@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@meghowe68 @Telstra Incredibly poor service isn't it. I found (after hours of wasted time) you can access your email by running date search as the download keeps timing out. Is slow but if someone is urgently waiting on an email it brings that days up. I only went back the past 3 days & it worked.

@TheRealHoarse @RonniSalt I wonder how Starlink will survive. I rely on this satellite web service, living in a largely defective NBN regional Victoria. Starlink had brought me high speed internet and reliability, which has been a game changer in a Telstra owned small town
