@chrismurphys @Telstra The big problem in the regions is support. The local telstra shop just wants to sell you more stuff not fix any problems. And it takes time to sit on the phone and wait for the right person.

@chrismurphys @Telstra The telecommunications ombudsman. When I have problems, my telco gets one chance to fix it and then straight to Mr O. The telco is then on a clock to resolve it and gets escalating fines if they don’t. Suddenly, they can’t be more helpful!
