    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @Aussie_BB @Optus @Telstra It's a shame that the mobile reception will take a massive nosedive then - especially in regional areas where Optus have half as many towers as Telstra. This was a bad decision in my opinion. I for one will no longer consider choosing a mobile service with you if it's Optus.

    @Optus It doesn't help whilst we are all in lockdown in our area like im on H+ most time can barely sustain a call, hope we are going be compensated, it will take 20mins to just tell you this if I'm lucky.

    @Optus @Uber Optus - despite the fact we can't go far from home- tonight I found out just how severe the outage is in Carlingford, which is in lockdown. It goes on for streets. You've really let the migrant community down here - Migrant communities matter as much as the eastern suburbs !

    @Optus outage in 3189 postcod area since Saturday and outage page still says under investigation. People are working from home which cannot be done without internet. Please prove an update asap

    Like.. Level 2 @optus support *actually told me on a recorded call* that we should disconnect devices from our wifi and only have 10 or less… and then tried to sell me a extra 5G internet connection for our “other devices”. How is this acceptable?!

    @smallbettor @LMcKirdy7 Killer is feeds sometimes fail like the weightlifting did on weekend can't switch from sport to sport easily this is the poorest broadcast. Much preferred the way optus vision and then foxtel did it gave a channel per venue on tv that you could just surf through seemlessly

    @KevKellaway @Optus @Telstra Aren't big corporates just wonderful! Send out a letter to make it look like we are really concerned, but in reality calm the customer and fob them off!

    @Optus So I've just had a reply from Optus telling me mobile reception for a locked down, vulnerable area will be fixed within 10 working days. Mark this - if there is an outbreak in Carlingford many residents won't have mobile access. Many won't have internet access.

    @kellykels_melbs @Optus Oof! That’s not good… it’s also not good when customer service is impossible to obtain for services you’re charged for you never used! 👀
