@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

Monday 21 March 2022 Hope Island Resort Bodies Corporate Internet network customers. There was a fibre breakage this morning on the Telstra fibre between HIR and Southport. That was fixed. Download speeds are OK but upload speeds are severely restricted. Telstra is on it.

@Telstra Great, @telstra, when are you coming to the rural area around Pearcedale, Victoria. Our internet is terrible with a lousy fixed wireless or a broken down ADSL, and we are less than 50km from the Melbourne GPO.
