    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    Absolute gold customer service Telstra! *sarcasm font* A 17 year customer rings up to ask if they can get the same deal as a new customer which was offered the day after they signed up for a new NBN connection. Best they can do is a 6 month discount on the same plan. 1/

    @Telstra Two shops plus the retail store where I purchased my Samsung watch told me it’s easy to set up a Telstra One account. Now I’ve bought it and can’t set it up. No support available on phone. 2 hour line at Miranda Telstra

    switched to @Telstra yesterday and already regretting. Phone wouldn't switch over for more than 48 hours, then it worked for a few hours, now sim is again "not registered on the network". Can not get any tech help, not via 24x7 and not via phone. Can not create ID. Stuck. Help!!
