    My morning so far: 6 hours to connect with @Telstra to report an internet outage. My hair is now thinner after tearing it out. After finally talking to a human, have to wait another 24-48hrs for an expert. Should I switch to optus or are they just as bad?😭😭🤬😡😭

    .@Telstra every night around 10:30-12 i’ve been experiencing constant 40-70 ping in creative and due to this i have been losing some tokens this doesn’t normally happen but would be great if you could tell me if this is an issue on your part?
