@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

@Optus nothing more frustrating than sitting waiting for service in a store for 20 mins now, and not one of the 3 staff have even acknowledged my presence. I'll wait 5 more mins then go to Telstra.

@bengrubb The Telstra network has been abominable this week in north-west Sydney (Windsor, Mulgrave, Nelson) I have had to switch my data to my second SIM (Optus)

@Optus And it's not just poor it's diabolical. Your customer care is telling me it will take 24hrs to send an email to me? And I can't understand the rest...it makes zero grammatical sense.

@heatheriley yes, i'm on optus too! it's so frustrating. i never pick up calls from people i don't know, so they often leave me a message that's just completely silent, it's honestly unnerving.

Hi @optus, it's been awhile. There seems to be an outage (2096) just want an idea when it will be fixed. Tried Optus app messaging but they said 16th June, which can't be right. Also said I can claim compensation.
