I was added as a contact for things like this only to have it taken away with 0 notice and was unable to be given ANY notice of why the service i pay for ISNT given to me.

Only thing Telstra could do was get me to reboot it and try another powerpoint. They'll "monitor it" over 24h. I already know there's a hard fault in the Node or pillar. FFS #NBN
