@NBN_Australia Is NBN liable for creating a 40x speed disparity between the customers it offers service to? This is a discrimination of service than the Telstra days.

@Telstra I would like an explanation from Telstra why after over 48 hours we still have no internet. Surely there is someone there that is responsible for your customer service like Alexandra Badenoch.

@Telstra my iPhone order has been dispatched and returned twice due to the delivery address missing my unit number. I have updated this online and via customer service who assured me it was re-sent to the correct address but StarTrack confirmed unit number still missing. Pls help

@Telstra Apparently you have escalated this issue. I just want some accountability. Why do I not have a service for over 7 days now? Why did you not advise that you you were disabling the service to to maintenance? How can I run my business in the meantime? This is plain unacceptable.

@Telstra I think I do need help. The help line was useless, the poor guy didn’t know what he was doing. The chat said there is an issue with the order and I may have to wait 5 business days for it to resolve!

@Telstra would you please explain why you chopped off mobile broadband with no prior notice. It has been over 7 days now, and still no service. I pay for a service, not a useless device that sits on my desk taking up space. When are you going to rectify this issue please?
