    @Optus It's almost like no matter how I say it your company never listens. A SIM is not a plan, and it's not a tablet either. It's a SIM on which I can share or pool my existing data allowance. @Optus is systematically ignoring my request as a customer.

    @Optus I never asked for a tablet plan, that's the issue. I asked for the SIM card, not a tablet nor a plan. The rep who sold my plan disregarded this request. All I want to do is share my plan across my devices. Now unfortunately my only recourse is a claim to the ombudsman.

    @Optus Wes it's not my device. It's our area. If it was my device it would not change during peak periods. Sometimes there are management decisions regarding where you increase capacity and where you don't, and making customers spend hours on your help line just messes with our heads

    @Optus Your service has been completely ordinary for the last 12 months. You did however increase download speed to approx 13mpbs at one point but I assuming you have backed it back to cabbage speed as a lure to pull me over to NBN when it hits.

    @Telstra That's the second thing I did after rebooting the modem. Telstra is too slow with updating it, if at all and the 24x7 chat support is clueless. No need to defend Telstra, everybody knows the tech support is as bad as @Optus.

    @everydaycook @Optus I picked them up on this too they expect you just keep paying handset costs even if out of contract.Only if you pick them up on it will they credit back the phone costs.Dodgy and shouldnt be on the customer it should happen automatically on the contracts anniversary.
