    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Had the same problem as well a few months back except I couldn’t reach anyone from Telstra..thing that worked for me was turning the power off the nbn box from the power outlet, unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds from the NBN box, put it back in and switch the power on

    @Imhereforthene3 I wrote off my Optus $20/month mobile because it doesn't work. Can't send/receive texts or incoming calls, can't log on to internet. Can't scan & send Covid QR thing, so I can't enter any buildings. It ok as timepiece, calendar, calculator & ****** camera but.

    @Optus Hahahahaha. Nice try at attempting to cap tethering. Too bad I have bypassed it. When I pay for a service, I should be able to fully use it. And that's what I am doing. Good luck attempting to cap tethering again LOL FOOLS.

    @Optus hi when will the connection issue be revolved in the kings park VIC 3021 area? It hasn’t been working all day. This is ridiculous. Very unhappy with this service

    @Optus Hi Aron, I've spoken to tech support several times, between replacing my sim, reset all connections, losing my Bluetooth and wifi connections, and doing multiples and multiples of speed tests, they agreed that it was a congestion issue, but not looking to add more data service.

    @kbrspace I’ve tried every help avenue Optus has had to offer but my customers using Optus network cannot call my business and it is costing a lot to my business. I don’t know who else to turn to. Case ref # 100355947. Please HELP!

    Anyone ever had this issue with their NBN? - Power light was green (normal) - Optical light was flashing green (normal) - Uni-D was flashing amber (normal) - Router said connected to the internet - Yet you couldn’t connect to the internet at all on any device. @Optus

    @Optus 30 year continuous customer here. Finished latest contract and wanted the GalaxyA51 as advertised. Was told by optus sold out, dont bother and only had more expensive S20FE as minimum. That is bait advertising. @acccgovau
