@NBN_Australia leasing @Telstra copper with @Optus as a retailer is a perfect example of how three providers is not better than one. A lot of 👉👈 finger pointing as to who has the issue all the while the customer (me) with awful internet....#sortitout

@Telstra It may be officially time to jump boat to OPTUS, not ideal situation but after the last 3 months of my Internet randomly going down for days at time with no explanation the frustration is a 10/10.

@Optus Our mobile broadband service is still down. More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

@NBN_Australia @Optus NBN HFC 6 weeks of daily multiple dropouts. 4 NBN tech visits + 1 Optus & the issue is still not resolved. Optus modem replaced, NTD replaced, F-connectors replaced but tech not permitted check the connection on the street. Farcical!

Trying to get hooked up to @Optus nbn... Monday they said, now it won’t be. Ready for two weeks of arguing like last time. Customer service is not at all important to them.

@Optus Thanks but your service has been awful. What you could do is not sell people in West End/Toowong postcodes your data products when you KNOW your infrastructure in the area is at capacity with speeds below 2MBps. I got speeds 10x faster in Bali. @Optus @telstra

@Optus have the worst onboarding customer experience. Email says order on way, online system says still processing. Online rep tells me order is being delivered... today, while I'm at work & can't sign for it. Rep blamed @startrack for mistake when clearly a system issue.

@djcows @NXT4EU No, unless they fund it like the Australian NBN (national broadband network). Our sky muster satellite (one of only two, built by a US firm contracted by Optus Singapore) is $49 AUD per month. It’s a terrible service but the price is affordable, so it is still usable.

@hopenothype_io @aomnet @MrTelecoms Couldn't come sooner here in Australia. Optus pissed me off big time this week with their NBN outage here in Brisbane. Nearly a whole day without service. Managing portfolios, and people working from home can't take that **** for too long.

@symbxl_ Im streaming from Australia too and I learned that it also depends which area you are in for you to choose which company because I use Optus with nbn fibre optics and its fast af but when i lived in the city it was pretty bad same company
