    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

    @Telstra No I’m not because it has happened every night for the last week. Also your outages page says nil issues in Baulkham hills at the moment, what’s the point of the page if it’s never right.

    @cherrypieit @Telstra You should have a plastic fridge magnet with that information on That's just for the wifi If you are plugged into WAN (wide area network) your modem doesn't care I'm using my telstra modem with another ISP did not have to change anything

    Dear @Telstra I have been having service interruptions consistently for the last few months now, mostly either Friday or Saturday evenings. Service is deteriorating and we pay to $$ for it. Neighbours are with TPG with 0 outages. Time to shop around I think.

    @Telstra Done that numerous times before, your service keeps dropping out and is unreliable for a high cost, very frustrating. But there’s nothing anyone can do just sit here and wait for it to eventually come back up.

    @Telstra what’s going on in Baulkham Hills? Outage page says no issues but my Cable Internet is dead for about an hour.

    @Telstra bigpond internet down again tonight in Baulkham hills, why does this happen every night now at the same time. Rubbish service and a minimum hour on the chat help to get anywhere .

    @Telstra I don't think so. This is something @tim_cook and his @AppleMusic are going to need to fix within the software. It's been 2 months and lots of people have been having these data issues

    @Telstra We have spoken to Telstra on many occasions and have been advised there is nothing you can do on your end because it’s the NBN cable and therefore an NBN issue and we are not able to contact the NBN team direct. I will get the ticket numbers thank you
