@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@solo_dio_ it actually isnt. Telstra is the strongest provider in this suburb but most residents struggle get a signal because the tower is old and hasnt been updated since 2010..population grew 5x since then..So I have been waiting since 2010 for decent service...

@1petermartin @FinancialReview Key problem was always lack of cooperation from a privatised Telstra. Main driver of cost blowouts, uncertainties & delays. OZ broadband future was a disaster moment Telstra was fully sold. It’s why we still have some of the slowest broadband speeds in developed world.
