Hey @Telstra - I've been trying to talk to someone for weeks to get my eSIM activated. Weeks. Your 132 200 number is a lie, your chat reps are split between multiple conversations (and even post replies in the wrong chat) and I have spent entire days for a single session. Help.

  • MelindaMann01 AlwaysWasAlwaysWillBe❤💛🖤 (@MelindaMann01) reported

@angelgabe6 I dropped those mfkrs 12months ago after 20yrs of giving them my pay and dealing with connection issues for 6months. Telstra fixed my issue in 5mins.

  • byannalam Anna Lam (@byannalam) reported

About 10ish-20 minutes after I got off the call with @Telstra ‘s customer support, the black NBN box decided to turn itself back on. How do I go about canceling the appointment I had with the NBN technician? The in-browser messaging feature is taking forever to reply...

  • clerehan Esther Clerehan 😷 (@clerehan) reported

.@Telstra @NBN_Australia Despite your repeated assurances promising no outage during transfer to the NBN, you have disconnected my 90 yo mother from phone and internet. So much for #priorityassist #telstrafail

Hey @andy_penn, why do your @Telstra staff say they will call back to provide support service but then they don't

  • ltanner35 Tanner (@ltanner35) reported

@Telstra why can’t you ever seem to get your customer service levels up to a satisfactory standard. Every time I upgrade a plan, purchase something new etc, you always find a way to stuff it up and then take WEEKS to get anything rectified. #poorservice

  • Gotdemacez PLO Donkey (@Gotdemacez) reported

@Telstra apparently can't book in to cancel your broadband service more than 2 weeks in advance. Amazing customer service... No wonder so many people are jumping ship to @AussieBroadband

  • ben__fisher Ben Fisher (@ben__fisher) reported

@Telstra No, I pretty much walked out of the George St store when the consultant tried to tell me the “zero dollar upgrade” was a unique offer to me as a “loyal customer”. Complete and utter garbage and an insult
