    @mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

The Australian Competition Consumer Commission ACCC can also assist with unfair contacts that over promise and under deliver on contractual agreements. 1800 700 600

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @AnnieBrownie4 @RBJRON @Telstra And problems (like mine) are never as cut and dried as their auto system suggests. They are working in silos where they can pass you off on the operator roundabout until they finally cut you off. How convenient for Telstra.

    Oh, and why not call @Telstra to complain? They have a phone system which gives you the appearance of taking to a human but just funnels you to different computers. Without hacking the system you can’t actually get through to a human who can help. 7/6
