At one stage it was supposed to be finished by mid Jan, but it is still dragging on! In the meantime I get 4th world service! Download speed 10.3, upload 1.16, and this is on 5G

I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. It isn't as bad as Vodafone, but it doesn't seem to have any better signal than Telstra & they're like double the price. It's in the small hours of the morning when signal drops. One NBN fibre connection between 150 struggles.

It’s incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Services should make it easy to cancel if you’re not happy with them - not trap customers like this. Optus, sort this out! 💸😤
