    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    Hi @dfat their is a problem with the passport renewal page. Your contact phone number is on weekend mode. It’s probably nothing but you know… Optus.

    @jaimyn_m Totally agree. As a Privacy & Cybersecurity specialist the incompetence displayed by @Optus, not only in allowing the original #DataBreach, but in their ongoing management of the issue, is a lesson in ‘What Not To Do’.

    @joshgnosis @lenoretaylor Optus is a joke. Sorting out an older relative's internet plan that was never going to work in their area took 3 months to sort out and over a dozen phone calls. How older people or people with little IT experience are meant to navigate this is beyond me.

    @jaimyn_m Just to double down a lot more, @Optus offer victims a years subscription to @Equifax to monitor their stolen data. Equifax were found guilty of a Data-breach of 50mil customers. So far has cost them over $2billion in fines & compo.
