    @Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

    @jitinbhasin21 @Telstra Did you get this fixed? I’ve had a similar problem activating a SIM card for 10days. Then when activated I get “sos only” calls. Repeatedly tried their help messaging service but I’m just getting the runaround. Atrocious customer service. @Telstra

    @Telstra @margotdate 90 dollars is a ****** rip-off best thing I ever did was **** use off and I think everybody else should do the same. Shop around people plenty of other providers out there cheaper prices and faster speeds also at least u can speak to somebody when u call

    Oh, did I say I have an order number? I have a type of order number I’ve never seen before in my life, doesn’t work in any of Telstra’s order trackers, and now, when others are getting StarTrack tracking numbers, I’m left high and dry with literally no information.
