    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @optus your service is terrible. My husbands phone has been unable to take or make calls and we have lost an important job through our business. Every time we speak to someone they say it will be resolved and then that timeframe expires and it is not. This needs to be escalated.

    @optus giving me 25GB when I can barely use data on my iphone since the localised flooding in brisbane is pointless….0.1Mbps down/3Mbps up tonight…some “planned”work on a mobile tower in 4109 got extended to the 27th. i bet you gonna bill me for your **** service as well….
