@macsween_prue @Telstra Agreed Telstra is the worst and most hated company in Australia. Unfortunately if we travel (or used to) we are stuck with it. I truly hate that they do not employ Australians in their call centres.

@owgreally @MSMWatchdog2013 If you have shares then Telstra or whoever will have to pay dividends if franking credits are removed. The companies can't NOT pay their share holders. The whole industry from the New York Stock Exchange down would crash and mattress sales would increase.

Hey @Telstra Again, 4G mobile service to Mallacoota is down to 3G & intermittently NO service. This happens every year over the Xmas & Easter school hols. 1,100 permanent residents and 6000-8000 visitors can’t contact Telstra staff about this by phone/website. #TelstraDoesntCare

@Telstra @Telstra maybe get someone to update the canned text to actually reflect the call centre hours that online support sent “I will suggest giving them a call so that they can have the appointment checked for you. Their number is 1800 870 575. They are open from 8 AM to 8 PM AEST.”

@sokitomi You shouldn’t be having to use adsl (Telstra copper) anymore unless you want to. I’m not sure how big your business is, but would recommend you get someone to talk to the regional tech hub. It’s a free independent service run by the @NationalFarmers.

@theprojecttv The problem here is not the bank.. it’s the mobile service provider.. they can easily stop the spoofing of the message thread, they (Telstra) have defused for years .. and worse it’s *simple* to stop!

@Telstra have you been playing with the mobile coverage on the T4 between Cronulla and Central - it’s progressing to get worst and especially in the tunnels from Redfern you can even get out. :( please fix it!

@NBN_Australia NBN is a literal joke, I gotta call telstra report a fault, then they gotta confirm its a NBN issue then THEY gotta contact NBN cause apparently I cannot, to then only have NBN do some test on their end and say everything is fine when im dcing EVERY NIGHT !!!

I love when Telstra blames your gaming pc and things like that rather than admitting they are too lazy to fix the copper because it gets flooded in the rain
