@mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

@BazzaCC @Telstra Same thing here. Not only lost nearly all signal,now missing work jobs,,,,because calls and emails not coming through( get allocations on daily basis). In the same period,increased my contract. Also convinced my elderly neighbour same bullshit and deal with NBN.BLOODY SCAM

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@Telstra Yes we have discovered it works but only when plugged directly into the modem, the second you try unplugging it, it stops. Oh and your customer service person who I spoke to on the phone? Kept changing his story from "will be able to" to "maybe" to outright "no"

@NBN_Australia Do ISPs/RSPs have sufficient access to NBN outage information, as your website shows an unplanned outage affecting NBN connections for past few hours; yet, @Telstra website still shows no current outage in area. There seems to be an overall lack of communication.

@Telstra Hi no they were suggesting I could take the booster in and get a replacement given to me. Yes, no trouble shooting has worked, it will not connect remotely via wi fi, only when it is plugged in
