    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    Hooray, it's raining again. I love the rain, but it means I can't do my job for the next week due to the internet being down. Telstra, the company that owns a monopoly on infrastructure here, has failed to weatherproof the node near me. Anyone else had the same experience?

    @BazzaCC NRMA: worst value for money. They're like Telstra in that they trade on their name, not their ability. We had our house flood a few years back when the fridge plumbing gave way. Youi - who aren't everyone's cup of tea - sorted everything with a minimum of fuss.

    @DavosChris @Asher_Wolf @TurnbullMalcolm You may remember they upgraded the network to ADSL2+ but only released services when a competitor installed competing DSLAM hardware. In addition to them fighting access to competitors. So privatised Telstra is part of the problem of where we are now.

    @Telstra I thought you guys were blocking scam calls on the network but recently I’ve been getting quite a few in my mobile service? Can I report them to Telstra?

    @RedFiddler Re pre-paid phone, work out first what coverage you need. If you’re often in rural and remote areas you may have little choice but Telstra. I was happily on 3G Virgin (Optus network) until I moved to where only service is 4G Telstra. I hear good reports of Aldi (Optus n’work).
