Tried to negotiate a better price with them, nothing. Gonna switch to Belong (uses Telstra network anyway). $90p/m and $5 off for 12mths

Nicholas Gruen (@NGruen1) reported@Telstra It’s not that it’s ‘not allowing me to run the toubleshooting link’. My service doesn’t connect to the net right now — that’s the problem So if it’s going to use the connection to check how it’s working, it won’t work will it? Or am I missing something?
