    @Telstra And that has not been the only issue , only the most recent Other issues were with security and i won't give details in an open forum

    New house is in a black spot. No phone reception, no 4G. #Telstra think it's ok to repeatedly cancel NBN connection appointment, leaving us with no telecommunications whatsoever for nearly 2 weeks. Longer if they cancel again.

    @AmyRemeikis @callapilla Ugh. Permanent resident, non-citizen here. Work, pay taxes (without representation), but for some reason that rego, car loan, Telstra bill etc has me down as the secondary applicant. I try to deal with the stuff but they always want to speak to my Aussie wife.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia WOW, you pair still manage to screw everything up. 5 hours and counting and I still can not get a fault in service lodged. 2 phone calls disconnected and on my 2nd TEXT call. Medical emergency people on the street and 2 x businesses need to be able towork

    @Telstra Maybe if your customer service reps started actually listening to customers, reading notes, keeping appointments etc I'd be less displeased. Don't worry though, Consumer Affairs will follow up.
