Hours spent on chat and then they cancel #Virgin service before Optus works. Oh and then it takes yet another chat. Makes @Telstra look amazing #pissedoff

Yesterday and today I have had 3 unsuccessful live chats and 1 unsuccessful call to @Optus to activate a new SIM and port my son’s mobile number. Still have no idea what’s going on.
