@Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better

Hey @Telstra - how can you possibly expect older Australians (like my Mum who has used your service forever) to use your messaging app and speak to a bot? And why do you have no human to speak to on a Saturday morning on your customer call centre? It's appalling.

@johnbarrington @Telstra Change providers. @westnet provides great customer service. If they don’t pick up they call back within minutes. I’ve been happy customer for 15 years.

@ElysseMorgan block, and write down the numbers & report to telco provider. am told optus and telstra have dedicated teams now working on this.
