And oh apparently my landline number has changed but AGAIN NO ONE FGGGGGKING TELLS YOU ANYTHING. Like my plan got changed and now my fggking landline FGGGGK!!!

Got nowhere - wasted my time. For the same monthly price with @Optus went from 2Mb/s (at best) to 30Mb/s consistently.

I may pay a cancellation fee to sever my @Optus ADSL service, but the zero install fee and lower monthly cost of another company will see me ~$50 better off over 24 months, plus enjoy faster speeds.

My ticket got merged with someone else’s somehow, and I’ve spent the past 2 weeks telling Optus when they call me that they have the wrong number for a call I didn’t open. My issue did get resolved, but I bet that other customer is cranky
