I've had no nbn since 16th February and no one at #optus seems to care or want to help her the nbn working again. My son works from home. This is just not acceptable.

I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. When I ported from vids phone on the iPhone 12, I just activated via the app. Same deal with the 14PM. Just had to phone to get them to issue a new eSim to the app (transfer phone to phone didn’t work)

It’s the streaming channels that take ages to start and give streaming errors. Catch-up like BBC First are really bad and often fail to start a show, showing a streaming error. Looks like Fetch service prob.

It’s also not any fault of Collingwood to have the biggest supporter base in the land either. Both points can be correct at the same time. But there’s no doubt it’s an enormous advantage every year for Collingwood, Richmond, Melbourne and Hawthorn….
