Our @NBN_Australia internet through @Telstra worked very well until Monday 18 when BLANK. Turns out our internet was registered as installed next door so when those people changed their plan we were cut off. How long to fix – an hour, a day, a few days, a week? No, ten days!

@Telstra There is no mobile coverage at all in 4556 Kunda Park, Australia today. Same happened last week with outrage. Website says that there is no problem.

@Telstra To be slightly more specific, my internet connection has been incredibly stable and reliable for the past couple of months since purchasing a new router. Understanding the number of service disconnects since Friday night in comparison to the previous x months would be beneficial

Hey @Telstra remind me again why I pay you ridiculous monthly fees for a 5G plan when I'm constantly scrambling for an H+ signal in Perth?
