    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @Telstra And that has not been the only issue , only the most recent Other issues were with security and i won't give details in an open forum

    @Optus All done.... still poor quality network. Wife on telstra.... same phone... has great cover and speed. Troubleshooting once complete gives indication your network won't improve and any inconvenience in cover will be just that.

    @Telstra May I suggest ridding yourself of overseas call centres...might support jobs back here in Australia too and supporting local jobs probably a good thing for Aussie companies too 🇦🇺

    And then back to this limbo. Uninstalled done password and still only patchy access. Telstra mobile my suspect as the strength readings make no sense all good except poor for gaming.

    @chatsbury Agreed re additional data. Last year when we locked down I needed to significantly increase my home data. At first, Telstra provided extra data which was great, but after a while that ran out.
