    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    Ok Optus wireless ,4g internet Is 59 a month So? Ok it's portable ok it's a modem that sits on your desk or bookcase With 500 GB a month If NBN goes down you have wireless It works like your mobile phone AVG speed ,20mbs in peak Not great but very usable

    Anyone know if there is a problem with Optus network? I’m expecting a phone call to tell me I won powerball but haven’t gotten it yet. Phone seems fine so I don’t get it.

Based on evidence given in public/reported, #Gladys conduct especially inaction re ICAC notification is a colossal corporate governance conflict of interest fail under any evolved priv. sector corporate policy hello @Optus

    @Optus I have made 20+ attempts to speak with a customer care officer. It's clear no-one cares. Customer service is horrendous, I do not know how you keep your customers. Live chat 24/7 no response for hrs thrn Automatic responses with no outcome

    Hi @optus 6 hours I've had no internet.  I accessed your message in YES app, your bot could not assist. Waiting 90 mins for one of your experts to message Nothing.  I registered for updates. Nothing.  Look, I understand things break, but your customer service and comms so poor.

    The Optus Sport app on Samsung TV has some weird memory leak that leads to quality degradation? Watching on a Chromecast w/ Google TV connected to the same TV and wifi network and it's remained consistent.
