@Telstra Internet after today’s issue is cutting out. I’ve turned it off for 10 mins, turned it back on, I’ve hit the reset button, it starts to work for a bit and goes off again, I had a similar problem a week ago. Is there a problem in my area? Fairy meadow 2519 NSW

@Telstra_news “Telstra operate the nation’s only 5G network”. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure @Optus has 5G too.

@Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

@__rymac Hmmm i mean it isn’t bad at all. I got 350Mbps+ over 4G with Telstra so I feel 5G should be close to 1Gbit.

@Telstra That’s a poor excuse sorry. The phone calls never get through to a human regardless of what you need. Your text service is inadequate and also not a human. The most response I’ve received is on Twitter because it’s public. I fear for my 75 y/o mum dealing with Telstra

Trying to solve a @Telstra issue with endless hours on hold, when I get through I get disconnected, no call back- shitty service. I’m starting to doubt any humans work there. Time for a change of service providers!

@Telstra That is not true at all. I’ve requested to speak to somebody with no result. It’s poor service.

@LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

@Telstra @andy_penn Imagine if a surgeon went MIA or left the operating room and said they’ll get back to you real soon when they work out your problem. How much longer until our practice @GongSurgical bleeds out because your not able to sort out the provisioning of our phones?

@Telstra Calling Telstra only to be disconnected and referred to a text service with a non- human who is incapable of responding to anything off script. No call back.

So not only have we not had home internet for 2 weeks, we've been constantly stuffed around by Telstra. NBN techs claimed we needed a new modem and there was a delay on that. On top of this the portable wifi modem we were given is now broken and we had to pay for that as well!

Hey @Telstra you’re mandatory direct debit feature is stupid. Give people warning. Nothing like having your account wiped out without notice on the same day you need to shop and fill prescription.
-
Ian, not getting annoyed, much.

@LennaLeprena Have a look at Telstra Boost. You pay up front for 12 months. Pay $200 for 150 gb and all texts, calls included. Plus about 20 o/s countries. Telstra network. Worth a look. On my second year now.

And so the @telstra saga continues. Turns out Telstra's porting systems have been broken for 5-6 weeks according to their Porting Team. They also confirmed they never ported my number correctly 6 years ago. We konw that from last week but they still haven't 'fixed within 24..
