    @Telstra how can we arrange a new plan with Telstra TV instead of foxtel and you give us the plan then you cut off our @foxtel and then don’t have our new plan or any paperwork for it. I’ve had enough. Absolute disgraceful customer service, been on text to talk for 3 hours.

    Hi @Telstra I'm in need to upgrade my phone and interested in the Samsung Fold. Due to restrictions, I can't get a look or feel of the phone. What do you suggest ?? I don't want to take risk in signing up a new phone and won't like it. Pls help
