To this day, as soon as I hear Chopin's Op.34 No.2, I think of holding on Telstra's call waiting system 20 years ago. All about saving 16¢ Gen Z etc will never understand how this has ruined it for me

@Telstra Called help a d that too 25 mins just to get by the first guy who wouldn’t confirm me with anything but my account number. Painful. Now waiting to be transferred to someone on the NBN connections team. Is this what service has become with Telstra?

@sj_bowden Telstra was coming around sometime between 8am and 8pm to fix the NBN connection, so you know, didn’t want to miss that.

@Telstra Jo, it’s been over 60 hours since it was activated. I have spoken with the live chat team three separate times and they continually do not solve the problem and try the same thing that the previous agent tried. Can you help or do I need to escalate my case to upper management?

@Telstra Hi, that’s strange. It definitely has no signal between Cherrybrook, (I think I have signal at the cherrybrook station) up until Norwest where I get off and then I get signal again

Back then Telstra took the view that if you were using a modem you were doing something they didn't support on a phone line and you were on your own if it didn't work. So they were singularly uninterested in helping me with my line noise issue. (6/20)

@Telstra No it is not. The Hawkesbury is dead in the water all weekend. This is tragic that I get a response from u and not ur robot who keeps sending me to the web site which doesn’t work due to no service! I’m not paying the Bill u send for **** service. Contact me asap

@MisterSalesman used to have a land line...then a land line and a cell phone and then now land line is gone and just have cell phone and never looked back...and landline was monopolised by Telstra and they knew it.
