    I just switched from @Optus to @TPG_Telecom 1 week ago. I ordered my NBN and the modem has arrived, but no one came to instal it after few days. The bloody customer service is terrible, worst than @Optus!! I had to be in chatRoom in line, ticket number 600 and after 9 hours...

    @VicBStard @NBN_Australia Makes sense. If @Optus had of kept the maintence of the cable up to standard before selling to the NBN then it wouldn't have been an issue.That being said I don't get why the NBN didn't just fix the issues.

    @Optus hello, we got a new plan yesterday and the sim is not yet activated. Not in store, not later as told, not thanks to the online chat agent today, and I can't find the way to do it. Kinda need to be able to use the phone... please help.

    @GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

    I thought Telstra’s coverage was poor, I’m just finding out how bad Optus is around here. Went to town and EFT wasn’t available for anyone using Optus! I live 10 km from town, 3 km to an Optus tower but still crap service! Drop out and very slow. All talk no service. Frustrating!

    Hey @Optus , it's been more than a week since your 4G (both phones & home broadband) has been so bad that doing virtual meetings, watching Disney+, & playing online games are close to impossible. This is extremely frustrating. PS. I live around Ultimo/Pyrmont

    @Optus @Optus still no resolution provided. The case is again assigned to some senior tech support engineer who'll close ot without fixing the problem. Instead I'll be suggested to get Google mesh after spending money on optus boosters as there is firmware problem with optus booster
