@mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@KadyLio I had Telstra once call to tell me my Internet connection had been used in fraudulent activity and the lady would happily hand me over to the I.T. Department to help fix the problem , She dropped the phone as she transferred ( hand the phone over ) I.T guy said hello after 1/2
