@KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

@RandaltsRandal @Telstra Telstra are providing NO customer service currently. They say they are prioritising. Not sure how when they don't speak to their customers. A communication company that doesn't communicate- what a joke!!!

Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

@Telstra I love this video @Telstra but I hate yr guts. After having a bigpond email account for about 10 years, for 2 months you wouldn't help me get my bigpond email to work properly. It now sits in my account unused. I have a perfectly functioning #gmail account now #LoveUMarkHumphries

My wife is trying to connect to @telstra to report her mother’s faulty landline📞. After 27 hoops, forward rolls, backflips they are now testing OUR line. This whole ludicrous process is surely designed to make people hang up in frustration. 2 hours on hold last night no response

@Schoto @Telstra My late mum joined the PMG at age 16. She retired from Telecom -Telstra after 47 yrs. I have her service medal still. I think I’ll bin it. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. My 80yo mother in law is now thinking about driving from Beaudesert to Jimboomba to sort this out at Telstra shop

@Telstra @Telstra couldn’t even deliver the modem to the correct address. We had to chase up with StarTrack & they infrmd us that Telstra didn’t put the Unit numbr on the package. We had to reach back and inform @Telstra abt the error at thr end. Customr servc at its worst

@72Hallam Post on FB and Twitter. I got better (some) response than 16 hours (really) on the phone to them. Did you know you can't call them now? Great job of zero customer service @Telstra Its the ombudsman for me next, along with about 50 other families in my area.

@72Hallam Five months asking Telstra to fix their part of NBN to be connected then discovered wrong modem spoke to different people most days for months technician came said its fixed wasn’t blew a gasket another technician said they all had no idea fixed at last.
