@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus Your store employee really disappointed me, i have visited and called 2 time but they do not take any action of my issue, just give me tablet as they will a-raise complaint but still not get any response from their end.

In this day and age, Optus are blocking pasting of passwords, and setting a maximum password length of 15 characters 🙃. Humans are bad at passwords, password managers are good. Let us use them.

@Optus Having real trouble using your chat service to understand how I activate prepaid SIMs I purchased from one of your stores last week. If I try in the app it wants me to pay again for what I already paid for in your store.
