    @Telstra @maddiepalmer It's NOT good enough with vulnerable customers. Shameful behaviour!! Elderly people often have overdue accounts, money problems or memory problems so if it's overdue one time and happens again you leave them vulnerable to illness and other emergencies? Disgusting.

    @telstra My BFF has Priority Assist on her service. Fault recorded the other day-fix didn't work properly. Now off the air again today - no phone, no internet, no cell reception where she lives *at all* - has spent 3 hours on hold already trying to get thru to someone. Pls help.

    Absolutely no reason full signal 4G shouldnโ€™t be loading apps on my phone, what ******** have you done Telstra? What am I paying for?

    @TheTodayShow Good to see Telstra bringing the Call Centres back, allowing plenty of opportunity for employment here in Oz. Perhaps the service quality will be on the increase compared to before. One of the reasons why I left Telstra so long ago. ๐Ÿ‘

    @CallieBuddy I've just seen this, my notifications don't seem to be working. We are having Telstra mobile network issues and internet issues, I'd trade them in if there was a better option.

    @Telstra I have tried to contact you by phone. No humans, all diverted to send us a message... done that via your app. 3 hours and no contact. I have been trying to contact you since before the 20th Jan. No resolution. No contact. No fix. Asleep at the wheel. Anyone there?
