@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

Pissed off today with @Telstra. For the past few weeks its 4G mobile signal in the Melbourne CBD has been completely flaky, veering up and down and dropping out. Seems to be connected to an ongoing maintenance issue, but Telstra has nothing about outages on its site…

Should be far easier to rectify than this @Telstra. Your MyTelstra app does not work. No callback service. Me chasing up your mistake for three days to rectify is awful customer service. Awaiting refund on the charges you have made
