@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

Thanks NBN, @TurnbullMalcolm, Optus, Telstra for the absolutely crap internet. Non-existent at night. (Meanwhile neither @NBN_Australia nor @iinet have got the satellite working (but it's a crap option anyway) – sad that that's the laughable excuse for NBN.

Moved to a small country town in Central NSW. @NBN_Australia hasn't brought fibre to the development on the outskirts of the town. Neither @optus nor @telstra has provided fixed wireless. Satellite not working yet. Only option 4G broadband - drops away completely at night.

@joshthelad3 @Telstra Allow me. No internet for 2 days. Then, now “fixed”, speed now less than 1mbps! No humans, only machines for kafkaesque “virtual chat”. For $70/month. Utterly useless customer service. Telstra, you are now beyond hope. Beware, everyone! How much does Andy Penn get? Hello, TPG.

@YourBoyShane17 My interactions with Telstra have almost without exception made root canal work seem attractive in comparison. You could not deliberately design a system to be less responsive to customer needs. Kafka had nothing on Telstra.

@Optus @NBN_Australia @Telstra Been through all of that with Optus before. Same problem with Telstra. You guys just have not supplied sufficient bandwidth & coverage for people on the edge of town. Great mistake thinking I could run my business west of the Blue Mountains.
