    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    3/3 can someone please contact me to try to make this right, I have been a customer for 20+ years and Optus support has always been great, however this time I am left feeling very disappointed and unsupported.

    @BlackHillCraig @MarkDreyfusKCMP The problems with Optus and Medibank cause real problems for millions of customers. Why shouldn't they get punished for that? If your bank account, share portfolio, etc were raided because your broker, bank, share registry was slack, why should they get off scot free?

    Hey @Optus I want to put a formal complaint in but can I put a complaint on top of a complaint? Asking for a friend? I was only left on hold for 30 mins only to be hung up on when the customer service centre closed at 6. Maybe it’s time we become consciously uncoupled

    Day 1 internet drops, can’t load different pages inc twitch 2: was told it was works in the area (lie) 3: rebooted router and speed test still no resolution 4: tried to open a case, was told our net is fine from their end 5: buy new router 6: put on hold for 1/2 hour @Optus

    @Jeremy_Kirk @Jeremy_Kirk I don't buy Optus' excuses at all. Optus has not been forthcoming about disclosing exactly what info has been taken for individuals. A former Optus customer was just sent info via post about their data being exposed TODAY, which they scanned so I could see. #auspol

    You know over a month later and I still haven't heard from @Optus regarding Equifax Protect, which based on their comms I am eligible for. Not loving how **** Optus are with all of this problem of their own making

    @Optus saga day 6. Being blamed for buying a new modem (not Optus one) after being told our new one is the problem. Funny how our old Optus modem was acting the same way for the last 5 days. Also being put on hold go over 15 mins for filing a formal complaint 10/10 guys #stoptus

    @Optus I've received a letter in the mailbox from saying that my information (name, address, dob, id) is comprised. I have not been using Optus service for almost 10 years. Do you guys not remove old customer details? You guys are storing information and allowing leaks

    @Peter_F_Ryan @abcnews @medibank Ridiculous. Add this to Optus data breach for those affected it recommends an Equifax product. Equifax had its own major data breach of customer details in 2017, with some lawsuits only being finalised in early parts of 2022

    @Neil024t @miranda_harlow Law apparently. The law needs amendment. I’m a former Medibank customer caught up in this along with Optus. It’s a joke now.
