@Telstra One can pick up the internet/network (the other only picks up the extender but that’s a whole other non telstra issue) and I type in the password correctly and it can’t connect. It asks for security type & I tried every single one and it just won’t connect

  • KenKennypants Ken Roberts (@KenKennypants) reported

@Telstra Telstra is taking money out of my bank account to pay a bill that is not my own telstra account. Legal stealing I call that backed up by Telstra staff that say they made changes but the changes never took place. Going to prison is what happens to people who don't pay

  • bcpics Marty Smith, SOC (@bcpics) reported

What is wrong with the @Telstra 5G network … it is SO bad. Coverage is spotty everywhere. Paying for a premium service with results like I’m back on dial up …

@Telstra Is there any way I can get the help section in the online account part of your website to work? I've tried different web browsers and its never worked for as long as I can remember?

  • krissyb Kristie Bradfield (@krissyb) reported

@Telstra It doesn't help matters that today is 2 months since we lost Mum. I'll never hear her say my name again and that sucks.

  • OiranMatt Coburn (@OiranMatt) reported

If Telstra was ever personified as an anime character I bet they’d be a ojou-sama with an obsession of selling overpriced phones outright or on expensive as **** plans…

  • jasonandrade Jason Andrade (@jasonandrade) reported

@HPCAddict @Telstra_news Dear Telstra customer complaining about Telstra being Telstra. So glad you awoke from the coma. What year is it? 2022..

  • Ben16222067 Ben (@Ben16222067) reported

@vernon_withers @Telstra But it’s usually only a hundred or so dollars more than rrp. That’s $100 for the service of paying it off over 2 years. That’s a pretty good service for people with no cash flow who can’t afford the phone, isn’t it?
