    @Optus gahhh since the switch over with ‘Vivid Wireless’ my Internet has been painfully slow the last two days ... been trying to watch Netflix for 2 hours now and only managed to get 10 seconds out of an episode 😫 I don’t work split shifts 365 days a year not to enjoy my break

    Hi @NSWOmbo what can you recommend me to do now that @optus still hasn’t improved service after 7 days of no internet in 1,5 week and multiple complaints from my side. I have a 24 mo contract and wish to get rid of it to get myself a better service with a diff provider.

    @katticus28 We just had a two day outage as well. I keep a tiny OPTUS wireless modem since the big FULL month downer. $99 +data.I was about to stoke it up when the NBN staggered back to some continuity.

    @sgilbertdavies @GuidoTresoldi @ParamountPlusAU Optus has the benefit of simply drawing down from the EPL global library of content. For local sport, Fox/Kayo is a better analogue because they produce the content here. That's the standard to match up to.

    @Optus So I got contacted by a debt collector for a bill of over $2.5k. Apparently there was a bill outstanding that I was NEVER notified about. It was not added to my bills page as was promised. Now I have 7 days to pay or they’ll take me to court! #optusaustralia
