    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @NBN_Australia @roseannab16 @Telstra April that page has not changed in 4 days. All it ever says is that an unplanned outage is being investigated. No updates on what's actually happened. No estimated time on when it will be fixed. This doesn't count as updates.

    @Telstra I am not a customer of yours but my provider uses your towers. We have had no service for over an hour. I cannot find anywhere to report an outage. Can you assist? My provider only has bots after hours

    @Telstra you've incorrectly disconnected a priority assist voice service, and everyone who can do something about this has gone home. What is the point of priority assistance if there isn't service to get mistakes fixed quickly?

    @Telstra is currently trying to hide that their 4G network is failing (SEVERELY) in places in the Gold Coast area. They are well aware of the problem but will not show any outage as they are dishonest. No Internet and No Reception. @SkyNewsAust
