@Telstra I'm trying to activate a prepaid service, the website is timing out, then trying to call 132200 apparently Telstra doesn't really take incoming calls anymore and directs you to the useless online messaging service, where I wasn't able to get any help after 4 consultants

@Telstra And BTW - after 5 attempts to chat over a period of 6 hours, I never once connected to a person and chats would drop out after 20mins of ‘inactivity’. Three hours on the phone also no one to speak to...

@OldCroaky @rob_mcknight @Telstra Same here! We had major NBN issues during lockdown & couldn’t speak to a real person to resolve them so we changed providers to fix it! Telstra are the worst for customer service, the auto bot hangs up on you all the time & the app closes tickets when it’s not resolved. 👎🏻

@nbn box is on the blink since a thunderstorm on 28th. Been through diagnostics twice with Telstra. Lady just asked me to test my modem by hooking up my laptop to it. My laptop doesn’t have an ethernet port so she said to go ask a friend or a neighbour for a laptop. WTF @Telstra?
