    @AboutIndia My apartment building can't get the NBN even though our street has it. Cancelled the wired internet service a few months back because it was so slow and switched to Optus 5G broadband. Literally 2 blocks from 2 different 5G towers but modem just disconnects.

    @Jessee0923 From ABC attempting a skit show before the LFCvSYD game, to Ch7 having Johanna Griggs popping up to spruik some **** during their ‘soccer’ broadcast, think FTA would be a step backwards. SBS/Stan/Optus I can get behind. We should be able to watch it in 4K by now as well. Amazon??

    @Optus your NBN in Toorak Vic is horrible! I have had to reset the modem atleast 10 times - dial up in third world countries gives better network! And conveniently Sunday there is no help

    This plus the 3 weeks of delays in getting the modem, the basic billing errors, signing me up for Fetch without my permission, and the customer support cases that go nowhere or are just randomly terminated... First time with Optus and honestly never again. Do not recommend.

    Any suggestions for NBN provider in inner nth Melbourne? @Optus 5G is fast ... when it works. Which is less and less. I've wasted dozens of hours & $$$ on this **** service which was dodgy from beginning. Think the Nokia modem is the problem. But support is almost non existent

    Hey @Optus I’m getting daily dropouts with HFC NBN. The support team have been unhelpful. Concierge service is useless. I keep asking them to log a request with NBN but they keep giving excuses. On the one occasion a ticket was logged, they closed ticket immediately.

    @wimmerachic I just saw the word Optus and knew it would be an absolute **** show. Good luck 🤞 I’ve personally never had a good experience with them, and everything was just way way too much effort which is why I’m glad I have zero services with them.

    @Optus hey hey, I'm in Brunswick West and have been having NBN drop outs for nearly a week now, terrible wifi speeds while sitting right next to the modem, one person can stream while the other struggles, I've restarted NBN box and router multiple times. What's up?!

    @Optus you just sent me a survey about my mobile data purchase but you didnt ask how satisfied I was. Answer: it was appalling and unusable and I will never use Optus again. Your coverage outside metro is shameful.

    @Optus Hi Meg I do have access to Back up but that’s besides the point how is it that it’s happening so often and nothing gets reflected on our monthly charges ! Very disappointed and your apology doesn’t help as I have to reset the modem every 2 hours

    I'm going to look into switching to @Telstra 's 5G next week Been using @Optus for a few months now and it never gets 5G (despite me being close to a tower) and the 4G completely turns off 2-4 times a day every day requiring constant modem reboots Support never gets back to me

    @ClaireOCE @pironious Exact same time frame. Grab a VPN service, home it to Sydney, tell me if it clears up. When Legacy house had Optus from sponsor deal we had client issues a few times. Just had to bypass Optus ****** internal routing.

    @Optus Thank you!! It would be great if there's a bit more compassion on the side of @Optus. Considering I'm a student, my poor WI-FI and because I was late 30 min to recharging I lost 66GB. So, I don't think it's fair. But I understand. Thank you!

    @Optus My brother has a case manager - she never replies to my emails. My 72 yr old mother phoned me in tears this afternoon, scared my disabled brother would be sent to goal. I'll scan you my last email to Optus, and the last letter received (from a Law firm) tomorrow. Beyond furious!

    @BreakfastNews Country Internet? Absolutely crap here in Castlemaine. We only got the gaurenteed 20mps last month. Can't get a mobile signal (Optus) in the middle of town. Constant drop outs. Stay in the city if you want good Internet....

    @Optus I get that technology brraks down. But I have put up with 20 years of your call centre bullshit. I've been asked "is it windy there?" and told the wind can cut the internet off. I've asked to get the sms about outages and clearly NOT got an sms today. What will it TAKE for Optus

    @Optus Same thing has happened before which is why I'm asking for assistance from optus. The callers seem to have a virtually unlimited supply of phone numbers, blocking them appears pointless, possibly just confirms the number is in use(?) please help me to the extent you are able
