    @BazzaCC @Telstra Same thing here. Not only lost nearly all signal,now missing work jobs,,,,because calls and emails not coming through( get allocations on daily basis). In the same period,increased my contract. Also convinced my elderly neighbour same bullshit and deal with NBN.BLOODY SCAM

    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

The Australian Competition Consumer Commission ACCC can also assist with unfair contacts that over promise and under deliver on contractual agreements. 1800 700 600

    @mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    After weeks and weeks of NBN and Telstra denying my issue was their problem the NBN dude finally decided to show up today. (6th time lucky) Final score card is: NBN box: faulty Telstra box: faulty Both companies guilty. Sort your **** out.

    @sunnysandeel Agreed on the pixel part. I got one of my pixels replaced under insurance and Telstra replaced it with a Samsung, and it was AWFUL. Camera, bloatware etc! Even checked with another friends Samsung to see if it was just my device. Nup, same ****! Sold the thing and bought new pixe

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia 18 months of consistently poor service & I finally lodge a complaint w the TIO. Within a couple of hrs Telstra emails how suddenly important it is to ‘resolve my issue’…arrange a callback in 2hrs…guess who doesn’t call?? Absolute Dogshit…

    @Telstra I can't do that, because the account is under my mother's name. It's her account. She had me as a person authorised but my privileges had "expired". I've been told I have to be present at a telstra store to add my name again, and the store closest to me has closed down.

    @JasnTru Yes, Big Pond was owned by Telstra, the recently privatised telco. They had a huge marketing head start. I never used them but a lot of people back then got their first email through Big Pond.
