@Telstra Had the worst experience with my house move with you. One shambles after another. Finally sorted broadband after a month and tonight you’ve managed to mess up my Foxtel services. Now I find I can’t get support til tomorrow morning. Fantastic. 😡😤

I am not complaining, I use to own a Telstra pocket message service, they they defunct that, because of mobile smart phone, it was slightly expensive, I need that other alternatives during outages. (word corrected)

@Telstra I been paying for my internet for 18 months and it has never worked and when it does it’s very slow and has interfered with my business. I have called about the problem several times. Now all I get is would you like to disconnect.

Ooo boy it sure is great when our NBN constantly drops out every night and then recently just never comes back, so we rely on the backup 4G mobile data built in to our modem only for Telstra to dock our speed for using our 4G too much 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

Asked for escalation and a case manager and got money off bill, then $20 a month off bill for 2 years and speed pretty well consistently 50 - 70 . With Telstra . Because of shitty fibre to the node can never get 100

@Telstra I LOVE my internet connection, why is your “4G” back up sim so shit. You cannot use the internet at the speeds and bandwidth it gives you. I have had a month of only using the sim cause I’m waiting for a @NBN_Australia technician to install the nbn at my location.
