@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

@optus out on streets in Alexandria and 1 bar on 4G coverage again. This is not an issue just at home. This is a suburb issue. Pls investigate.

@Optus My bad jack meant group h the one united are in, usually they are up on the optus app pretty quick after the match so was just abit weird, not a big deal jack but fair play mate 10/10 customer service

@RedfernMichelle @Telstra @andy_penn I had the same problem. Ended up churning to Optus & Foxtel direct. Sadly after a few years Optus gives similar poor service*. Next stop probably TPG. * Upside is I had some great fodder for a paper I just submitted at/to Oxford!

@PatrickGormanMP @acccgovau They are all dodgy. I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Optus are guilty of the same tactics as they tried to rip me off as well

@Optus You guys have nothing uncapped on offer? I'd be down but that's really a deal breaker I can't ignore. Speeds I'm not fussy, caps are a lot harder to ignore in my situation.
