money to fix the issue myself

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra I could use sarcasm here but that's the issue from how this all started if you read throughout everything, I've been told that I need to pay for an antenna to boast my signal, this shouldn’t be my job this should be free service as an incentive to stay with telstra

  • NotMoBTW NotMoBTW (@NotMoBTW) reported
