    Telstra: Use Direct Debit, it's much easier 1st month: They take $59 less than the bill T: Your account is overdue! You owe us $59! Me: Manually pay the extra $59 3rd month: They take $59 less than the bill T: Your account is overdue! You owe us $59! Me: Cancel @Telstra DD.

    @mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

    @Telstra Right. It’s been going on for months! Many phone calls, mistakes, wrong gear, our numbers accidentally disconnected, our main biz numbers changed to random numbers. It’s been an absolute **** show! But ya, all it took was a technician for 1 hr to sort the issue. Good work.👍🏻

    @Telstra As mentioned nobody is gonna pay telstra to test this theory it shouldn't be the customers job to fix a telstra problem

    @KratosBi They all share the same connection, so I went from the iiNet to Telstra, the parent service provider, to fix the phone. Then I had an NBN issue and COVID came along and Telstra literally couldn't answer the phone, so I switched to Aussie Broadband NBN. Modern life 😎👍

    @Telstra I also add its intentionally difficult to get though to someone who takes issues seriously and wants to help all they do is suggest I spend money to fix the issue myself

    @Telstra I could use sarcasm here but that's the issue from how this all started if you read throughout everything, I've been told that I need to pay for an antenna to boast my signal, this shouldn’t be my job this should be free service as an incentive to stay with telstra
