@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra I get 6-8 “spam” calls a day, all from Telstra! Im guessing they related to a business I worked for over a year ago. I rang and asked for my number to be removed but your staff can’t do it because they don’t have authority. How crazy is that? Can you help me?

@agentsmart My only problem is there’s no reception in my estate. Telstra has best coverage and I still need wifi calling and my phone still doesn’t ring half the time 😒 The voda sim I had at one stage for a work phone didn’t work at all so had to use my personal phone for work.

@coalisdead If you’re in NZ could be complicating it. But if Telstra customer, I assume they’re providing U with $5, maybe $10 now, a day service in NZ? If so, should work like here. Note: U might not want Mobile Data Roaming On if O/S? Not like the past though when could get hit with 💰 Ac.

@liminalneon @FFXIV_NEWS_EN Ran a bunch of tests from the routers of a few different ISPs. AussieBB is getting a connection from most routers around the country. Telstra, can only test from sydney, 100% fail(final hop 203.27.189.222), works from their singapore router. TPG Fails, manages to get into NTT

@xglossd I went with Optus for this reason. @Telstra are garbage. Even though Optus has slightly worse coverage I don’t care when I get more data and pay 2/3 the price each month. I’ll look again when it’s time to renew my contract later this year.

@b_leeder @Globalbiosec It’s also why my doctors appointment got cancelled because the doctor was sick & no cover. Why the Telstra shop was closed - staffing issues. It’s why I’m unable to work because I’m caring for a kid with long covid who can’t get through a day at school. The hidden pandemic.

@Telstra They just got back to me 55 minutes later to tell me the bill number seems to be for my account but they can't find the bill. This is the 2nd time (out of 3) in the last month that support has been absolutely ******* useless.

@miriamcosic It's their main job! I remember having so much trouble getting the phone on with Telstra a couple of times when relocating before NBN. It was their bread and butter!
