    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    @IngsJarrod @Scamwatch_gov @Optus They aren't minor they make you pay a little then in fine print it's alot every month for subscription fees and it's never the same spam company to unsubscribe

    Abso horrendous service from @Optus @NBN_Australia still without internet a week after moving. Impossible to get through to anyone. Tech doesn't show up to fix it. How can I get this sorted asap pls?

    @Telstra Yep, well over a month ago and have to explain the issue every single time. Exhausted all troubleshooting. Communicated with Samsung who've applied fixes for Voda and Optus esim services. Only one left is telstra who haven't applied changes on their end.

    @Scamwatch_gov @Optus I had 5 separate texts yesterday, advising me I had various "packages" to be supposedly delivered at night. Very basic but stupid all the same.

    @Optus seriously sort your ******* internet out, how I could spend 2 years in Adelaide with Telstra and not lag once but now I'm in Tooradin I lag my tits off. Seriously sort your **** out
