@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra outage again. @Telstra has also made the mobile coverage so bad, you have to think about paying them more for a landline just so you can call an ambulance if, god forbid, you need one. Told we will get internet back in 3 days! Yay! Do not have a medical emerg till Thurs!

Was shopping for home internet options with @Optus but thought of comparing with @Telstra whom I have been on their mobile plans for 6 years. Boy, I was told by Telstra they can't help me today but to come back on Friday (5days later). Asked me to take leave if I want an appt.

@David_J_Harley @AlanBixter We're in the far northern suburbs of Sydney. Always funny watching Telstra people walk up the street with their phone held high, searching for a signal. Our mobile signal has improved, but have friends in Berowra who have no mobile signal.
