@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@Telstra Just got the issue sorted... A full 24 hours later. To remove a bogus charge caused by a @telstra "mistake" and terminate my accounts took 24 hours of pushing and asking over and over again. Take note @Telstra if you want a customer to possibly return in the future DON'T DO THIS
