@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Batman2242 We live in the country on a farm. Telstra mobile reception is awful to non existent ( but better than Optus, vodafone etc) and we have ADSL2 for the internet with NO chance of getting the NBN here. Hence the landline which I use daily and mobile...

Dear @Telstra, you are getting ridiculous now. Sending a message to say " your prepaid service will expire on 31/01/23" .... recharge is actually current until 03/03/23 and today is 07/02/23 🙄🙄

@Telstra The link to messaging you on your website is as old and broken as that phone. I just went there to tell you that after 45 mins wait today to talk to the team who weren't able to fix my service yesterday, I'm off to find another provider. Shoulda paid for more staff you fools.

@Telstra just so you know, your "Pre-Paid data expiry" doesn't work. I just received a notice that my data will expire on 23/01/23" - 2 weeks in the past. Now, I'm irritated that I've lost the data + I won't be recharging as there is nothing to keep ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
