    back at the start of January I rang @Telstra and ordered a data only eSIM for a new tablet. Fast forward to today, a full month later, and I have received a package from them that contains a physical simcard for a standard mobile service. Good thing this isn't their core business

    @Risemelbourne Telstra, Optus & other ISPs have filled Australia with Huawei routers & network tech for decades. U can only imagine how widespread the usage is & how many backdoors have been exploited over the years. 🧐

    I don't think there is a less efficient or caring company in the entire world than Telstra. They absolutely do not care about my service, as long as those bills get paid that is all they care about. Customer satisfaction, not even a factor.

    @StefanSondi i have been with 4LDI for 10 years now, just realised lol, husb is with telstra as was the biz phone, boy also 4LDI. i have no issues with it, app is a bit simple but it's ok?

    @Telstra No. I've done that before. I know the drill. You're just going to ask me to fill out a form and open another case. I have had 6 cases already with no solution Instead, I have just contacted the following: The CEO Office of Telstra The TIO The Federal Minister for Communications

    OPTUS RATS - I "had" both internet & home tel with Optus , I transferred the tel ph to Telstra to be with my mobile so the rats at OPTUS disconnected my internet , when I asked why my internet was down they told me " it's disconnected , tough **** " .
