    How on earth can @Optus get away with raising the price of my plan when on a set contract?? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years but will now leave for a better provider. This is outrageous! #optus #greedy

  • NickPfitzner Pfitzy (@NickPfitzner) reported

    @mistermouse666 @AntKaplan Good enough to switch everyone across - even the Telstra holdout. Our house is good for Optus *and* it supports call over Wifi so even our steel roof isn't a problem. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner If you're in a bad Optus area, it'll suck, natch. We're in a bad Telstra area, so...

  • cmcau Chris McClellan (@cmcau) reported

    @Optus It's ok,it's just your Support people trying to convince me that I'm capped at 25/2. Then they tried "refer to the CIS" and my CIS mentions nothing about capped speed either, then they throw in "the Australian Government" but can't actually explain what that means.

  • AndyLevees Andy (@AndyLevees) reported

    @vicrollison @lavosaurus @Optus What’s the contract for? I pay a seperate cost for my handset, so my interpretation is that the contract covers the supply of service. And that’s the cost that is increasing.

  • Harnsle Harnsle Joo (@Harnsle) reported

    @helenelambetsos @Optus @BenLivermore3 same issue as you!

  • just_danieln Daniel Nigro (@just_danieln) reported

    So with the revised @Optus plan for @OptusSport no longer being free. How does a business change customer contracts , but the customer can't change theirs? I was made an bonus free offer and signed for it now it's changed🤔

  • FuckQueue social life (@FuckQueue) reported

    @Optus is there something wrong with the Optus app? Tried to pay my bill but keeps declining. Is this an issue with Optus or my bank?

  • AndrewPatrick_ Andrew (@AndrewPatrick_) reported

    @pixeltoofar @Optus @acccgovau Legit, my phone service isn’t even with them anymore. I just want to pay out what’s remaining on my account. Why so hard?

  • vicrollison Dr Queen Victoria 💧🐀 (@vicrollison) reported

    @AndyLevees @lavosaurus @Optus You're on a device repayment plan of 12/24/36 months - which is separate to your plan, and not changing. Your plan is month to month; you can move up or down plans as you like, or leave without penalty or fees. And the telco can give 30 days notice of any changes.

  • MGloban Gloves (@MGloban) reported

    @Optus any chance you can employ technicians to help your customers face to face? Been waiting 2 weeks for internet connection. Promised call backs and nothing received.
