    @Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

    @Optus You can't be serious. I'm in Rushcutters Bay and I have never heard coverage issues in this area until I met Optus. Not to mention that the reason I signed up is because you put an offer in my mailbox! Why do you advertise a service that you can't provide? PS Still no internet.

    I told you people I wanted to cancel my plan but you guys kept it running after I canceled I’m not paying for that optus bill... I even have evidence that I wanted to stop the plan and I agreed to pay for the pay out fee etc smh

    @car__ma__vie @suzanne_cass That's true. When I first went with Optus I had that much trouble with them it was awful. They'd sign me up for stupid spam texts and charge me for it even though I did NOT sign up willingly for these texts. I went through Optus, Vodafone and Telstra. I am with Telstra currently

    i just have the tab with the optus network status thing constantly open to check if the status has moved from “under investigation” to “being fixed”. it’s very entertaining

    So today I cut off the Optus cable service that was going to be decommissioned in less than two months and have replaced it with NBN. Not sure why this cuts deeper than I expected.

    Hi @telstra @Optus just wondering if there is any accountability with @NBN_Australia regarding the service and communication they provide you? My area has had no internet for four days, and neither of your ‘network status’ pages have updated information since Saturday. So... 1/2
