@Telstra Thanks Evie, after weeks of trying finally got it sorted, but Telstra needs to stop using recorded voices on 132200 that hang up on people. Also, remove the cordons and security guards from the front of your stores.

@Telstra I gave up after checking for three weeks away. Also, I have been told on the phone and in person that they don’t take bookings. Try ringing as a customer and check yourself.

@Telstra Yeah that’s what I have been assuming. But it simply does not work. I just went to a Telstra store. They believe the issue may be that my billing account is not correctly associated to my Telstra ID. I’ll call support now and try this Avenue. Thanks again Ash.

@Telstra This situation is a result of moving all your contact centres off-shore. You local staff are overrun and your brand is bring damaged. No one recommends you on the Facebook page for my community of three suburbs near Indooroopilly. The problems are real and customers are noticing.

@Telstra The elderly are not often on Twitter or on line. They can’t get through on the phone. They can’t get into your stores. Telstra needs to take this valid criticism on board. I have been with you a long time and I am shocked by how bad the service is now. Start with Indooroopilly.

@telstra - I'm trying to change my direct debit credit card, but 1. the link on your site throws a 404 error, and; 2. phone support sends me a link, which gets me back to point 1. How can I talk to a human or get a link that works?
