    @Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

    @MrDTJames @Telstra Maybe always was. Btw I went to the telecommunications ombudsman last year, after about 6 months of trying to get them to connect me to NBN (the problem was with Telstra not NBN). It really works

    @MrDTJames @Telstra It was garbage before the pandemic. They just cemented there ineptitude during. They made my life a nightmare for 3 months while trying to return some AirPods.

    @Telstra I did get a response finally, it was regarding an outage of mobile service in my area. However there is no ETA on when this ‘planned maintenance’ will be corrected

    @Telstra I keep getting emailed to return a device, even though I never requested one. Latest email is threatening to charge me for a phone I didn’t ask for. Can you help?

    @Sensis @Whitepages_au @Telstra FINALLY got hold of someone at WhitePages re: bills for non-existent number. It turns out that instead of suppression of details, these clowns have been listing a number (not sure which - used to have 2 lines) since 2016. WTF

    @MrDTJames @Telstra I promised myself I wouldn't use them again but living out of town they are the only viable mobile network. Geographically bound to a monopoly.

    @Telstra I got through to customer support and was sent a new modem. That made no difference. I’m meant to working from home but the nbn has made this so hard. My old cable connection was way better!

    Helped an elderly couple in town yesterday. They had been scammed by an arsehole who sent them a Telstra letter headed notice that they had been hacked & he would help them secure their computer. He got a 5 figure sum out of them. Horrible to see how distraught they were.
