@nigelwadsworth i'm trying to get telstra to reissue a stale cheque. for money they literally stole out of an account years ago for a service that wasn't actually ordered. they are more hopeless than banks.

My @Telstra mobile broadband plan has been upgraded from 200gb/month to 400gb, for only $10 extra per month! Except we never even hit 150gb, so now we're paying for extra data we're never going to use. But the bracket below that is only 75gb/month, which we regularly go over. 🤨

@Telstra While I'm all for the Aussie way of making light of something its a bit of a kick in the guts for the people I know that have been hospitalized needing pacemakers or or dying from a clot in the brain. Pretty poor from Telstra.🙄

@danwarne @BhootniKay @Telstra Exactly you're not getting a ~1mm wide chip implanted in a 14+ gauge needle. and unlike sci-fi nanometer implants are not a thing, smallest I am aware of is 0.9mm, and anything that small is not capable of the **** they claim because power is a requirement.
