@mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@Telstra There are no service interruptions or faults, we have had technicians come out saying its a problem with Telstra not our home, we have had this terrible service and ongoing issue for many years now always wasting hours on the phone with calling running us around in circles

@davey0511 @Telstra Also, they have mobile units they roll on when their bandwidth can’t cope. They advertise this at holiday time in Northern NSW.. not that it addresses the problem ever. They also charge a huge premium to regional users because everyone knows Optus and vodaphone don’t cover

@JustJenKing @woolworths @Telstra It will take as long as it takes .. it's technology., People have to stop expecting everything to be done immediately for them. It's ridiculous. Telstra will have staff working 24x7, many probably impacted by the floods themselves to get the service restored.
