I was asked to reset my phone, remove my SIM card, change various settings. Each of these solutions were suggested multiple times despite advising none of them corrected the issue.

At least the state governments have agreed to allow people to change their licences however that doesn't help those who used their passports. When I ported from vids phone on the iPhone 12, I just activated via the app. Same deal with the 14PM. Just had to phone to get them to issue a new eSim to the app (transfer phone to phone didn’t work)
