    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    @Optus Ported one of my numbers to Vodafone mid December. Still getting billed even after numerous chats with them about it. Got an email advising late charges. Not paying. Chatting to them again and wasting hours on this ****. Don't do OPTUS

    @optus My wifi always goes down at this time and i don’t know why after a bit it lets you connect but the speeds are so slow. I pay extra to get 100mpbs and my wifi still drops out please respond.

    Well, @Optus, I give up. No-one from Optus will assist me, I keep getting disconnected after spending 15+ minutes on hold. I'm going to tell multiple Optus customers that the problem is with Optus, and that they should switch to @Telstra or @TPG for mobile services.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia that’s 8 times now in 2 days it’s dropped out, this morning and now again this is ridiculous, it’s been great up until last two days WTF #Nbn #Optus

    @Optus many of us don't have the option to roll over our data, so, why can't YOU automatically donate customer's unused data instead of very few individuals doing so? So much obviously goes to waste 😕

    .@Optus OMG shocking 5G WiFi connectivity all week. Speeds have slowed to a crawl and constant drop-outs. Apparent fault / maintenance is taking ages to fix - what gives?
