@abcnews So my experience using IIG was a dream, just dealing with Telstra in the lead up was a horror and why I am no longer their customer.

@Telstra Shaz, Just had a call a few minutes ago. Rang here for about 3secs and then when Beth answered the Telstra caller hung up. Do they log this as a failed attempt and get points for trying? Not trying hard enough! Shall I give you the complaint number?

Everybody knows that Banks and Telstra have appalling customer service. It would take a bit to knock them off their perch. But. @auspost seems to have topped them. The incompetence and buck-passing is truly incredible. Hope the CEO gets a big healthy bonus.🤮

@Telstra This isn't a me issue - this is a YOU issue. You need to relay to management users are complaining about e-mail not working & hopefully it finally gets resolve and isn't an intermittent issue anymore. Asking people to buy a licence for Outlook is a joke, worse - it doesn't work.

@3wombats I am with Amaysim (optus) with bring my own phone for $10month unlimited and 4gb data (which I hardly ever use and it has rolled over to 59gb available). Pennytell has similar plans with Telstra network so lots of choice re plans out there now you own your phone.

@Telstra We have re-visited store who lodged complaint. We've had indecipherable calls from a call centre (with a rooster crowing in the background). Calls at 6am and when we answer Telstra operator hangs up.
