    Hey Perthites, if you haven't anything to do on the next 2 Sundays, get down to Optus Stadium from 4pm to 8.30pm. There is a Christmas Markets event with food trucks, general product stalls as well as various roving activities and two Christmas movies shown on the amphitheatre

    @Optus Is there any hope that the support crew who answer cries for help when you have no internet or landline will ever get a clue. 5 hours on the app and had to come up with my own resolution: plug in the old modem which was replaced in August 2020

    @Optus A map showing service disruptions is an advance. However what you should be doing is passing on NBN planned outage notices. Other RSPs do this. Yr support staff don't have access to this info let alone customers.

    @real_xye @Optus Or with each staff giving out different information for the same issues, staff not reading people messages, empty promises etc staff have proven they don't want to assist. And I thought they have improved #CustomerService I was wrong.

    @Optus Another problem is that the first level support via My Optus app are frequently clueless (- the robot even more so). They don't read what has happened previously and like TV's "IT Crowd" parrot "fixes" with no real understanding.

    @Optus This morning got on at 0620 and it took more than an hour to get the case referred to a "Senior Expert". After no fix I got flicked off to sales who tried to sell me an alternative plan.

    @Telstra Yes I've done both of these . There is literally nothing wrong except for your service. I've been with optus and dodo and they both work fine Telstra is the only provider I and literally everyone across Australia has had issues with. E.g people have 40% packet loss when gaming.
