@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

If anyone remembers my debacle with @Telstra recently trying to get an eSim activated.. I spent days on hold/in chats etc and noone seemed to be able to find the eSim that was delivered, and it never worked.. Until today the ipad magically connected to the internet. So bizarre.
