    Hi @Telstra I just went into one of your store as I want to port across 2 mobiles and home internet across from Optus. Much to my surprise, the customer service rep told me because I’m a new customer I can’t port across 2 phones. Is this accurate 😳

    @FourRedShoes @Telstra Stay the hell away from Vodafone because the concept of travel, time zones and moving country appears to be beyond them. It took us six months to convince them we no longer lived in UK (therefore they could stop billing us) and we’ve had problems travelling too. Optus seem ok.

    @notsomadboy @FantaRising Leases are gone now for Optus/Telstra/Vodafone - all plans are month to month and you pick a phone to pay off over 12/24/36 months (usually just the retail price split) - move plans up/down each month - or just bail at any time and just have remaining phone payments to pay.

    A 'Heads Up' for @Telstra. Just got a call from a lady who said they worked for you wanting to reset my password for my internet as she reckons it's currently in public mode. Only problem is I'm with @Optus. She said she already new my password & when I asked her to repeat it 1/2

    Thanks @Optus that maintainence work you were doing in my area has meant my internet has been at best patchy or at worst non-exisitent on a work day! Woot at least you will get more money from my excess mobile data thus month since I used hotspot all day to do work

    to me over the phone she hung up. The number she called from was a Sydney number, but she sounded like she was at an overseas call centre. She may have been on the up & up, but why hang up? If it's a scam I thought you @Telstra & @Optus should know about it. Brett.

    I’ve just rung Foxtel to see about opening an account but when I spoke to someone on a line advertised ON A FOXTEL PAGE they tell me I have the wrong number! Profit vs service! #FOXTEL #OPTUS

    @Optus after repeated phone calls, talking with many of the customer service team members, the funds that have been debited out of my mother's account after December 2019 when she had cancelled her service with @Optus. In which your team has admittedly agreed to the mistake (ctd)

    @backupbear Vodafone charge $5/GB now if you happen to be overseas or on an ancient plan. Both Telstra and Voda just slow you down if you download too much. It’s only Optus that charges $10/GB now

    @catsmother01 @CheadlerobRob It’s just observation. It doesn’t affect me at all. Optus had major problems with the small move from North Sydney to Macquarie park. Sydney to Parramatta is a lot further.

    @EdKent77 @SamsungAU @Optus 😲 Less than 2 years it's warranty claim, they won't replace it but send it away and send a refurbished one back or fix it. If there is damage to it, it would be insurance claim if you have it.. with the excess. Also a refurbished.

    @swansational @Danza109 @kayosports Internet is def part of the problem. I've been all over regional Australia in the last 2 years. When I have some internet all streaming services (Netflix, paramount, Stan, 9now, 10play, Optus) will work but Kayo lags, jumps and buffers. The AFL app never used to do that

    So two incompetent companies encountered today trying to sort out my @SamsungAU mobile, who then sent me to @Optus who were equally unhelpful. Ridiculous considering the nature of the issue. Currently back on chat support for both. Time will tell.
