@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@bluewavedream Do you know starlinks plan for connecting towns to the sat - fibre connection between the houses and a satellite base station with a dedicated satellite. So just connect it to the local Telstra exchange which already has fibre and the town gets much better service than starlink

@Telstra It’s not been a short term outage issue. It’s been a problem for an extended period of time. I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

@KendallJenner Optus struggles to cover here too. It isn't as bad as Vodafone, but it doesn't seem to have any better signal than Telstra & they're like double the price. It's in the small hours of the morning when signal drops. One NBN fibre connection between 150 struggles.

@Telstra I lodged a complaint re mobile service in Middle Head Mosman 2088. Told it was being worked on estimated completion monday 8th. We still can’t use our Telstra mobile phones without 10 dropouts a call with awful service. Advised when it will be rectified please.

@Telstra Both. One bar signal and the issue is known in the area with Telstra users - suburb is Malvern SA 5061. Staggering to me that we are in an area like this and we have such poor coverage
