Is it just me or is everyone finding Optus mobile and internet coverage a bit finicky across the week? I am mainly in Melbourne CBD, but services has been poor or slow to say the least. Even got the no service sign at times on my Galaxy 20+

@Optus Unfortunately the Optus DM team has very limited understanding of the customers problem and severely limited solution - the old unworkable advises. I strongly believe Optus needs to have a dedicated cell to help stopped Spam calls & Phishing messages - save $M lost by Aussies.

@Optus Such a horrible customer service. Started customer chatting 24/02/2022 for a issue and was told get reply in 1 hour due to covid and today is 28/02/2022 still Waiting for reply. Oh come on Optus stop blaming covid for such a bad attitude. Definitely two of my numbers migrating.
