I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. If @Optus had of kept the maintence of the cable up to standard before selling to the NBN then it wouldn't have been an issue.That being said I don't get why the NBN didn't just fix the issues.

At one stage it was supposed to be finished by mid Jan, but it is still dragging on! In the meantime I get 4th world service! Download speed 10.3, upload 1.16, and this is on 5G

I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

When I ported from vids phone on the iPhone 12, I just activated via the app. Same deal with the 14PM. Just had to phone to get them to issue a new eSim to the app (transfer phone to phone didn’t work)

I was there b/c my father has Parkinson and border line Dementia which Abu knew at 383 George St. Abu tried to get the attention of the manager who was with a customer along with another Optus colleague and he brushed Abu away without even acknowledging Abu. Being also brushed off angrily by the guy at World Trade Square (witnessed by another angry customer) and had not opened the store at required time only shows Optus has a serious cultural problem which I’m sure Ben Fordam at 2GB will find interesting tomorrow when I email him.

Get the argument on the weather but really only totally sucks that time of year in Melbourne. I know a SWEDE who complained about Vic winter.
