    @abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @Telstra @curatethedata How can people know what plan is right for them if Telstra cannot provide a measure of what data is being used? I'm on 'unlimited' HFC but I want to KNOW what data I ACTUALLY use. Your app & web page don't tell me & don't allow even an email enquiry! Terrible customer support. 😡

    @journalistagen1 @NRL @Telstra A minefield for refs. If a bad PTB happens now next to nobody bothers. If the ref misses one at a crucial stage in a crucial game he’ll be crucified. Unless we VR every single action leading up to every single “try”. Games will get like AF, lasting hours instead of 80 mins.

    @spclark14 @Telstra I lost a full day of work at home due to this outage, on a day I needed to complete urgent work too. Our house is pretty much blacked out with internet and phone service. We’re just shocked.
