@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@HYP3RSTRIKE @Optus No surprise this tactic was used, It's something even @Telstra is doing to get people onto the automatic billing stuff, And its to help stop people getting phones from AU and bugging out to where ever internationally and keeping the device.

@SofiaJamesMelb Don’t hold your breath the ombudsman is a toothless tiger. Complained about everything with Telstra and they did nothing. Problems with internet connections, data plans for 2x iPads, landlines but the ombudsman did nothing. Hope you get somewhere though.
