I hate @Optus with a passion, I can’t wait till my contract finishes . Never again will I use them . 3 days into my month , supposedly used 7 GB out my 14GB . How is this is possible if I’m always using WIFI .always stuff me around with this . Dodgiest company I’ve dealt with

WTF @Optus trying to report dangerous Optus wire dangling outside my house, dialled 1800440924 and clicked the option for external wires down, waited half hour and the guy said this is Fetch..he was clueless, transfers me to a new line, recording said I must wait 30 mins, yikes

@telstra so after being on the phone mostly on hold for 1:02:11 making a formal complaint I was hung up on. I still did not receive my complaint reference number. I guess you really do want me to use another telco such as @Optus or @TPG_Telecom

@Optus @TheColinputer Are you aware that even those problems with 4G has been fixed customers still get updates through text messages saying you are looking into the issues. Which is like the billing systems systems don't talk to each other.

Hi Brad, Sorry to intrude, but I came across your NBN welcome letter. since the NBN was installed, it has never worked. Optus say the phone line to house is damaged & must be replaced. so does theNBN tech BUT, a week later, NBN have done nothing about it. Can you help?

@chewiegames82 Sorry Chewie for any inconvenience caused. We are aware of an issue impacting 4G based/VoLTE calls on some Optus mobile services (ref 23367369). We're working to restore services as soon as possible. As VoLTE is required for WiFi Calling, this is also impacted(1/2)

@berniecoen @Optus The thing I think is a joke, is they are blaming me a #customer for what is clearly their fault as I get different due dates for a invoice but they asked did I put in a additional extension request and do I have a payment plan in place Ah no to both as my account shows.
