What you could do is not sell people in West End/Toowong postcodes your data products when you KNOW your infrastructure in the area is at capacity with speeds below 2MBps. I got speeds 10x faster in Bali. @Optus @telstra

More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

Optus modem replaced, NTD replaced, F-connectors replaced but tech not permitted to check the connection on the street. Farcical!
