    Trying to get hooked up to @Optus nbn... Monday they said, now it won’t be. Ready for two weeks of arguing like last time. Customer service is not at all important to them.

    @Optus have the worst onboarding customer experience. Email says order on way, online system says still processing. Online rep tells me order is being delivered... today, while I'm at work & can't sign for it. Rep blamed @startrack for mistake when clearly a system issue.

    @Optus Our mobile broadband service is still down. More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

    @NBN_Australia leasing @Telstra copper with @Optus as a retailer is a perfect example of how three providers is not better than one. A lot of 👉👈 finger pointing as to who has the issue all the while the customer (me) with awful internet....#sortitout

    @Optus Thanks but your service has been awful. What you could do is not sell people in West End/Toowong postcodes your data products when you KNOW your infrastructure in the area is at capacity with speeds below 2MBps. I got speeds 10x faster in Bali. @Optus @telstra

    @Iridian_Willow @sunriseon7 👍🏼 Telstra has the biggest coverage followed by Optus & Vodafone towers. So there’s only 3 carrier systems in Australia to “try” keep down the ugly towers everywhere. Kogan etc sell 3rd party services over those 3 networks.

    @_chrislala @Optus I think there is a lot of people in the same boat. Never advised when purchased there could be a delay & no updates at all. When I contacted Optus I was told it was on the way before I finally found out it's on backorder with no eta.

    @PatConroy1 @KevKellaway Pat, I jumped on the bandwagon because of very poor reception in my mother's aged care facility. Staff have to walk out into carpark to view visitors' Vax Cert! I hope tower on top of LakeMacFair is an Optus one. Chrs, Rbt

    @KateSalemme @Optus Does not surprise me reading this from personal experience. Was treated shabbily and lied to. Things you don't do to any customer long or short term. Their loss! Don't waste your time. Find another provider.
