@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

The CEO of Optus was surprising to me, but then again, not. I stupidly changed to Optus about 4 yrs ago.Had nothing but trouble! Drunk & drugged franchise staff! Hopeless net coverage etc. Changed back to Telstra few mths ago. CEO seems very young & TOTALLY out of her depth!

@stevosplace01 @moatybuns @cameronwilson I was with Optus for 15 or do years as well. Moved over to Telstra when Gladys took up employment. Still didn’t protect my details from being hacked. Unsure why they needed to hang onto old customers details.
